About this house rental
Nestled in Marco Island, this lovely house for $496 per night is a great choice for your next break. Enjoy all the privacy with 3 private bedroom suites and bathrooms with beautiful water views overlooking the water. The home is centrally located on the island with an 8 foot biking and walking path to the beach in front of the house(1.5 miles to beach) shopping plaza and gym (0.5 mile away) There is ample parking with a 2 car garage and 2 spaces for golf carts or guests (driveway on quiet side street Madagascar) The home has 3 “suites” as each bedroom has its own bath and accommodates up to 6 guests. The 30 x 28 foot vaulted ceiling great room overlooks the pool and beautiful long water view. Pool with spa air jets and is heated by Solar -Great room: comprising of a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living area which all have a view to the lanai pool and open water view. Completely redecorated including floors, paint, furniture and a 75 inch smart tv. -The private master bedroom with a water view and bathroom has an 8 foot double vanity, 2 person garden tub, and an oversize rainfall shower. -The other two other bedrooms, each have a queen-sized bed and their own bath. -There are laundry facilities with washer and dryer. Linens, weber grill, beach towels, books, and board games are all provided. My wife and I manage the home and are available for assistance in the attached guest house. EVERYTHING in both homes are 100% independent completely private and separate, The only common item used is the driveway. We rented this home with 2 other couples. The house was exactly as pictured. The neighborhood was picturesque, we frequently enjoyed the beauty of the area. There is a grocery store within walking distance so that was helpful for meals we didn't want to eat out.

We had a amazing stay for a week. The house and pool was clean, well stocked and perfect for our stay with 5 adults. The location was good. Though the beach was a mile or two away we enjoyed the walk. The owners responded to our requests. There were some water supply issues around the house. The owners handled it with urgency and gave us discount. All in all we loved the house and Marco island.

This was our first time visiting Marco and Tom and his property were exactly as described. Having three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a pool made the stay convenient and enjoyable. The house is updated with a large kitchen, washer and dryer, and two-car garage for parking. Tom has beach gear for trips to the ocean and kitchen amenities for home-cooking. The property is located close to everything on the island. Also, included is a map of the island with highlights not to be missed like Dolphin Tiki Bar, Tigertail Beach, Sunset Grill, and water rentals. Tom is a great host by answering questions in a timely manner and respecting our privacy. We highly recommend.

Tom is a great host and made sure our needs were met. The home was very clean and comfortable. If we visit Marco island again we would not hesitate to stay here again.

This property was absolutely beautiful and clean! I’m very particular about cleanliness and usually clean it myself when we arrive, but I didn’t have to do that here. The house is large and fully stocked with everything you need. The only issue we had was that the bikes were not Available to use this week, as was advertised. We were disappointed in this as we would have brought our own had we known that they weren’t available . We were able to rent some and enjoyed riding to the beach each morning. But I’d definitely check with owner on their availability before you come. We also enjoyed the pool and patio area. All in all we loved our stay here and would definitely rent again!

The house was exactly as shown in the photos. The kitchen was large enough for 2-3 people at a time. Loved the breakfast bar - all our breakfasts were eaten at the breakfast bar. We let the owner know the blender was broken and he had a replacement within 3 hours. We shared our preference on bedding and the owner purchased them. He was very friendly and approachable. The house was very comfortable for our group.

Tom's property was exactly as advertised, fabulous! It is the cleanest property we've ever rented, fully stocked with anything we needed and Tom responded immediately to any question we posed to him. This is a great location, close to shopping, restaurants and within an easy walk/drive to all the public beaches on the island. We will definitely stay here in the future.

Just got back from an 8 night stay. Started out with our flight getting cancelled and rebooked the next day. So thankful Tom was able to confirm an additional night at the end of my trip so we wouldn’t lose a day of our vacation. Traveled with my husband, our 2 daughters (in their 20’s) and their boyfriends. The house is beautiful! Loved having our own bathrooms. Kitchen island is big and we utilized it for everything. Eating, playing family games and kept our sunblock and umbrellas on it so we wouldn’t forget. The pool/patio is spacious and loved having different sitting areas. My husband’s brother’s family stayed in another VRBO, a 5 min walk away. So convenient to meet up with them for a swim in the afternoon. So many restaurants, beaches, water activities all within 10 min. Loved our location. It was our first time to Marco and using VRBO. Tom was so easy to communicate with via text. Thank you again Tom, for being so accommodating with our additional days. I would definitely book this house again. It was perfect for our family!

