Located in Sedona, this charming house for $268 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. A newly refurbished Sedona cottage that embraces the original rustic red rock style from the 1940's. There are two bedrooms that are newly decorated comfortably for our guests. The updated bathroom has a full tiled shower and beautiful cabinets. The remodeled kitchen is fully stocked for the convenience of cooking meals. There is a large great room with plenty of space for relaxation. There is Wifi and a flat screen TV for your pleasure. Outdoor space has three patios for relaxing and barbequeing. The cottage is located one street from Historic Uptown Sedona. Dining, shopping, wine tasting, entertainment, tours, and Oak Creek Canyon are all within steps. Biking and hiking trails are abundant in the Uptown Sedona area. This location has spectacular views that are breathtaking. There is no need to drive a car because everything you'll need to enjoy beautiful Sedona is within walking distance.

This is such a nice place to stay in Sedona. The house is very clean and nicely decorated. It's walking distance to shops and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and had some great hiking trips around Sedona.

This is the second time that I have stayed here. The house is remarkably clean, the beds are incredibly comfortable with piles of lovely linens. Genna provides wonderful soaps and shampoo for freshening up after a long day of hiking. I have stayed in many rentals and this is my absolute favorite!

The PeachTree Inn was a perfect cozy home away from home and walking distance to all Sedona has to offer with shops, galleries and restaurants! Just a short drive to all the trailheads and vistas of the beautiful red rocks♥️ We enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend this gem. If we ever go back to Sedona we will stay here again!

Clean. Easy walk to all the shops/restaurants in Uptown. They even have a box fan and a cooler! This spot hits all the things you hope for in a property and elevates it! My granddaughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The house was perfect. The kitchen was fully functional and a requirement when we stay at VRBO homes as I cook. I hated to throw away the condiments we purchased but understand you do not want to clutter the fridge with each guests' leftovers. We always have trouble with VRBO rentals television systems. We are old school, not unplugged, so get frustrated with ROKU etc. This was supplanted with more time sitting on the front porch; morning coffee and evening wind down. What an amazing spot, and the people watching is awesome. BTW, the landscape 'guy' was terrific about letting us know who he was and what he was doing on the property.

The Peach Tree Inn was a wonderful lodging in Uptown Sedona. Close proximity to the shops and restaurants. It was such a peaceful retreat to sit outside on the porch in the early mornings and end of day. Genna was a gracious host and even provided some delicious treats for us. I'm looking forward to the next visit.

Overall clean property with great location, 2 minute walk from uptown. We walked to our jeep tour. Great outdoor seating for cooler weather. Pleasant living room for 4. Owner provided sweet welcome gift. We were here in 105 degree heat. Air Conditioner worked well but could use fans in bedrooms for high summertime temperatures. We would return!

What a great location for visiting Sedona. Uptown was easily walkable from the house. Neighborhood was quiet and front porch is a nice place to relax and have coffee in the morning or drinks in the evening. Would definitely stay here again!!

We had a wonderful stay at Genna's property in Sedona. Most certainly the best part is its location. It truly is walking-distance to everything and having a dedicated parking spot gave us peace of mind all day and night. We also came to really appreciate the patio chairs on the front porch, which was great for taking a break during the heat of the day, relaxing with a book, a cold drink, and gazing at a slice of the red rocks. Host was helpful and pleasant. We wanted to stay in town so we could walk to dinner but didn't end up finding too much that interested us. Near lots of tourist shops but did like within walking distance. Home didn't feel fresh but fine. Cooking supplies were minimal. One mattress was very soft. Enjoyed the extra parking space next door and the chairs on the front porch. Thank you

Very clean and updated. Nice to be able to hop to the Main Street in minutes but not be subject to the traffic and business. Adequately equipped and perfectly sized. Fantastic Apple tree muffin mix provided is a hit! We will look to order that home side!

House is lovely, very clean, and in a great location. Bed was comfortable (we only used one of the beds) with soft sheets and plenty of towels. We enjoyed the front porch and patio with wonderful views! I was a little concerned it might be noisy given the location, but it wasn't at all. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Sedona!
