Located in South Lake Tahoe, this charming house for $299 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Lake Tahoe is one of the most majestic places in the world so enjoy your visit with all the amenities! We love our place in Lakeland Village for its tranquil setting and close proximity to the private resort beach only steps away. We are also located only a mile from Heavenly Ski Resort & the casinos in South Lake Tahoe. Play tennis, swim in one of the 2 pools (one open year round and other summer months only) or just go for a walk on the beach and enjoy the view. The amenities also include 2 outdoor hot tubs and a gorgeous private beach only steps away. Come for the beach in the summer, the colors & bears in the fall, the skiing in the winter & all of the above in the spring! We sleep 8-10 comfortably - the first floor includes the primary bedroom with one king bed and the second bedroom with two queens. The primary includes an en suite bathroom and another full bath is right outside the second bedroom for easy convenience. The living room includes a pull out sofa bed. The loft includes two full beds - perfect for all the kids! The 2nd level includes the living room, kitchen and dining room. The dining table seats 8-10 and there’s plenty of room at the bar for 3 more for easy mingling. Outside balcony is relaxing in the morning with coffee or enjoy in the evening with something a little stronger. Two single kayaks & two inflatable stand up paddle boards are provided for your use at no charge! The most desirable aspect of Lakeland Village is its location - this tranquil lakefront setting is only a short walk to pubs and restaurants and it's less than a mile from some of the best skiing in the world! My family of 6 had an amazing time. The condo was wonderful and extremely accommodating. Everyone had a bed. Ideal location to Heavenly ski resort and centrally located for everything else. We will absolutely be back.

We loved the location and the house was perfect. Very comfortable with all amenities you’d need. Internet didn’t work due to location but that was no issue for us since we wanted to disconnect and relax! Just plan accordingly if you need access to that. Will definitely be back.

We enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect and is only steps from the lake. We visited in early October and we saw TWO bears at separate times during our three-day stay. Stay alert especially with children and pets because the bears are very active at this time of year! I will say the second bathroom is very tiny. This was fine for our stay (my husband and I, my parents, and our infant), but I could see this being a problem with more people. There is no bathtub.

Only downside was no soaps in showers & no grill on the deck. There were two grills out by the beach.
Communication with Lori was excellent. She answered any questions promptly.

Perfect location just yards to the beach and close enough to restaurants and supermarkets. Great facilities on site - gym, pools, shuttle bus, quiet private beach. Kayaks and life jackets provided by the owner for use by guests were brilliant. We had a great time in South Lake Tahoe.

As new California (socal) residents, we’re exploring different parts a few times a year. South Lake Tahoe ended up being an 8 hour drive for us, and that was the only negative! The condo & neighborhood we’re perfect! The condo was exactly as described and I loved the bottle of wine & sweet welcome note from the owners daughter upon our arrival. Parking was simple. So many restaurants and shops within walking distance, and we loved using the provided kayaks. It was my husband, myself, our three teenagers & teenage niece. This was the perfect layout for us. We would def stay here again. The condo was well stocked, plenty of towels and extra sheets & blankets. We enjoyed walking down to the lake to watch the sunrise and set. I wish we would have stayed longer. The big activity we did, was walk to the sun ski boat rental located directly next door at the marina and rented a boat & took the kids tubing & exploring. We saw Emerald Bay, and I’m not sure what else. But it was entirely too much fun, and over too fast. Will make this a yearly visit, and stay longer next year!

Great cozy cabin! Close to the lake/beach and pool area. The owners provide use of kayaks and paddle boards, which was a bonus! Owner is very responsive. Would definitely recommend!

We came up to enjoy a getaway for our birthdays and take the kids to the snow. The home was clean, comfortable, and I loved the decor! It was perfect for our family of four and we had some other friends/family pop in to hang out. It’s right next to the lake with amazing views and a short drive to the casinos, shopping, and snow parks. We also enjoyed short walks to a local coffee shop and bakery nearby. Would definitely stay again.

This property was amazing and exactly what we were looking for. We stayed here for a few nights while visiting Tahoe, going skiing, snowshoeing etc. Lori was a fantastic host, very responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here for a Tahoe getaway!

We ended up being 7 sleeping there and it was super comfortable. Do read the info on the heating situation by the fireplace as we didn't and it took us a little while to figure it out. So wonderfully close to the lake. We enjoyed great sunsets and walks.

Since we booked this vacation, Lori the property owner provided a great experience, she was very responsive to all the questions we had and provided excellent customer service. The property was great and it met all of our needs, it has a perfect location just walking distance from the lake and all the other amenities. We had an awesome time and created so many fun memories with our kids.

This condo was the perfect spot to enjoy our few days in South Lake Tahoe. The home is clean and comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen and a beautiful, large dining table. The owners supply everything you need to enjoy the beach (towels, chairs, umbrella) which is a short walk away. Very few people were on the beach, so we used the lounges that were available for guests of Lakeland Village. The owners also provide 2 paddle boards and 2 kayaks for your use on the lake, which was one of the highlights of our visit. The views are beautiful from the beach. Restaurants and grocery stores are a short walk or drive from the village. Lots of things to see and do in the area (recommend Tahoe Cruises (Emerald Bay sunset cruise), Anderson Bike Rentals and worth the drive to Sand Harbor (be sure to follow the boardwalk all the way to the end). The owners were very responsive to our questions. I would definitely recommend this property for a fun visit to Lake Tahoe!

We had the most relaxing vacation with family and friends. The beach was a short walk, as was the pool. Great location close to food and tons of activities. The house was comfortable with all the amenities of home.

We loved this property! We came for a week with our family of 6 and had a great time and were very comfortable here. Very clean, comfortable beds, kitchen had everything we needed. Plenty of towels for the bath and the beach. In unit laundry was great as well for washing towel mid week. We had a few minor issues when we arrived but the property manager was very responsive (despite not feeling well) and the maintenance guy who was so nice came the next morning to address the minor issues. The access to the two kayaks was great for our kids. This is a great location close to parking and the beach plus Safeway and Whole Foods are just minutes away. We would love to stay here again.

Condo was ideally situated within the property next to lake and near boat rentals and was well stocked for cooking meals during our stay. Portable air conditioner and fans kept us cool during hot summer days. Kids really enjoyed loft and said it was really comfortable. Owner was so quick and responsive with communication.

We could not take out the kayaks as the linch pin to the kayak transporter was broken and a major reason for staying at this lovely unit was our interest in kayaking each day.

Close proximity to everything. Short walk to lake or pool. Grocery store across the street and casinos and restaurants all within 2 miles. Our family really enjoyed the kayaks and the paddle boards available to use at the house. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful time! Location is perfect - close to all the action, yet a quiet complex. Had no problem finding a spot to relax on the beach as well as watch the fireworks!! Had an issue with the dishwasher and the owner responded immediately with a solution. Would def stay here again!! Thank you Lori!
