This spacious Fully Furnished 4 bedroom, 3 bath, house located in the heart of the badlands. We are located less than 2 miles from Medora. The property is surrounded by national grasslands which provide for excellent photo back drops, along with hiking, horseback riding, ATVs . Guests will find a fully loaded kitchen and living room to fit your needs. A wrap around deck with ample seating. Take in the beautiful views of the badlands. Private quarters on the north end of the house with Queen + Full Murphy bed, and full Bath, great for privacy or large parties. We can accommodate large groups with our house, 3 cabins, and 16 RV hookups all available on the property. Great location for just enjoying the quiet views of the ND Badlands. Golfing, shopping, and TRNP only minutes away. *PLEASE NOTE; Downstairs of this property is occupied.

What a great stay great place comfortable beds new hot tub and everything you need we love it here stayed many times now as we rode horse on all the trails !

The house was perfect and the hot tub was enjoyed by all. Detailed instructions were very helpful. We did not get to meet the home owner as he was working, but we did spend lots of money and time at his place of business. We would definitely recommend this place for a great vacation. Too bad it rained for 2 1/2 days but we did as much as we could. Thank you Brad....

Took our parents to see the Medora sites as it has been something they’ve been wanting to do for a long time. What a great experience to have all 8 of us in one place! We had plenty of room to be together & space for when we needed down time! The view was gorgeous! The amenities were fantastic. Great time had by all! Thank you!

We enjoyed the Boots house for our trip to see our favorite Burning Hills singer (daughter, granddaughter, niece, cousin) in the Medora musical. Great space for everyone, hot tub was enjoyed with the oddly cool temps and your housekeeper was very responsive when we needed some garbage bags. Will definitely look at this property again in the future.

Nice place to stay and great location. Permanent occupants below set off smoke detectors every morning and we could smell Marijuana every evening which was a huge turn off. We felt it was over priced for what we got, what we dealt with from occuplants below and what we had to do before check-out (washing all linens and towels and cleaning the kitchen). The hot tub was great! We loved the bathrooms (jetted tubs and rainfall shower head). The place was super clean and stayed cool. We wouldn't stay in this house again but would definitely consider locations from the same host.

We really like the view and the hot tub. But when we walked in it smelled like marijana and that concerned us. The carpet felt sticky, the couches have wear and tear and you can feel the residue. Pillows were not comfortable. The home required the AC to run constantly and on our last night, the breaker tripped. We think there are people that live downstairs, as there were 4 cars parked at all times.

Overall, the location is awesome! Plenty of room for 3 sisters and husband's. It was hot during the day which created a circuit breaker to trip a few times in the kitchen area. This required us to go to the basement and into the living area of where others live to flip the breaker. Brad is always great with responding to any concerns or questions. Even with this issue, we would definitely rent this property again!

Nice place but needs some updates. AC wasn’t the best but tolerable. Hot tub wasn’t useable but not a problem as we were too tired to use it anyway. Nice large place for a large group of people.

It was very hot in Medora when we were there! The air conditioner in living room area can’t keep up and kept tripping the breaker. It really wasn’t very cool in the house except the bedrooms! Other than that the stay was great!

Boots house is in a great location for visiting Roosevelt National Park. The beds were comfortable. The house had plenty of room for 5 adults. A few issues that could use some attention: Shower in queen bedroom bath squirted outside shower when turned on. One patio door would not lock. I repaired that before our first day trip. Jack and Jill bath has a slight sewer smell coming from sink. We did enjoy our time here as the location is wonderful. The oddest thing about this rental is the requirement to launder towels and sheets before checking out. That was a first for us in our many VRBO trips over the years. If you need the room we recommend the Boots Cabin.

Our group of 6 adults were glad to have a house where we could all stay together (limited in the area). The location near the park and Medora was great. We were glad there was a new hot tub and enjoyed the view from the deck. The host responded quickly to questions. The downsides: the AC units in the rooms cooled sufficiently, however the one in the kitchen/living room was not powerful enough. Also, doing laundry before leaving does not make for a restful morning. However, we knew that going into the rental.

This is a great place for a Medora family getaway! Located on a property just outside of town, this 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home with a full kitchen, great deck with grill, and fantastic views is a great place for an extended family or family reunion to gather and enjoy the sights and sounds of Medora.

owner was very responsive. we had an emergency while in ND, and he responded promptly to us reaching out. Property was very clean and great for extended family. would stay there again if going to Medora. Super close to town yet feel like you are out in the badlands instead of in a town! hot tub broken - we didn't know that before- so that was disappointing. ice maker isn't hooked up.....so bring ice.

The house was great for our group of cyclists and support. The amount of beds and bath were perfect. The kitchen was big enough for everyone to make meals. The hot tub was unfortunately broken at the time of our stay. But overall the house was in a great location, clean, spacious and had what our group needed.

Our party of 5 adults was happy with this house. The kitchen was well stocked and plenty of bedding and towels were provided. I agree with other reviewers that having to launder towels and bed linens before departure is not ideal; but this was clearly spelled out in the rental agreement . The house location in a beautiful setting provides easy access to Medora and TRNP. We prefer windows/doors with screens to circulate fresh air through the house. Some of the deck chairs need replacement but this happens in a well used rental. We will book again if we return to Medora.

Overall, our stay was very nice. Beautiful country! We had no problems at all with the renters below us. We were there when the temperatures were above 100 and the air conditioning kept the house comfortable.
