Located in Ogunquit, this lovely cottage for $265 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Prefer Saturday to Saturday bookings please for July and August. This is a cozy cottage located directly off Route 1 in Ogunquit Maine. It is .67 Miles to the Footbridge Beach And Main beach of Ogunquit. Voted recently as one of the best beaches in America. Enjoy a short walk to local restaurants or take the Trolley to downtown or Perkins Cove with a trolley stop adjacent to property. Parking is available for one car in driveway that is adjacent to cottage and there are visitor spaces available as well. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a queen sized bed and the other with a full size bed, both with new mattresses and new linens, which are provided. There are 2 full bathroom, both provided with towels. The cottage has been freshly painted and is cleaned weekly. The kitchen has been recently updated with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The kitchen is full stocked with all table ware, and pots and pans making it easy to prepare a home cooked meal. Coffee maker available. A propane grill is provided outside for grilling and there is outside seating. Enjoy the option to eat at home or visit one of the many nearby restaurants for local seafood. The living room has a full size sleep sofa. New LED TV, DVD player and WIFI. There is a dining table with seating for 4. There are also ceiling fans and Air Conditioning. Sorry no pets are allowed. Ogunquit truly is a beautiful place, offering warm New England hospitality , beautiful beaches, fine restaurants and many venues of entertainment.

Just like the online photos….comfortable, roomy, CLEAN and not lacking any amenities. Andrew has created an inviting place to relax inside or out. Well placed and stylish decor contribute to the relaxing few days. Eastwind is like a little village with surrounding properties kept in excellent condition. Of course, an outstanding dinner at Jonathan’s & beautiful weather ended a perfect stay with hopes of a return visit. Kudos Andrew!!

My husband and I found this cottage to be clean, well-equipped and furnished, nicely renovated and comfortable. In addition it is only 0.6 mi from town so we could avoid traffic which can be heavy and walk to town for meals, supplies, shopping. Andrew was an excellent host responding to texts shortly and offering help and advice. I highly recommend this cottage for a stay in Ogunquit.

This property was perfect for the 4 of us adults. It’s location is in walking distance to Ogunquit shopping and the beach. The host was very welcoming and responded quickly to any questions we had. Can’t wait to visit again!

This cabin is perfect for two couples and is a bit of a walk from the main downtown restaurants/shops but not bad at all. We enjoyed this cabin and would rent again on. Return visit

The cottage was quiet, well stocked with everything needed for an enjoyable stay and Andrew was very responsive to questions. Enjoyed walking the beach and Marginal Way, as well as exploring shops in town. Everything we needed was within walking distance.

Quaint cottage in a great location along the trolley line providing easy access to beach and main drag of Ogunquit. Master bedroom is tight especially on one corner of the bed where both my girlfriend and I banged our knee more than once trying to navigate to the master bath. Even with that would still recommend. Thanks for the great stay!

We had the time of a lifetime in Ogunquit this past week. Maybe it was the location, maybe it was because we haven't been away since prior to the original Covid shutdowns, maybe it was a little of both. The owner of the property in Ogunquit was great at communicating, he was detailed and responsive. The cottage was smaller than I expected but the two bedrooms and two full baths were roomy and were helpful with two adults, a teenager and a 10 year old. The pull out couch was perfect for my 10 year who did not want to sleep with his older brother. Another seating option, other than a love seat would have nice for the evenings prior to bed. Maybe something where the small table and chairs were situated. We only used the kitchen for quick breakfasts and morning coffee. Otherwise we took advantage of all of the great restaurants available in and around town. We had easy access to footbridge beach but also took advantage of the main beach parking area down by the inlet where the river and ocean meet. Kayaks, paddle boards or floats are a must for the river and don't forget your fishing rods, if that is your thing. We will definitely revisit this town again.

Andrew was a very welcoming host. The property was perfect for our father daughter weekend. We each got our own bedroom and bathroom, all the kitchen supplies we needed to cook but also close proximity to restaurants to eat out. We loved Marginal Way and Footbridge Beach. Great stay, thank you!

My husband and I loved your little cottage. It was so clean, comfy and conveniently located. We had everything we needed right there. Qgunquit is such a lovely area. We walked the Marginal Way on 4 separate days, went on a sail on the Silverlining. We ate at many wonderful restaurants and visited all the nice shops in town and Perkins Cove. We took day trips to Portsmouth and Kennebunkport. It was beautiful to see the leaves change over our 10 day visited. Would definitely recommend your cottage and area. My husband and our friends spent a couple of nights in this little house, and it was just perfect! Super clean and comfortable home, in a great location. 10 minutes to the beach, and 10 to the town with lots of choices for dining. Would highly recommend!

Exactly as advertised, the cottage was lovely, with everything needed for our 1 week stay. The 1-level open floor plan and 2br 2ba was perfect for my 88-year old Mom. Higher end furnishings & fixtures In the master BR/BA were especially nice, but the entire cottage was cozy, nicely decorated and well appointed. The kitchen had high end cookware, fun dishes and glassware, making meal prep a pleasure. I‘D recommend this lovely cottage for 2 adults needing separation or a famIly of 4. I’m looking forward to returning for another stay in the future.
