This is a beautiful cottage on a very picturesque bay. Our dog, a lab, loved playing in the yard. We were also able to take her to the private beach on the owner’s property where she could play in the water. We loved our stay so much we have scheduled another visit this winter. Can’t wait to sit in the sunroom, chat with my spouse, and watch the birds and boats go by.

we met the owner as she was leaving and she stopped and gave us lots of great information. The house was just perfect in every way. Her attention to every detail was amazing! This was the best VRBO experience we have had! It's the little things like lovely sheets, great directions, a kitchen that offered everything you needed and everything was in perfect condition. We did not want for anything more! Beautiful spot and great location!

This was a perfect vacation rental in a very scenic location. It was quiet and peaceful with good access to wilderness areas on the Olympic Peninsula. The cottage was super clean and very well furnished and supplied.

Very quiet. Accommodations comfortable. I like that the house has new appliances, and not a lot of personal items being “stored” at the VRBO. Some places have too much unneeded stuff in the house. Minimal extra chores. Our labradoodle loved open running.

Georgeous views in a peaceful location that can only lure you to tranquility. Beware that your motivation to do more than stare over the beauty of the lagoon will be challenged. Fabulous bird watching and more. The cottage is extremely clean and well appointed with everything you can possibly need. Your host Deborah goes beyond most with her outreach and responsiveness, besides be so very friendly. LOVE this place.

The cottage and setting were absolutely perfect. The location was convenient for our eastern Olympic National Park visit. We were delighted with several Sequim restaurants that are quite close. The cottage was immaculate. The location is on a quiet dead end street and allows you to enjoy nature all around. The beautiful flowers on the deck provided a frequent stop for many hummingbirds each day. We sat on the porch each day and watched the area birds including a bald eagle. Our only regret is we did not book the location longer. We will be back again. Thank you.

Kitchen well equipped with condiments, spices - impressive. Bathroom had shampoo and conditioner. I appreciated the builtin bars to hang onto getting in and out of. shower. Large deck with flowers. Sunroom is so relaxing looking out at the lagoon. Binoculars thoughtfully provided for bird watching. Would definitely stay here again. *****+

The cottage sits on a magnificent lagoon. The grounds and water are home to wildlife a plenty. The cottage is well appointed, cozy and homey. Private beach access for beach combing. You cant help but relax and find your zen. I'll be back.

This is probably the nicest and most unique VRBO property we have ever stayed in . Incredibly beautiful surroundings, anchored by the lagoon. Landscaping, interior decorating, creature comforts, convenience to points of interest, are all top notch. Coffee in the cool morning on the deck overlooking the lagoon, Sequim Bay, the Strait of Juan de Fuca, and the glistening snowy slopes of Mt Baker, is fairly mindblowing. It’s very relaxing and ultra/quiet at the least. Gracious, accommodating host. Looking to return in summer 2024.

Had a wonderful time! Everything was as you can see in the beautiful pictures, only better! Property was spotless, everything functioning and of quality, charming little touches in the decor, attentive add-ons like binoculars (very kind undertaking to prevent the regret if you happen to forget your own). The natural setting doesn't need further description.. And along that, the careful tended flowers brought a luxurious, five start hotel feeling. Thank you Deborah!

Serene and peaceful with a constant wildlife presence to enjoy and marvel at. Diving terns, playful otters, bald eagles, coyote and too many types of birds to mention. A beautiful viewing space on the deck or inside the glass enclosed sun room. The cottage is well furnished and cared for. The hostess thought of everything!

Amazing, amazing, amazing! There isn’t much else to describe it. I came for a quick visit with my mom and we had a great time. Perfect cabin with amazing sunroom. We watched birds and just relaxed in the beautiful scenery and peace and quiet. It was a great stay and the owners were super helpful. Wish I could do it again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful cottage. The views are absolutely gorgeous and watching the sunrise over the water with Mt. Baker in the background took my breath away. We had fun watching the hummingbirds zip around the property and enjoyed listening to the symphony of birds during the day and the chorus of frogs in the evening. We also spotted a few bald eagles, otters, great blue heron, and deer around the property. The privacy and peacefulness melted our stress away. I can't remember the last time I slept so soundly. The cottage was immaculate and very comfortable and stocked with everything we needed. I can't thank Debbie enough for sharing this wonderful place with us! We'll definitely be back again. :-)

We totally enjoyed this property . . . Debbie was wonderful and very helpful. Loved watching the tide come and go in the lagoon, and the sounds of the birds were fabulous. It is not hyperbole when I say this cottage and setting, are perfect. The location is beautiful. The cottage was immaculate, and very well organized, and had every amentiy you could possibly want. It was so wonderful, that my Sister and I were hard pressed to actualy get out out and explore. All we wanted to do was sit in the sun room, and visit, and knit, and watch the birds. Deborah is a consummate hostess. She makes you feel pampered and well cared for, without being at all intrusive. My Sis and I loved it so much, that we are definitely going back next year. Give this place a try, I guarantee you will not be disappointed.

From the moment we arrived, we knew we had made the right choice. The two bedroom cottage was perfect for a family of four. Tucked in a protected wildlife sanctuary, the place was quiet, clean, and very picturesque. We relaxed on the beautiful deck and played in the yard during the day. Watched movies at night. We had such a nice time, we booked another long weekend while there. Deborah was great with communication, and supplied the cottage with everything we needed. Fabulous cottage on a unique and beautiful ocean lagoon. The cottage was clean, in excellent condition and well equipped with good quality items. We enjoyed watching the birds from the sunroom and enjoying the large yard with our dog. The area is quiet and feels like a retreat, but a short drive into town for dining and groceries. We were able to visit parts of Olympic National Park during day trips. There was no cell service in the cottage and slow internet speed so either faster internet or a landline would be appreciated in case of an emergency. Definitely recommend and would like to return to this beautiful cottage.

Absolute gem. If you’re a birder this property is a must! It sits right on a tidal lagoon and we saw lots of ducks, gulls, and several eagles. The sunroom is perfect for birdwatching! The rest of the house is lovely, with a cozy fireplace and two nice bedrooms. The beds and pillows were quite comfortable. This place is also located only a few minutes from Sequim, where you can find good restaurants and coffee stands. We definitely would like to stay here again!

The cottage has a well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and a variety of seating options. Best of all is the enclosed sunroom that looks out on a lagoon that attracts a range of waterfowl and eagles. The cottage also has views of Protection Island. Overall it’s a peaceful place in a quiet and lovely setting. This was our second visit and we’ll be back.
