Relax the seasons away on the spacious front deck. A spacious covered porch, outdoor seating, gas grill and fire pit offer the perfect setting for all gatherings from birthdays to boys' golf outings. The Champagne Chalet sleeps a maximum of 18 guests. The first floor offers five bedrooms, all in which have new smart TVs in them. There are two bedrooms with queen beds and three bedrooms with king beds. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessities and gather together with the dining room feature custom made log furniture to add to the Northwoods feel. There are two full bathrooms on the main level for guest convenience. The main floor's open concept flows from kitchen to dining room to the living area. The cozy living space also includes a TV/DVD and 2 queen size sofa sleepers. Head upstairs to the master bedroom and loft for additional privacy and sleeping arrangements. The loft area has a queen bed while the master bedroom features a queen size, custom made log bed, TV/DVD and an en suite bathroom. The private master bath is equipped with two sinks, walk in shower and a Jacuzzi tub. For entertainment value, the Champagne Chalet offers a spacious family/game room. The converted garage is optimally furnished with a TV, Electronic Dart Board Game, Air Hockey, Ping Pong, Pool Table, and arcade game. When the day's fun is over there is a queen sized sofa sleeper to accommodate extra guests. From golf outings to girls' weekends, this is the hang out spot! For added convenience, this home comes with laundry room with washer and dryer and complimentary Wi-Fi. This house is also in close proximity to Spring Brook's Clubhouse, which is home to the Spring Brook Sports Bar & Grill, indoor/outdoor pools, fitness room, golf course and pro shop. Home sleeps maximum of 20, rates based on 12 people over the age of 3. Extra guest fee of $15/night per additional guest applies. Security Deposit of $500 required. House was great, plenty of room for 14 of us. Excellent communication with any question we had with owner. We filled up the garbage cans and asked where we can put the surplus garbage but maintenance was there within 10 minutes to empty the cans. We cooked every night and had all the essentials available for us.

The house was exactly what we needed! However, the management company said we couldn’t check in early and must wait till 4pm. However, the day of at 12pm they text me and tell me it’s ready. Knowing that, we could have gotten there much earlier and made plans. Checking out was fine (10am a bit early but doable), but wanted to charge $150 to check out at noon. That is not normal. Overall, had a great time at the house but wish those accommodations could have been met.

Our unit was very clean with lots of room. It was within walking distance to Springbrook bar and grill. The food was great and it was a fun place to watch the Badger game. It would’ve been nice to have more options to watch Wisconsin sporting events in the theater room.

The Champagne Chalet had a large great room and dining room so we could all be together. It also had porches where someone could pull off to be by themselves if they wished. The game room had a pool table, ping pong table, air hockey, darts and an arcade which was a hit with kids, adults and even grandma!

A long weekend with family - our 4 adult children, their spouses, and 8 grandchildren. A total of 18 people. It went very well! Everyone enjoyed the game room, and the indoor/outdoor pool facility was spacious and just a 2 minute walk away.

Excellent property and location for our annual golf trip. We comfortably fit a crew of 16 guys and were within 10 mins of all the premiere golf destinations in the Dells. Awesome stay!

LOVE this property but there are a few things that definitely should be addressed. No hooks/towel bars in any bathroom / hence wet towels scattered. Shortage of mirrors outside bathrooms. Not enough hangers in closets. Floors need to be deep cleaned.

Thank you for such a beautiful cabin we enjoyed our stay ! It was just perfect! Everything! Is so specious! The kids enjoyed the play room! Everyone was able to have their own room ! The kitchen was big enough for cooking , the living room perfect space for all of us to be together! We loved it! Our bonfire was excellent ! We are looking forward to be back pretty soon ! Also thank you for all the Christmas trees (decoration) everything was clean and beautiful!

We enjoyed staying at the Champagne Chalet for our family weekend. The kitchen allowed us to cook 7 of our 8 meals. The deck was great along with the fire pit. We especially liked the unique Tables and chairs where we played games.

Great house. Within walking distance to the resort clubhouse with has a playground, indoor & outdoor pools, a small store and restaurant. There is even a small bar by the outdoor pool. The house has a lot of great outdoor space including a fairly price back deck and fire pit. Plenty of sleeping areas and game room to keep the kids occupied.

The wonderful Champagne Chalet helped make our family trip a long weekend to remember. Lots of room to relax and vist, great open floor plan, generous sized bedrooms, porches and decks.
