Beautiful bathrooms with double vanity, heated marble floors and over sized showers with perpetual hot water system. Full pull out custom sofa with plush mattress. Washer and dryer. Our experience at Cynthia was wonderful! The house is impeccably furnished and lives up to the online pictures. With a short stroll to the harbor and town, it's the ideal spot for a relaxing stay.

Cynthia Cottage was amazing! Spacious and beautiful. Walking distance to Town and a great jumping off point for all experiences on the island. Very easy process from start to finish and Teresa was available when/if we needed her. Can't wait to go back!

Very comfortable, new house, roomy, well designed, every basic thing you need in the kitchen area. Nice location near town. Wish driveway was wider (husband and I had a Jeep), tight around shrubbery. Called caretaker, regarding ac and they responded quickly and everything was fine. Now we know the house and would stay there again!
PS: Also had flowers in kitchen area and soft music playing on the kitchen iPad - nice!

If this property is in your price range, do not hesitate to book. It is a charming upscale home beautifully decorated and well stocked. Welcome treats were appreciated! I felt bad I was not taking advantage of the amazing kitchen! The owner communication was always quick and responsive. We loved the upstairs master suite. This was a quick enough walk to Main St. and we used Uber for elsewhere. I would definitely stay again.

The property was very nice, well equipped and perfectly located for our plans for the weekend. The weather wasn't very cooperative, but I don't think VRBO can fix that.

Honestly the most beautiful rental I’ve ever stayed in. Incredible charm and design aesthetic made for a luxurious stay not far at all from the center of town (5-8 minute walk). When we arrived, all of the rooms had ambient lighting on, and the kitchen was playing spa music that made for the perfect start to a relaxing vacation. Will absolutely return and would highly recommend!

We had an excellent stay. The property is set up perfectly for a family or two couples - there is a private bathroom for each room. We were able to cook and the kitchen had everything we would need! The location is fantastic, close to everything. We would absolutely stay again!!

The cottage is decorated wonderfully. The location is outstanding. The beds were comfortable. And the owner was very patient with me while my family and I were trying to navigate a few things. Highly recommend staying here.

We stayed 2 nights and the whole
Process was very easy and troublefree. Ideal for 4. We were 5 and used the couch. 6 adults might be a tad toght but even the sleepong couch was comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay. Easy to walk to tons of restaurants, shopping and more. Property was beautifully done and very comfortable. Had a little bit of a hard time locating the home because the 11 is hidden by trees otherwise it was perfect! Would come back anytime.

Everything was perfect at the Cynthia Cottage. We could immediately tell the pride and attention to detail that the home owner has for this property. The warm glow from the lights left on to greet us and then the soft music was a relaxing touch too! It was a 10 minute walk to the Main Street- close enough to go in and out easily but far enough to be more quiet and peaceful. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here and would choose it again in the future.

We had a nice time in your lovely cottage. The space allowed us our separate space and schedules and a wonderful room to gather in for meals together to connect. We made a little use of the beautiful kitchen with appliances that were inspiring.

We loved our stay! The home is comfortable and has all of the amenities you’d need and expect. The decor is beautiful and clearly the owners have taken the time to set this space as a home, not just a rental property. The location is great too! Very walkable to town.

My friend and I had the most relaxing and wonderful stay! The cottage is a short walk to everything downtown and on a side street, so low on car traffic. Highly recommend and hope to come back in the Fall!

Beautiful decor! Totally remodeled and gorgeous. It’s probably the first time reality exceeded the pictures on line! Fantastic for two couples! My husband and I spent a wonderful long weekend with my daughter & her boyfriend. Close to restaurants, shops and the bike shop. We are from the west coast - so it was the perfect Nantucket experience. 8 thumbs up!

From start to finish we had a fantastic stay at Cynthia Cottage. The location is a very short walk to all the restaurants and shops in town as well as the waterfront. The Cottage itself has been furnished and decorated to the highest of standards with kitchen appliances, bed linens and towels to match. We look forward to staying again.

Took my husband and sister/brother in law for their 1st trip to Nantucket. We had a wonderful time. The house was amazing - beautifully built and decorated room to room - every detail! My family and I enjoyed our Thanksgiving stay at Cynthia—our second time staying at the property. The site was beautifully appointed and we love the proximity to town and the water. Theresa was extremely communicative. Looking forward to returning.

Property was in great condition and very clean. Location superb. The only negative was could not locate recycling bins. We’ll definitely stay there again.

The location of this property was great! Short walk (10min) to the ferries and downtown! We didn't spend any money on Ubers or cabs as we did when staying out of town before.
The cottage was stunning with a two large bedrooms with bathrooms and a general use half bath. The kitchen and sitting area were also great!
We did have a minor issue with bedsheets in one of the rooms but we contacted the cleaner and it was taken care of within the hour which was great.
We had an overall fantastic experience and would recommend this location and space to anyone!

This was a lovely home in a perfect location. Very walkable from ferry and to all downtown and mid island restaurants. The home was clean, the beds were so comfortable. So nice to have shampoo, soap, toilet paper, etc. the flowers, chocolate, cable, great linens made this more like a hotel than a VRBO. Thank you!!