Quick back story: we were in Orlando, this time last year, when it was bloody hot and raining so bad that the parks flooded... This year, we gave Florida second shot. The house was beautiful, accommodating and relaxing. The kids loved the private rooms and lavatories. Everything was amazing! Thank you!!

Beautiful Place at Marco
Trip was to celebrate a daughter's 40th birthday, ages ranged from 69 to 8. There was plenty of room for everyone and the location and view was so peaceful and beautiful. Tom was very helpful in giving suggestions on where to go to eat and was very knowledgeable about the area. The house was very clean and modern and a well stocked kitchen. This will not be our last trip to Marco Island.

When we 1st walked in the home was clean & neat. I let the owner know it was beautiful via text. After getting settled in I realized quick all the things that were bad. We checked all over to try & find a hotel but everything was booked & we wasted a vacation day doing so.
2 things we were greatful for were that we were able to check in early & the chairs available for use in the garage that we were able to take to the beach.

Fun in the sun with friends !!
The house was absolutely amazing. From start to finish Tom the owner was wonderful to work with. The property was fully stocked with everything you could need. The home was exceptionally clean and updated nicely. It was a three bedroom three bath house so it accommodated our group of three couples perfectly. The pool area was large enough for our group. It was not an oversized pool but still enjoyable for us to cool off and float around . The water view was so pretty and we rented a boat that was dropped off at the house. The owner does live on the connected property and was so nice to have there to ask question about our stay . Our privacy was truly respected during our stay. I would highly recommend this house for your upcoming Marco Island stay. We will definitely be back. Thank you Tom !!

Clean, modern, comfortable home with fabulous view and pool
We stayed 4 nights and loved the property. It is very close to the new Publix which has everything you need for groceries, and a short drive to the beaches. While the property is older, the interior has been renovated, modern, and kept up very nicely. The pool and view are beautiful. The beach amenities and bikes are a nice plus. The host was very responsive and welcoming.
Some things that could be better: The pool is on the older side and shows its age. The laundry machine is aging and rusted and probably should be replaced. This might be a personal preference, but replacing the interior lights, which are bright white, with warm white bulbs would give it a softer, cozier feeling at night. Loved it overall though!

Beautiful Property & Attentive Owner!
We enjoyed this property immensely on our trip to Marco Island, FL. The property is centrally located on the island and is within easy driving distance of all the must see tourist attractions and popular restaurants. Our kids loved the pool and the dock provided some very memorable family photo and fishing opportunities. Having 3 full bathrooms was definitely an added bonus in helping everyone get ready each day. When we did hit some small hiccups along the way with the property (TV/Garbage Disposal/Dryer), the owner was quick to respond and address those issues immediately. Definitely nothing major that impacted our trip negatively in any way. We would definitely stay in this property again if our travels bring us back to the island. Definitely Recommended!

The house, neighborhood, & views were all wonderful. The screened in lanai and swimming pool were a delight.
We had a lovely canal view and spent many hours out there. Each bedroom had its own bathroom and the house was quite luxuriously furnished.
Our host was very engaging and helpful. He was on property in case we had any issues.
We were able to walk to a wonderful farmers’ market held each Wednesday in a beautiful park.
The grocery store, restaurants and pharmacies were all very close by.
It surpassed our expectations. We would look forward to a return visit.

Just What We Needed
It was just what 6 adults needed in the middle of an Ohio winter! The house was perfect. Very clean and inviting. The dock was perfect to rent a boat for a couple days. The neighborhood was quiet and easily accessible from all over the island. Tom was a great host and always responded promptly. We have absolutely not complaints and would definitely rent from Tom again.
