Situated in Emerald Isle, this lovely house for $500 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Beautiful 4 bedroom, 3and 1/2 bath half duplex sitting right on the beach. Nothing to do here except relax and enjoy the sea breezes from either of our 2 decks. Direct access to the beach and full backyard as an added bonus but great for yard games and to keep the little ones entertained when you have had enough beach time. Renovations as of June 2023 include new flooring throughout and all bathrooms updated. Top floor has amazing views from great room, open kitchen and large deck. Dining room table seats 8 plus 4 bar stools at kitchen island. Additionally, top floor also has queen bedroom with smart TV and full bath with shower. Middle level provides a queen bedroom with smart TV, twin room with 2 beds (with 1 trundle bed) and shared hall bathroom with walk in shower. Also on the middle level, master bedroom has direct access to deck facing the ocean. Master has 2 closets and TV with cable. Master bath includes dual vanity, soaking tub with separate shower. Full size washer and dryer on second level. First level family room provides extra living space with cable TV in case of a rainy day or extra guests with a pull out couch and half bath. Outdoor shower, covered picnic table and grilling area, and plenty of parking round out what this home has to offer. The house is also close to stores, restaurants, aquarium, mini-golf courses and the Emerald Isle pier. Don t miss out on staying at this little slice of paradise!

Keystone West was wonderful! Beautifully furnished and decorated. Very clean. Perfect location - near grocery stores, shopping, etc. Well-equipped and very organized kitchen. Plenty of hangers in closets. Lots of extra pillows and blankets. Owner was extremely responsive and helpful.

This is the second year in a row we have stayed at Keystone West and it did not disappoint! Sue is such an amazing host and the house was even better this year with noticeable upgrades (new flooring throughout, updated bathrooms, etc..). We arrived as the cleaning crew was wrapping up and they were so gracious, asking us to approve each room for cleanliness before they left. Our group consisted of my husband, 7yo son and father-in-law. We truly enjoyed every aspect of the house, particularly the easy beach access. The beds were comfortable, kitchen fully stocked with every cooking utensil/dish/pan you could need. The living area was spacious and outdoor areas plentiful with a choice of upper and lower decks, as well as a first floor patio with picnic table. My favorite was the upper deck with large captain chairs overlooking the ocean! Between the house itself, super friendly neighbors and close proximity to groceries, shopping, restaurants and a cute water park, it was the perfect Emerald Isle vacation home. All in all we love this place and can’t wait to return in the future!!!

We had a wonderful vacation and loved Keystone West. The house was beautiful and spacious enough for our 10 family members. The views were stunning. We loved having the yard for activities when we wanted a break from the beach. And the beach is just steps away! House is close to grocery stores, movie theater, restaurants and souvenir shops. Perfect location! We loved it!!

We loved the location, easy beach access, amenities, nice gas grill, living & dining areas, bedrooms and bathrooms! After other 'bare bones' properties in the past, this was a joy to see some paper products, kitchen & trash bags plus an array of spices. We used and left some of ours to pass it forward.
Excellent communication from the Host and friendly next door neighbors. Our only regret was having to go back home... but with lots of great memories!

This beautiful home is sparkling clean and fresh smelling. The location is perfect. You can walk to the beach, multiple ice cream stores, 2 grocery stores and the best toy/ book store I’ve ever been to. The main living area has a lovely view so even if a storm is rolling in it is gorgeous. So many nice spots that millennials can set up their laptops and work remotely. The beach is not crowded and so close that you don’t have to pack a cooler as the house is steps away. We felt the linen service was fine with soft sheets and plenty of towels and there are many different bed pillows to choose from. The owner recommended a great place to rent a Shibumi and it was delivered and collected right at the house. There were several beach chairs , a baby pool, boogie board and many sand toys. There are stairs as mentioned in the property description so your party will need to be able to manage those. We all agreed it was our best vacation ever!

The property was clean and usually quiet and the appliances worked. Although linens were provided there were no proper sheets for the pull out hide-a-bed on the first level. (A twin sheet was provided but it was a double or queen bed.) The bunk beds were also very problematic - the metal frames squeaked with even the slightest movement leaving the sleepers instead sleeping on the sofa!
Note that no toilet paper, paper towels or even hand soap were included - have not seen this exclusion on other comparable properties. Also, bring coffee filters. There were some small basket paper filters in the kitchen but they were too small for the coffee maker. (Need 10-12 cup basket type.)
Hostess was accommodating but not always reachable via VRBO.
Finally, note that beach chairs were available to us but are not actually listed under amenities.

The house was spacious. There was plenty of seating in the living areas and dining space. Bedrooms were great, with plenty of space to unpack and settle in. The view of the ocean was wonderful. The location was convenient to shopping and restaurants. The owner was prompt with response to questions. Arrival and departure could not have been easier. Hope to visit again soon.

A group of 6 girlfriends and I stayed here for a few days and loved this house! It is directly on the beach and we enjoyed being able to see and hear the ocean from the balconies. There's a grocery store 1/4 mile down the road, and there are several restaurants near by. The only thing that would have improved our trip would be better lighting over the dining table for evening meals and game nights. Thanks for a great experience - I would recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in Emerald Isle!

What an amazing property, especially for families with young children! This was our second vacation on Emerald Isle, but the first at this property and we plan to come back again next year! Our family (5 adults, one four year old, and 1.5 year old twins) had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the gorgeous views that this property has to offer. We loved that we could take the kiddos to the beach in the morning and then enjoy the large backyard (with natural fencing) for play in the evenings. The private outdoor shower and hose made it easy to keep sand where it belongs. The extra living room and bathroom on the first floor gave us plenty of extra storage and space. The owner was very responsive and the kitchen was well stocked. We bought a family pass at the nearby aquarium and took the kids there several afternoons (there’s a Dairy Queen attached too!). This place is a gem:)

Perfect location close to restaurants shops and ON the beach! The home needs a little TLC (Freezer door broken, sinks clogged, toilet running / deep cleaning would be preferred.
Property manager was super responsive but all of the items were not resolved.
Check in was late - we were not able to get into the home until 4:30pm when we were told 3pm. Management offered a gift card for our inconvenience, but we didn't receive that until Thursday and some of us were leaving on Friday.
Kitchen is fully stocked with all dishes / pots / pans. Grill access was wonderful also. Puzzles and games provided was fun for the kids.
Overall great location, and charming beach house.

The house is well stocked, is in a great location right over the bridge and near Publix and Swansboro. I highly recommend this property. The owner is great to work with and takes great care of the property.

Great House/Location

Cool air, cozy home
Beautiful home right on the beach. Sue was so warm and welcoming. The November weather was cool but the home was so inviting and cozy. We would love to book this home again in the warmer months!

We were a group of college friends meeting up to catch up. The duplex was in a good location, close to restaurants and to the walking/running path, which I used every day. The house was clean and well laid out. We had room to relax.
