This family home is located in Central Orange County California close to Disneyland, Newport Beach, Laguna Beach, Anaheim Convention Center, Angels Stadium, The Grove, NHL Ducks Honda Center, Dana Point. Only 8 miles away from John Wayne Airport. Private Backyard with Pool and Jacuzzi. BBQ, Outdoor Fireplace and Ping Pong Table. Pool may be heated for an additional charge. Washer and Dryer. Smart Home: Control lighting, music and temperature with your smart phone. 2 Big Screen TVs Located in a peaceful, very safe family neighborhood far from traffic. This was an amazing property with all things you could possibly need. Beds were comfy, bathrooms clean and stocked, a massive, beautiful kitchen with some snacks available and a pantry with seasonings, all the dishware and silverware needed. Televisions and computer available. Our family groups of adults felt right at home and so comfortable. The pool and the spa were perfect. We did have a question about something one evening and we heard back immediately from the host. We highly recommend this house and would definitely book it again. Thank you for an easy and comfortable experience!

Half week of school for the kids. Decided to do a Disney trip and pool getaway. Marble Arch fit the bill. Flew into SNA and a short Uber ride to a quiet, well manicured and festive (mid Oct - lots of Halloween decorations) neighborhood.
House was warm and inviting with lights on!
Had to reach out to the owner, who answered and walked us through the themes to heat the hot tub and light the hot tub and pool. The hot tub was ready to go by the time we were unpacked.
Kitchen was well appointed and appeared to be recently remodeled. Beds and pillows were cozy and bathrooms very nice and clean.
The owners answered or returned our messages very quickly the 2 times we reached out upon arrival. They even followed up the next day to make sure everything was OK!
Short drive from the airport and Disneyland was a reverse commute which kept travel time to a minimum!

We were out in Tustin for my wife’s neurological treatment and stayed at this house it’s a wonderful neighborhood and beautiful house with a super fun backyard and front yard . Jennifer was an amazing host when we arrived there was a welcome basket with goodies , snacks and water bottles. As well as a bouquet of flowers on the kitchen island.
We were having trouble with the WiFi in the downstairs section and she got it fixed very quickly.
The floors upstairs are little loud when you walk around so if your a light sleeper that might be something to be aware of. Nothing the host can do about that . Jennifer is a wonderful host and we are coming back this month. I would highly recommend this home .

This home is the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway in Orange County.
The host was extremely accommodating and pleasant to us. The gorgeous home exceeded our expectations was well equipped with everything we needed to for our stay to be that more enjoyable.

Property was a perfect fit for a family of 8. Was able to come back and relax and feel comfortable after long days of shopping and Disneyland. Pool was amazing and warm when needed. Beds were comfortable and house had all the towels needed. Wonderful experience and would stay again next time we visit the OC

Jennifer was an incredible host. She responded to all questions very quickly and was very helpful in providing extra bedding for our two children under 2. The home was absolutely perfect for our group. The rooms were beautiful and the open concept kitchen was perfect for family meals. We also really enjoyed the pool and large backyard. The yard was stunning with all the trees and flowers perfectly taken care of. This home was beyond our expectations.

Excellent host with a clean and thoughtfully prepared home. Very well manicured pool and yard the family enjoyed for multiple days. A number of rest and hang out areas. Dining in and out. Good quiet neighborhood. Just an all around excellent place to stay.

We had a wonderful week long stay in this peaceful and beautiful home. We traveled from NM for spring break with two teenagers. We enjoyed the heated pool and jacuzzi and the kitchen, loved all the spices and bake ware! Quiet neighborhood, close to everything in Southern California. Highly recommended!!

This home is spacious, modern, ultra clean and well maintained. It is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. We had three adult couples (family members) in our group for the five night stay and had just the right amount of space for privacy, as well as to gather in the beautiful kitchen/dining space. if we ever make the cross-county trek again, we will definitely stay in this home again.

We can’t thank Jennifer and Greg enough for allowing us to stop at their amazing and beautiful home. The photos really do not do justice to the house. From the moment I booked the property to checking out, Jennifer was on hand to answer any questions or queries I had regarding the property or general questions I had.
The neighbourhood was perfect, so quiet yet friendly when we spoke with the neighbours and residents. The house itself was unbelievable!!! The back garden and pool was also amazing! Our 5 year old son spent every minute he could in the pool!
This is a place we would visit time and time again. So close to Disney, universal studios and LAX! We will definitely be back!

My family and I absolutely loved the house. It was very clean and had enough room for all 7 of us. We didn’t feel crowded at all. It was close to all of the things we wanted to do in California. We would love to come back next time we’re in California.

Still the best!
We stayed here previously and loved it, so we thought it would be a safe bet returning. Jennifer and Greg did not disappoint. As always the property was gorgeous. Everything was clean and everything we needed was readily available. It's so nice to get in from a long flight and not have to run out immediately for simple things like toiletries. Jennifer checked on us, and was a big help if we had any questions. The house is located near major routes, but tucked into a quiet community, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. It really does feel like a home away from home. Thank you to Jennifer and Greg for allowing us to stay in their lovely home once again. We hope to return again.

We used the pool and jacuzzi every day and really enjoyed hanging out BBQing. The area is very convenient to freeways and the restaurants in nearby old town Tustin are wonderful- it’s a hidden gem in Orange County. Jennifer and Greg were incredibly helpful and responded quickly to any questions. We had a wonderful time and would love to stay there again.

Lovely home, location and quiet neighborhood! From start to finish our vacation was relaxing and comfy. Our family enjoyed the pool. hot tub and outdoor ping pong matches. The kitchen and common areas were perfect for relaxing at night. The baby grand was a bonus!

My wife and I had a phenomenal, 5-star stay at this property. The house and amenities were even nicer than pictured, with the majority of the house recently renovated. We particularly enjoyed the large pool and spa in the beautiful backyard in a very quiet neighborhood. The home was exceptionally clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The host was extremely quick to reply to all questions and very accommodating on special requests. We would definitely stay here again in the future!
