Located in Martha's Vineyard, this lovely house for $438 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Newly constructed home in Edgartown on the island of Martha's Vineyard within walking distance of Sengekontacket Pond. The furnishings are all new, and there is a great back yard for entertaining, as well as being on the bike path and close to State and South Beach. The home is in a highly wooded area and within a 8-10 minute bike ride or 30 minute walk to the center of Edgartown with it's fine museums, restaurants and art galleries. The owner recently completed the decoration and furnishing of the home using the services of a professional decorator with central air conditioning and all new granite countertops. Pay for 3 nights and get the 4th night fee from 12/15-3/1 excluding holidays. We also have transferable car ferry tickets available for purchase for July and August. My family shared with me that I did a great job finding this home. We would definitely return! Since we were attending a wedding and came from the West Coast, we needed a iron and ironing board. My recommendation would be to provide a standard size ironing board that is adjustable in height. The one provided sits on a table and isn’t easy to use.

We were there for 3-nights and wish we could have stayed all summer. Kitchen has everything you need - house was spotless. Great location close to everything but off the main drag so it was very quiet. Had the weather cooperated we would have loved to use the bikes, kayaks and/or beach paraphernalia that was in the basement. Check in was easy. Fantastic few days in Martha's Vineyard!

Comfortable home. Met our needs. Outdoor furniture could use a refresh. Not really walkable to downtown Edgartown. Suggest bringing bikes or car to more easily get around. 11 AM check out would be preferred. I should have asked owner ahead of time.

We were only in town for two nights but really enjoyed our stay! The house was very neat and orderly as well as the nice landscaping! We did not have a car so, initially, getting to where we wanted to go was a bit of a challenge and Ubers are scarce this time of year. When we realized that a bus stop was at the end of the road it made all the difference in how we felt. From that point on, we had no issues coming and going. We also used a taxi when dealing with our luggage. I would definitely stay here again!

My family and I just enjoyed a 10-day stay at this lovely house conveniently located between Edgartown and Oak Bluffs. The house was immaculate and had plenty of nice amenities. We visited State Beach several times and were able to utilize some items from the house: beach towels, chairs, umbrella, and a cooler. There were kayaks and bikes locked away, but it might be possible to have the owner provide access. The upstairs beds (queen and king room) were very comfortable. We utilized the central AC several times on the vacation, and it kept those rooms cool. The downstairs room was used by two of our kids. It often got warm, but usually by the evening a little breeze would cool the room off. The kitchen was well equipped, and we cooked meals quite often. There was no ice maker but plenty of trays to make ice for the day. Overall, this is a beautifully renovated home on a quiet street away from the bustle of the towns. However, we had easy access to the three major towns with everything we could need. I highly recommend this house to anyone wishing to stay on the island for an extended stay.

My family had the best stay here. We were in town for a family wedding and wanted to all stay together, Stephen was very responsive and helpful. Even suggested a great spot for lunch once we arrived. House was clean and looked just like the pictures, we loved hanging on the deck and porch. Definitely recommend!

The house was in a very relaxing area, we even saw deer in the backyard one morning. The grocery store was just down the road which was very convenient. House was equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals. Would definitely recommend this property!! Thank You!

The property was as described, exceptional condition, and centrally located between Oak Bluffs and Edgartown. The property was very spacious - we had 5 adults on our trip. We did use a car, but bikes would be doable as well. Great experience overall.
