About this house rental
Located in Kansas, this attractive house for $355 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Set up for the whole family, plus Grandpa & Grandma, make memories at the lake! The full kitchen is completed with a griddle on the deck. An extra refrigerator in the garage will help with groceries and cold drinks. Enjoy our neighborhood restaurant if you prefer. The two docks on the water front are your personal spaces to enjoy the water your way - enjoy the view, fish a bit or float on your tube. Bring your water shoes and life vests for lake fun. There's a rainy day option with shuffleboard and Foosball table in the garage. If you'll need additional lodging, there is a guest house for an additional fee adjacent to the property. Five parking spaces are available outside the garage and on gravel beside the shed. There is a washer / dryer in the garage. Let us know if there is any special way we can prepare for your stay. The barn and a lake deck is handicap accessible. Check in is 3 pm and check out is 11am.

We had such a fun filled 3-day weekend. Cindy and Roger were very helpful. We had 7 adults and 3 kids sleeping in beds all under one roof. The paddle boat and golf cart were our go-to. They sure took care of us!! We loved our little adventures at Lake Wabaunsee. Look forward to coming back!

We absolutely love Lake Wabaunsee, but this house has been our favorite so far! Beautiful well kept home and yard. Multiple decks for fishing or soaking up the sun. A blackstone grill and beautiful patio for grilling and plenty of space for the whole family. We will definitely be back. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Honestly, the property was even better in person than it is looks on VRBO (which isn’t typical!). We will be booking for next summer. The lake location cannot be beat… and the giant back porches on the back of the house were a favorite spot for all! The owners were so kind and helpful. We will be back next summer!!!

We always love coming to this place at Lake Wabaunsee. We all, grandparents, parents, and grandkids look forward to this and enjoy it immensely. It is a fun-filled time!

This lake house is great for families of all ages. I had my two adult children and their children ranging in age from 4 to 14 years old. There was plenty of room for all to be together and to have their private space. We will stay here again.

The Barn is a great family place

Great Time
It was a very enjoyable 3 days. several age groups played ball and teenagers spent much time in the water. A family member who lives there gave several rides in his pontoon .

Wonderful Stay!
Our family had a wonderful time at the Lakeview Barn! The barn was perfect for our group and much more spacious than we anticipated. We spent most of our time relaxing on the covered patio or fishing on the dock! We enjoyed using the golf cart and the kayaks. We look forward to coming back.

Cindy was a fantastic host, and the house was lovely. It was so nice to be right on the water. The lake community was very quiet and peaceful. Would definitely recommend.

This property is ideal for a family reunion. Lots of sleeping space and lots of gathering space. Very clean and modern. The owners live adjacent to the property which is helpful.

Great family spot!
This is our third time staying at The Barn and it did not disappoint. The location is perfect with access to the dock and the lake. The Barn itself is set up perfectly for a family get together, and Cindy is always courteous and helpful.
