Situated in Indian Rocks Beach, this charming house for $495 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. THE PROPERTY Waterfront excitement that will create lasting memories for you and your loved ones. Whether it is looking for dolphins off the private boat dock, relaxing in the heated saltwater pool, or cruising the golf cart to the beach, you will absolutely fall in love with the house and the tropical area. Exciting items that are included for your stay: 5 seat Golf Cart, Kayak, Paddle Board, Boogie Boards, Bicycles, Beach Chairs, Beach Umbrella, and Beach Wagon. The 1300 square foot, 3 bedroom home is situated on the Intracoastal waterway and is only 2 blocks from the beautiful white sands of Indian Rocks Beach. The master bedroom has a King ultra-plush mattress, the second bedroom has a Queen ultra-plush mattress. The third bedroom has an ultra-plush full size mattress. The living room is furnished with 2 sofa sleepers with upgraded gel mattresses. There are two newly remodeled bathrooms. The kitchen has granite counters and new stainless steel appliances. It includes everything you need to make every meal while you are here, just pick up groceries at one of the many area stores. There is an outdoor gas grill located near the saltwater pool. You will find 4 TVs in our home. What better way to unwind and relax at nights as you gaze out the windows to the dolphins frolicking in the water. Yes, you read that correctly. Dolphins are a regular off our dock and you can even view them with the binoculars we have supplied as well. Traveling with small children? There is a stroller, pack n play, and high chair available in the master bedroom closet. We have a bookshelf with small toys and games for the kid’s enjoyment. In the garage, there are basketballs, pool toys, scooters, and tricycles. We have even provided puddle jumpers (pool flotation devices) for their safety. All linens and towels are included for your stay. You don’t even need beach towels, those are included too! A washer and dryer are available for you use. The property manager is only a phone call away, so any issues will be dealt with promptly. Please don’t hesitate to contact us with issues. You deserve a 5 Star vacation. BTR# 1576 THE OWNERS Our family vacationed in IRB in March of 2018. We have kids with ages that span 21 years. All of them found IRB to be there favorite place to vacation. There is something in the area to do for people of all ages. We decided to buy our forever vacation home and we hope to make it our permanent home when we retire. WHY WE CHOSE THIS HOME We chose this property because it is centrally located to so many things. It is on a barrier island, who doesn’t want to live on a tropical island? The Intracoastal is in the backyard, it is often a playground to many dolphins and manatee. The private dock allows you to tie off your own boat or rent one in the area for your enjoyment. The dock has a step down for easy launching of a kayak or paddleboard. The white sand beach is 2 blocks away and is easily walked or ridden too by golf cart. The house is within walking distance of many award-winning restaurants and bars. A small outdoor waterpark is located just down the street, at the Holiday Inn. (The public is permitted for a small fee) Clearwater beach is a 10 minute scenic drive up Gulf Blvd. Madeira Beach is a 10 minute drive down Gulf Blvd. We have a friend, that is the best captain in the area. He can take you on fishing, dolphin watching, or scenic tours. Just message us for details.
