Situated in Marco Island, this charming house for $250 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. When our family goes on vacation, we invest a lot of time looking for the right 'home away from home', where our children, family & friends will have a great time. We look for a place where we feel comfortable and safe, where the children have a lot of space to play, and where we adults can enjoy a private pool and some outdoor grilling. We fell in love with Marco Island the very first time we visited, and purchased our home "Tigertail Palms" in 2016. It is located on a side street, very private and quiet. A unique aspect of this property is its proximity to the Marco beach - it is just a short walk, or quick bicycle ride, to the beach. If you prefer to drive to the beach, we are less than a 2 minute drive. Our home has 2100 square feet of air-conditioned, flexible living space comprising of three bedrooms. It has been renovated from top to bottom with a new kitchen and baths, new indoor and outdoor furnishings and a heated pool. Both adult and child bikes can be easily rented locally, making travel around the island a breeze! We would love to share our home with you! You will find all the comfort, privacy and amenities you desire. Rest up in the living room on the sofa, relax in one of the cozy lounge chairs reading a book, or be entertained by the flat screen TV's with cable, movies on demand and other internet entertainment. The home has wide floor to ceiling glass doors that can be opened, bringing the outdoor feeling to the inside. The kitchen is a delight for any chef or hobby cook. It features granite counters and quality appliances. Dining can be inside or outside. Within the enclosed patio, you can also take advantage of the gas grill and enjoy a view of the pool while dining. The master bedroom is furnished with a large king size mattress bed, and high quality sheets for a good night’s sleep. It has a large built in closet and a modern en-suite bathroom with a double sink, bath tub, and an oversized shower stall. It also features a large flat screen TV. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with a built in closet, flat screen TV, and access to the guest bathroom. The third guest room has twin beds, and a flat screen TV. The den has a sofa bed which provides additional, flexible sleeping space when needed. Each bedroom is equipped with WIFI, and flat screen TV's were installed in each bedroom earlier this year. A great variety of private outdoor experiences can be found - you can choose to relax on the patio loungers, splash in the pool, or play games while sitting in the comfortable outdoor seating area. Outdoor dining with a grill in the corner is just steps away. The heated pool is ideal for having tons of fun with all of your family and friends. Additionally our home has a two-car garage. We also provide beach chairs, umbrellas, a cooler, and water toys should you wish to visit the nearby beach. Tigertail Palms is an oasis of tranquility within the quaint island city. It is located with easy access to all shopping, dining and attraction areas of Marco Island. At the Tigertail beach access you will find a fantastic children’s playground if the children wish to burn off some additional energy. Within 3 minutes drive of our home you will find Marco Island Golf Club, Tennis Club, Adventure Mini Golf, stores (Publix, Winn Dixie), restaurants, and boating & fishing opportunities. The main road out of Marco Island leads you directly to the Everglades where you can explore nature by visiting an alligator farm or by going on a breathtaking airboat ride.

We enjoyed our time at this house ! Our boys especially enjoyed the pool. The home was clean and spacious for our family and we enjoyed the location to Tigertail beach. Communication with the owners was quick and helpful! Would recommend this home !

Great house in a nice location. Everything was as listed. Having to sign a lease w specific instructions on how many loads of laundry you need to do before checkout for a three day rental was a bit over the top. I have rented through VRBO and never have had to sign a six page lease. Besides that everything went very smoothly.

I have rented 5 different properties on Marco Island in the past year and this ranks at or near the bottom. Overall there was no big issue but many small issues which should be addressed. Rusted ceiling fans, poor quality linens, broken outdoor chairs, trash receptical missing wheel, etc. Most units provide bikes but these were locked and not available. The lot is very small so ther is no outdoor area for young children to play..

We had a great time. Pool was clean, bedrooms were clean and as advertised. Good location, walkable and driveable to tigertail beach. Great walking/running sidewalks and streets as well.

This property was perfect for the 5 of us ladies. We enjoyed the size of rooms and large round dining table so we could all dine and play games together. The pool was fabulous and where we spent most of our time relaxing. We would definitely return to this home for another trip to Marco Island.

