There are 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and the home able to sleep up to 21 people with all the pull out couches and futons. There is a large kitchen and deck that are perfect for large parties. Unobstructed views of the beach and ocean are everywhere in the large dining/common area. The beach is only steps away and the convenience cannot be beat. The pictures speak for themselves.

We loved the house because it fit all 20 of us comfortably and was so close to the beach just a 2 minute walk. There were stores in walking distance including a bakery with amazing pastries and excellent coffee. Atlantic City just a 12 minute drive with the steel pier and rides for the kids. Great week

Our time at this property was incredible. The drive into the beautiful neighborhood was scenic and felt incredibly safe. Communication with the owner and check in was quick and very easy. The pictures of the house do not do it justice as it is well maintained and went above our expectations. The views were spectacular with ocean views off the balconies and a great view of the large casino buildings. The drive to the casinos was also quick and easy with less than a 10 minute commute. If I had to pick one negative it would be the cleanliness of the beach but its really not too bad. Normal beach clutter of wrappers and bottle caps but nothing to ruin the trip. I would highly recommend staying at this property for the convenience of being close to everything, having the views of the ocean and steps from the beach all in one spot!

My party and I (10) were very happy with our stay at John's home. The house was beautiful, clean, and exactly what we needed to accommodate a large group of people. We had a minor miscommunication on the early check in time - but nothing that put a damper on the weekend. Overall, I would certainly recommend John and this location.

A group of friends and myself stayed at this property for a weekend. The house was clean and had plenty of space for my entire group to spread out. Everyone said the beds were very comfortable. The views from the second and third floors are amazing. At night you can see Atlantic City lit up in the distance as well. The location is very convenient for the beach, shops on Brigantine and a short drive to Atlantic City. The kitchen was huge and the addition of the second Fridge and Oven was helpful when storing and preparing meals. We had such a great stay at this property and I hope to visit again soon!

We had a poker event/ reunion that we have been doing for 20 years now and John’s house was absolutely perfect. Plenty of room, gorgeous views, east experience from check in through check out. Would definitely stay again!

This house is even better in person! The amount of space gave everyone the room we needed. The double fridges in the kitchen were great. We relaxed on the patios and spent time on the beach. The path to the beach is right next to the house and the beach was really clean. We had a great time!

This was an awesome house for my large family. There were 2 stoves and 2 refrigerators which made cooking for the group easy. Seating was perfect around 2 large tables and counter stools. The living room had plenty of space for everyone to gather. You can hear the ocean while sitting on the 3 decks and can see if from the top 2. The only negative about this great place are the uncomfortable mattresses.

Three generations catching up on the beach! Couldn’t have been better situated! Such a lovely view from the living area/eating area. The listing undersells how much beach equipment they have! We were happy to find umbrellas, chairs and the wagons to pull them down the path to the beach.
We would definitely stay again!

It was a wonderful, stress free vacation. The host, as well as the property manager, were responsive, kind and accommodating. The house was perfect: clean, beautiful, large and came with even more amenities & supplies than were listed. It was the best vacation ever and we hope to return!

We were a group of 6 adults and 4 children (2-6). The house was perfect. Plenty of space and loved the table seating; little kids table! Having 2 refrigerators and 2 ovens was very helpful. The views were breathtaking. We would have preferred a gas grill but made out fine. The house was well stocked with everything we needed but a couple of face cloths would have been helpful. We would definitely rent again!!!

Great size house with view and direct access to beach. Well stocked kitchen, bedding, towels, beach chairs and toys.
Located close to restaurants, shopping, groceries. Kitchen was nice because it had two refrigerators, stoves, ovens and sinks. Large entertaining area with kitchen, living room and deck.

Great house!
This is our second year staying in the house, with a group of friends with small children. The house is well stocked, beautiful, and is in a great location. There’s great spaces to congregate as a group, but enough bedrooms so everyone has privacy. Can’t beat the location and proximity to the beach. John is a helpful and responsive host. Can’t wait to stay here again next year!

Seven adults and two toddlers had plenty of room to spread out in the house. The ocean view was incredible and we sat out on the spacious deck as much as possible. The beach access path was right near the house and the wagon and beach chairs available made it so convenient with small children. Beautiful beach!

This house was amazing…. Clean, tons of rooms, large main area to hang out, new kitchen and bathrooms. It’s on the beach and 7 minutes from AC:

Fun family time
Our stay at this home was great! It fit me and my family of 18 people very comfortably. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. The location was great we were on the beach and only a block away from a grocery store, and all other conveniences. Can’t wait for our next stay at this beautiful property.

This property was just as beautiful as described. We traveled with a large group of family for a wedding, and we were not disappointed. The house itself was very clean, and the owner was prompt to answer any questions we had. We will absolutely stay again!
