Nestled in Charlotte, this lovely house for $125 per night is a great option for your next break. Gorgeous town home located on the 7th hole of a CC in South Charlotte. Brand new siding and paint in inside and outside. It is fully furnished and includes full size washer dryer, WIFI, Cable and dishwasher. Townhome was just updated with brushed nickel fixtures. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need. Plush linens and bedding. Has 2 large bedrooms upstairs. Master has Queen size bed and 2 closets with built in shelving. 2nd bedroom has rand new memory foam Queen size bed. Full bathroom upstairs and half bath down stairs. Downstairs also has pull out couch if needed. Beautiful deck overlooking lake and golf course. Very quiet mature neighborhood. 1 mile form shopping and restaurants, including Target, Walmart, Harris Teeter, Trader Joes etc. Movie Theater and ample dining options also within 1 mile. Absolutely no parties and no groups larger than 5ppl. This is a non smoking property.

The place is very nice (as long as you can do stairs.) It had everything we needed, was comfortable and clean. The highlight for us was the location. Right on a beautiful golf course, in a safe and pretty neighborhood. We had dogs and walked them around the neighborhood daily. Very convenient to shopping and restaurants.

The condo was as advertised. We had one minor hiccup right after check in but it was immediately addressed by Adam. The beds were comfortable! The view was fantastic! It’s close to stores and restaurants, etc. We’ll definitely stay again.

Really enjoyed the place it was really quiet. The neighbors were nice and friendly. The bed was very comfortable. The cleanliness was great! Would definitely recommend and go again! Also for those that love golf it's a great place!

The property overall was perfect for a half week stay. Anything we could've needed was a short drive away while still being tucked away in an extremely nice neighborhood. The water side view was delightful as well, it really made the morning coffee even that more enjoyable! The host was amazing and made everything from check in to local information a breeze! Highly recommend staying here and will do so in the future!

The property was clean and provided everything we needed. Only thing that would have been nice is something to make ice. Could not use the back deck because trash cans for the units are stored below and the smell of the garbage made it unpleasant. It was dark inside and the dark painted wall made it all the darker. The owner was very nice and responded to questions prior to our stay very quickly.

My family and I had rented this property years ago and we were so excited to come back. The place was even more comfortable than we remembered! The updates are beautiful! And birdwatchers will love the chance to see herons, hawks and songbirds around the property. We can’t wait to get back!

We really enjoyed our stay in this unit. We weren’t there much except to sleep and cook breakfast but it had all we needed. The property was clean and kept well. Instructions were clear and detailed for tv, appliances and check in/out process. Owner was very responsive and flexible.

My husband and I stayed here for 8 weeks while we searched for a new home in the Carolinas to be closer to our son's family. This compact town house was centrally located, provided enough space, had comfortable beds, splendid views of the golf course from the small deck off the kitchen, where we enjoyed eating out in nice weather. The neighborhood provided access to wonderful, tree-lined streets for our daily long walks, with wonderfully variegated architecture. The kitchen was well equipped and met our needs for daily preparation of meals (we were not vacationing and eating out!) The 2nd floor shower-bath unit shows its age, and the plumbing fixtures were a bit quirky, but nevertheless serviceable, and Adam indicated that he was planning to upgrade it soon. Excellent grocery stores and shopping were very close by at the Arboretum mall, with other shopping areas also conveniently close by. Adam was an excellent host, responding immediately to our questions and requests.

The property is in a quiet residential area. Kitchen was exceptionally clean and well stocked, had everything at hand that we needed. Most importantly, the bed was comfortable! Plenty of sheets and extra towels available too. Enjoyed watching the herons, deer and turtles from the deck. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Place was not clean. Dishwasher smelled of mildew. Items left in washer and dryer. Garbage caddy had not been left out so garbage could be removed since the last unit dwellers. Towels looked dingy with stains and rips. Under cupboard areas (kitchen and bathrooms) were gross. TVs went in and out frequently. Needed to b rebuffered often to restore. The place looks worn and tired in addition to cleanliness issues mentioned above. Neighborhood and location were very good.

Quiet, calm location with good bird/water fowl watching opportunities from a small deck. Townhome was comfortable and clean. Not many activities in the immediate area if you don't golf or stroll. Not far from grocery store and small eateries. Take note of the Owner requests for emptying trash etc to get your deposit returned. Entryways and steep interior stair make this property inaccessible for folks in wheelchairs or with other mobility impairments.

We stayed in this condo last year in April and it was just as great this year in March. Adam was very responsive to our questions and had the condo in immaculate condition. We love the scenery, so peaceful to sit on the deck in the morning and overlook the pond. We will stay here again if we are back in Charlotte next year.

We stayed at this property for the month of December,, close to family. This property is perfectly located in a quiet, wooded neighborhood where the streets wind around a golf course. It is so convenient to the shopping mall which is a 5minute drive and walkable. The unit overlooks a small but active pond. Herons, ducks and even a beaver live here giving you lots to look at when sipping your morning coffee or evening beverage. Adam was incredibly responsive to anything we asked, including changing the color of the curtains and furnishing new pots.! The unit is on 2 floors and although not huge is a good size for 2 people. Overall the unit was very clean. I gave a 4 only because there were dust balls under the bed.. The kitchen is very well equipped and with two tvs and a desk it gave us room to do our own thing when we wanted.. I would recommend Adams place as a place to stay any day.
