Located in Lake Gaston, this charming house for $196 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Beautiful fully furnished 3 bedroom 2 bath home for rent on Lake Gaston. Open floor plan on the main level includes living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances to include dishwasher, gas stove, microwave and a refrigerator with ice-maker. Kitchen is fully equipped with thoughtful additions for the family chef such as baking dishes, pizza pan, cutting boards, mixer, blender, hand mixer and a bread-maker! Sleeping arrangements upstairs consist of two bedrooms, both with queen size beds that share a hall bath with Jacuzzi tub on the first floor. French doors open to the spacious deck with gas grill, outdoor Adirondack chair seating to enjoy the view of the lake and a table and chairs for outdoor dining. during evening sunsets. The spacious lower level has a large open living room/recreation room with a large bathroom with tub and third queen bedroom. The downstairs recreation room features a full size air hockey table, and foosball, table bar area and movie pit with 60 inch TV. Amenities for the little ones include, booster seat, baby gate, books and toys for smaller children. Teens and adults will enjoy the selection of video games, movies and books for evening or rainy day activity. French doors open to a patio area outside the lower level rec room with comfortable Adirondack chairs for enjoying the lake view from the patio. A wooden walkway accompanies you from the lower level all the way to the covered boathouse with lift, power and light. Use of the private boathouse and boat ramp is included in rental with the private boat ramp for the community included with your rental literally across from the home. Because this house sits in the rear of the cove, boat noise is very minimal. There is good fishing right off of the dock and also a ladder for swimming. While the water right off the end of the dock is about 5 feet...perfect for kids, it does drop off about 10 yards out to about 9-11 feet depending on conditions, to provide plenty of depth for boats of all sizes. No smoking or pets allowed. Also, there is NO INTERNET at Lyric's Lair which is perfect for those who need to unwind and take a break from email and Facebook! Verizon cell service works best, but cell reception can be spotty at our rural oasis. Lyric's Lair is close to wineries, breweries, antique shops and businesses abound for boat, jetski, and paddleboard rental.

It was a relaxing get away for the family before school starting. I can tell you being an avid salt water fisherman learning how to fresh water fish is a whole new experience lol. Docking my offshore boat in your boathouse was an experience to say the least. It was so nice to dock your boat and walk right into the house. We will be back again.

This property was so clean when we arrived. Honestly, the game room was a huge hit for us! The beds were super comfortable, always a plus too. The Owner was very helpful and friendly. I definitely recommend this property for anyone with a small group or looking for a quiet place.

This house has everything and more! Very clean with all the extras you can think of. We brought our boat (a 22 ft chap) and we had plenty of room (depth) at the dock. Easy in and out of the cove to the main lake. The neighbors were extremely friendly and the property was well kept. The game room was lots of fun, we didn't have any little ones with us so we didn't look into the extras for littles. Beds, bedding and towels were all nice and clean. The house kept a good temperature even with it being 95 most days we were there! We plan to rent again!

The house was very clean and fully stocked. Air hockey was a huge hit with the kids. Great dock and deep water. Overall one of the best rentals Ive ever stayed in. Owner was great to work with.

Excellent property for a family stay. On a quiet cove where the kids love to swim and fish. Pea Hill Creek is ideal for tubing and any other water sports. Excellent condition. Plenty of space to gather on the decks. Very convenient community boat ramp is easy to use.

This rental was just as advertised, and even better! We had our family of 4, which includes a 14 y.o. & an 8 y.o. There were tons of movies, games, gaming system, a foosball table & an air hockey table. The cleanliness was too notch and THE perfect rental! We'll definitely be renting here again....wish we could've stayed longer. :)

Our third year at this property, and it's always a great vacation. The property is super clean and well-maintained. Community boat ramp is convenient to the private dock. Pea Hill Creek is a bit calmer and quieter than the main lake (ideal for kids' water activities) but the main lake is only a short boat ride away. Communications with the owner have always been great - prompt response to questions, and everything is as advertised or better.

Our third year at this property, and it's always a great vacation. The property is super clean and well-maintained. Community boat ramp is convenient to the private dock. Pea Hill Creek is a bit calmer and quieter than the main lake (ideal for kids' water activities) but the main lake is only a short boat ride away. Communications with the owner have always been great - prompt response to questions, and everything is as advertised or better.

Our family of 5 stayed for 3 nights. The property is as listed and is very clean. Great outdoor space and views of the lake. It rained 2 of the 3 days we were there so we didn't get to enjoy the lake but the house has plenty to do. Books, games, movies and air hockey. There is no internet service at the property. Cell reception is spotty, I have AT&T and my husband has Sprint. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful stay
We truly enjoyed our stay. The property was amazing and we all had a great time. The air hockey table and foosball table were very entertaining along with the large tv below. We will definitely try to stay here again.

Great place for an escape from the city. Even in the rain, we absolutely loved just sitting on the covered dock and watching rain drops hit the lake.

Perfect Family Getaway Spot
This was our second visit and, as last year, it was a perfect week. There was always more to do than we had time for. For boaters, the ramp is super convenient and the less-crowded location on Pea Hill Creek was great for tubing with small kids, while still being close to the main lake. The owner was great to work with and made sure that we had everything we needed.
