We’ve stay here 3 times and the house is very comfortable. The kitchen easily allows for multiple cooks. View is lovely. We’ll be back!

All of the rave reviews are accurate. We went in March and I loved watching the geese, seagulls, diving ducks and swans in the water. Communication was excellent. Would love to come back in the summer! Very close to a nice beach too.

The house is spotless, very comfy and the whole experience magical.

Wow - what a stunner! This property was perfect for our three-family group of adults, tweens/teens, kids, a toddler, and a dog. Our host communicated proactively right out of the gate, answering the few questions we had before we even had time to ask them. We appreciated the flexibility the floorplan allowed for. The home seems designed for multiple groups and uses, with a good mix of gathering spaces and secluded spots. It is also well-stocked with pantry, laundry, kitchen and bath supplies as well as a good mix of games, puzzles, books and movies including many crowd-pleasers. Beds were comfortable (though a note that the twin bed in the single room felt a little short to our teen, who's over six feet -- something to keep in mind if your crew includes tall folk). The hot tub and firepit both saw plenty of use during our February stay. We wished we could have stayed longer as the area, while quiet by summer standards, still had plenty to do (playgrounds, beaches, hikes, bike trail, town, etc.). And, of course, the views from the house can't be beat. Our thanks to Craig for making this lovely home available and for the thoughtful attention to detail throughout. This home really shines. We hope to repeat our stay next year!

Our family had a wonderful stay at the Harbor House. The property was absolutely gorgeous, clean, and very well maintained. The house was well stocked with everything that you could need plus more. We definitely over packed kitchen supplies not knowing exactly what would be available to use at the property. Craig was easily reachable and responsive whenever we had a question. Comfortable, thoughtfully planned, recently updated home. Good storage and mirrors in bedrooms. Most bedrooms have modern en-suite bathrooms. Good, comfortable beds without footboards (ideal for tall people). Multiple seating and gathering areas. Well equipped kitchen. Great views. Convenient location.

We had a tremendous experience staying at the Harbor House for a week. The location was amazing from both the downstairs and even more so from the upstairs bedrooms. The house was immaculately clean on our arrival and things were laid out so we could settle in quickly. The house has plenty of space, plenty of towels/utensils/glasses/plates, etc for 10+ people. The layout of the house provides space for groups and smaller areas for people to have some privacy and quiet areas. Along with that, whenever I had a question, the manager responded quickly and thoroughly. 100% the place to stay.

We enjoyed staying, yet again, at the Harbor House in order to take in the view of the beautiful bay and feel at home in this lovely house! Even though it was raining for some of our stay, we were able to take some fabulous photographs! We enjoyed walking on the nearby trail and at the beach. We went to the restaurant called Ella's for fantastic food. We purchased yummy gluten free treats from the quaint, general store. We are a family of 8 who rented this amazing home for my son’s wedding weekend. To say the house is amazing is an understatement. We have rented many homes, but never one that was so thought out for guests. Every detail was thought of to make our stay so easy. Every time I went to look for something in the kitchen it was there. The beds were comfy, view was simply amazing. We weren’t able to find time for the hot tub with the wedding festivities, but I am sure that would have been awesome. We didn’t want to leave. House is magical. Loved how they kept the old features and mixed it in with the new . We would love to visit again in the future.

The house was so comfortable and well taken care of, many nice and thoughtful touches. We loved the view of the harbor all times of the day! We definitely plan to return.

Even before we got to the house, the owner Craig was so kind and accommodating. Our timing was unfortunate because we rented the property right at the start of Covid and one of my friends has an auto immune illness. Craig very generously let us keep our reservation for two years!! Over time a couple women dropped out and it ended up a group of four of us, which was great because we all had our own room and bathroom (this hardly ever happens!). The house was stocked up with anything we could ever need and this left us free to enjoy each other‘s company and the beautiful Falmouth area. Also the house was soooo clean, which is always a great relief when first entering a rental! And beautiful sunsets! I could probably keep adding things…. Thank you Craig!!!

Where do I begin? The attention to detail in the architectural design of this home as well as the interior decorating was phenomenal… to say nothing of the location which was absolutely beautiful! Our family had an amazing week together in spite of wind, rain, snow, sleet, and finally hail pelting us in the hot tub😉. Our six grandchildren kept us on the move with explorations of the myriad beautiful hiking trails with views of marshes, woods, and ocean! Looking forward to a return trip to the gorgeous Harbor House! Thank you Craig!

Harbor House was exactly as advertised. The location was incredible and the space was perfect for our large group of 10 ladies. Everyone had plenty of space for sleeping, the common areas were great for gathering and meals, and you can’t beat the view! Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a large space in a great area of the cape!

We had another great week with our whole family--some of whom we had not seen in 2 years. Comfortable, relaxing home with everything you could need. Walking on Shining Sea Bikeway and Chappaquoit beach, and a quick drive to some of our favorite places--Maison Villatte and Epic Oyster.

Harbor house proved to be the perfect place for our family reunion. Beautiful views , comfortable bedrooms, great kitchen and plenty of room for all. Would definitely retun for future cape holidays.

My girlfriends and I booked this property for our annual girls trip last year and we loved it so much we booked it again for this year. The location is excellent, views spectacular and amenities spot on. I highly recommend this property for a large family or friends trip.
