We’ve stayed here for 4 years now. This place is great. Great location for us. Carolyn and Ray are wonderful hosts.

The cottage is so comfortable. Carolyn and Ray made our check in easy ,the place is clean and has everything you would need for your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’ll need. This is our second year staying here and we will be back again next year.

A rare find...newer cottage with large windows look out onto owner's property with meticulously maintained gardens. East Hill neighborhood in Pensacola is a convenient location with quaint well-maintained older homes. We liked going to quiet Luna Beach east of Pensacola beach. It was a pleasure!

Hi Booked this property for two of my photographers That we had brought with us for our wedding. The owner was very sweet to speak with and very accommodating my photographer said that they absolutely love the place and would definitely stay again.

My girlfriend and I had the best time in Pensacola, the place was very modern and kept up with. Plenty of room for a couple along with almost every amenities that a home should have/want..we loved our trip and stay! We can’t wait to come back!

Quiet backyard tiny house. Modern construction and perfect for our needs. We had very little communication with the homeowners but they were kind and gave us our needed space.

Mother/daughter trip to Pensacola. This cottage was perfect! Comfy and clean. Had everything we needed and several things we forgot! It was so nice to have access to the little extra things! Easy access on property. Owners were friendly, available and flexible before and during the trip. It was nice to have access to their beach items and bikes! They gave great recommendations for the area for restaurants and unique stores to visit. Their garden was beautiful- I could have stayed there all day! Drive to the beach was so easy. Great neighborhood! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back! Great area! Great cottage! Great hosts!! THANK YOU!!!

We had the BEST time at East Hill! Super relaxing and quiet! The hosts were awesome and anticipated all our needs! Great places to eat super close by, went to the NAS Pensacola air show, the Aviation museum, so much fun! Can’t wait to go back!

Carol and Ray were very hospitable, making for a very lovely stay! The property, privacy, and location were perfect. I would absolutely recommend this cottage to anyone staying in Pensacola! Total 5+ 🌟 all day!

It was perfect!! It was a quick getaway for just me and my daughter and we enjoyed this little place so much.

This is by far the best place in Pensacola for one or two people that I have come across after visiting my husband a couple of times. The house was very nice and is surrounded by a beautiful garden. They were lenient with check in and out times based on bookings they have before and after you and provide you with many things you can take to the beach. Would absolutely come back, it was a great experience!

Carolyn & Ray were very friendly & so helpful with my questions. If I return to Pensacola, I would definitely want to stay here again. Thanks for everything C & R!

Carolyn and her husband’s place place met and went above our expectations. It was spotless, new, and relaxing all at the same time. Decorated fun and thoughtful to every detail. They were respectful and very nice. We can’t wait to go back again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We stayed here instead of a hotel because availability and cost were becoming an issue for a trip to visit our daughter who is a student at UWF. The location is a very nice area not far from the graffiti bridge and about 20 minutes to campus because of traffic. Carolyn and Ray were great; communicative, present without being intrusive, and helpful if we wanted recommendations. The little house we stayed in was spotless, current upgrades but not fussy /still comfortable. The yard/green space area was well manicured and I only wish my yard looked like that! Most reviews start to sound the same, but I can tell you, we will chose this over a hotel and stay again!

Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, this cottage was a wonderful and relaxing getaway for our week in Pensacola. It’s location is close to historic downtown, restaurants, nature trails, parks, and is a short drive to the beach. The cottage itself was clean and beautifully decorated. The gardens and outside patio area were a favorite for eating meals and enjoying beautiful landscaping. This cottage has all of the amenities that you could need. The hosts are a sweet couple and were responsive to all of our questions and needs. We would definitely stay here again!