The house was lovely, immaculate and in a beautiful neighborhood. We had a great time in the pool and the beach was beautiful! Communication with the owners was so easy and their response was quick. Karin was so kind, answered my questions promptly and provided some great information about the local area. This was our first trip to Marco Island and we loved it!

The place was easy to find and what great curb appeal. When we open up the front doors the pictures did not do it justice. Has to be the best place i have stayed in in a long time, everything was provided just had to restock the toiletries, the pool was fantastic. I higly recommend rhis location.

Our visit to Marco Island was a treat and very much needed for our busy family. The home was perfect, spacious and well maintained. The pool was clear and a nice break when we didn't feel like going to the beach. The beach, although a good little hike was beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay! We all said this was the best vacation ever! Thanks for making our stay memorable.

Location is great unless you have kids under 5 and want to spend a lot of beach time. The walk was too long for little legs! The home is nice, very clean with everything we needed for our stay. Loved the privacy of a home over a condo.

Bottom line is we showed up for a memorial service for the weekend for a short yet expensive two night stay. House registered 86 degrees upon arrival at like 8pm at night. We identified that air-conditioning wasn’t working and although the owner tried to communicate to help, we were forced to sleep in a scorching hot house until repair person came the next day. It was so hot we contemplated sleeping in the car running air conditioning periodically. The system was new, it just wasn’t working. The bottom line is that air conditioning in florida may be more important than running water really and it not working is unacceptable and the owner should have someone checking house before guests arrive to ensure essential components are functional. I asked about any sort of concession given how miserable the house was and how expensive it was with all the fees etc for the short stay and received zero response. I believe I asked the question three times. I am not some negative weirdo writing bad reviews, but there is an expectation in FL in the summer that air conditioning will be working and although communication about the issue was ok, it was still a major issue and we found it extremely annoying that they wouldn’t do something more than fix their own broken house to help make us feel better about the stay. Would not stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the house. It was a clean and cool haven when returning from all the fun to be had in the Florida sun! In particular the pool was a real bonus... plenty big enough to get a few lengths in as well as lots of floating about in the sun. The beds were comfy and the house is very well equipped. We would definitely come back here!

Great property, fresh and clean. Very well taken care of with clear pride of ownership throughout. I couldn’t complain about anything if I tried to. Owners were very easy to contact and always helpful and very nice. 10/10 house with 10/10 owners. The pool was great, our kids were sad to leave as were we. Walking distance to the beach. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent from any homes these people own. Thanks for a great vacation and experience!

Took our three young boys to Marco Island for some much needed sunshine and water. House was a great setup, easy to navigate and the pool was a hit. Hosts were wonderful and quick to respond when we had an issue with the AC. They got someone out that night to fix it and I appreciated how quick they reacted to it. Easy to walk to playground / beach and then hop in car for other activities. Would stay again for sure!

The house was absolutely beautiful, the landscaping was just phenomenal and the pool was Fabulous!!! The kitchen was furnished with everything that we needed to enjoy snacks, meals and drinks. Overall experience was like living in paradise and very welcoming! Home owners were very helpful !

Rental process was very easy and the owners did a great job communicating and created a welcome packet about Marco Island. House is in great shape and the pool was great for the family. Tiger tail beach is a short bike ride away. Our family really enjoyed our stay and we highly recommend this property!

The owners were easy to work with, responsive to any inquires, especially considering our stay was scheduled only 2 weeks after Hurricane Ian. They assured us their home did not sustain any damage and this turned out to be true. We appreciate their honesty and enjoyed our time very much.

The house was perfect for our family. Stocked with everything needed for gourmet meals. Pool was nice and warm which was a blessing as we were there after Ian and the gulf water were not recommended, bacterias and debris….so no beach this time. Plus there was a cold front , heated pool was heavenly.We went to the Everglades that was fun and interesting. A lot was still close in town but we still had a good time and would rebook this house again.

We had a great time staying in this beautiful house. The location is great, very close to Tigertail beach. The house is lovely, and very clean. It's very peaceful sitting on the lanai enjoying the pool are. The lanai has lots of seating and shade, great for the whole family to hang out. We will definitely stay here again. Check in and check out were very easy.
