Ideal location in a friendly beach neighborhood, convenient to everything Bethany has to offer. Just a short walk or ride on the Bethany Trolley to the beach and the center of town. Updated and fully equipped kitchen. Outdoor shower. Three TVs, WiFi. Short walk to great restaurants, ice cream, gourmet Italian market and Wawa. Biking and walking trails just minutes away. Ten minutes to two golf courses - and half a dozen more within 45 minutes. Comfortable screened back porch for relaxing and dining and a large yard for games and grilling. Pets are welcome. We had a relaxing stay at this VRBO. Good location to the beach. House was clean. The outside shower was good for rinsing off, but there did not seem to be hot water on the outside shower.

We loved our weeklong stay at this great property! We were the perfect distance from the beach and tons of things to do. The house was well stocked and maintained, with lots of touches that made it feel like home. Most of all, we loved that it was dog friendly so we could share our vacation with our family pet.

Highly recommend staying here, it feels like home. Owner responds in a timely manner & is extremely helpful & accommodating. House was clean & has everything you need. Wi-Fi wasn’t working for us but besides that, perfect home & spacious.

Last minute my wife and I decided to go away for her birthday weekend with another couple and our kids. We found this perfect house and Caroline was so accommodating to give us the flexibility we needed for our kids nap schedules. We were able to maximize our beach time and family fun with limited stress because the house was perfect for our families. It’s in a quiet area close to the beach although we drove because of everything we carried with us. The house is also so close to downtown which was great to explore for our meals out. Caroline gave us some great info for Bethany beach as it had been years since any of us had visited. Our only regret is not being able to stay longer.

The house was great! Had everything we needed. Nice porch and yard for hanging out! The location was perfect for our family, on a quiet cul-de-sac and convenient to the beach. Easy walk straight to the broad walk and beach. Caroline was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay again.

This property was a life saver as my husband and I (and our 3 dogs and a cat) waited 5 weeks for our house to be completed. Caroline was very accommodating and the home itself was roomy and had all the conveniences you could ask for. It was very clean and well-kept. The greatest feature of all was the close proximity to Bethany Beach. Just a short walk to the boardwalk and beach with a lot of great restaurants close by. The neighborhood itself is very peaceful and made for great evening walks. We’d highly recommend this place!! Thank you, Caroline!

My husband and I along with our dog stayed here for 3 weeks. The house is fully equipped from the kitchen to the bedrooms. Beautiful kitchen and master bathroom. Beds were comfortable and we needed the extra blankets as the weather dipped to the low 40's. The best part of this location is it is within a 15-20 minute walk to the beach. It is a 20 minute ride to Rehoboth or Ocean City. You have the best of both worlds yet can come home to the serenity of Bethany. A must is the Ocean View Brewery. The food is amazing! Caroline was so attentive to any concerns that we had and was immediately responsive. Our dog had the best time lounging in the back yard and the screened in porch. We will definitely be back!

Our family of four plus two dogs and my wife ‘s sister’s family of three enjoyed staying in this house for a week during Christmas time. The property owner, Caroline was very easy to communicate with and super responsive. She even provided the crates for our dogs so we did not need to bring our own. The location is great - short driving to the beach and outlet shopping. Overall we love staying in this house and will definitely come back in the future.

We had a fun and relaxing vacation and really enjoyed staying in this home. It's not far from the beach or shopping in the quaint town of Bethany. The neighborhood is quiet and the people are friendly. We love Bethany but also took day trips to Dewey, Lewes and Ocean City, MD. The house was clean and as advertised. Caroline was a great host and was very responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely stay at this lovely home again!

We had a wonderful few days staying at the property. The house was very clean and spacious—the nine of us had plenty of room and we didn’t feel crowded at all. Caroline was fantastic and quick to respond and provided a great list of their favorite restaurants. We were able to walk to the beach no problem and the central location in Bethany provided easy access to restaurants and ice cream. It’s also not a far drive to Henlopen State Park for some amazing trails. We had a wonderful time and hope to be able to stay again.

We enjoyed staying at the beach house in Bethany Beach. The house was the perfect size for our family of 5 and two dogs. We were close enough to the beach and boardwalk that we could walk (20mins) or drive (5 mins). The kids loved the two community pools after spending time at the beach. The owners were very kind and helpful.

Nice house for families
This house was very spacious with a convenient layout. We had a 79 year old member of the family that uses a walker and he had no trouble navigating around the house. The kitchen, dining, and living rooms were open and bedrooms were nice sized. The kitchen has a new coffee maker that makes both individual k-cups or a pot of coffee. The washer and dryer are HUGE, very convenient for doing large loads of beach towels. The screened in porch has a lot of space with wicker furniture and a table to play games. Our group ranged in age from 10 to 79 and it was loved by all!! Caroline was very helpful and even sent us a general layout of the house upon request so we could plan our stay. Overall, great experience!

Very clean furnished home one mile from beach. Quiet neighborhood and convenient to beach and restaurants. Would highly recommend staying here. Bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious, kitchen clean and well stocked with dishes etc. with dining table for large family, family room roomy, and the porch was a nice bonus!

We needed to rent someplace for a month while our home was being finished. We also needed someplace that would accommodate our 2 dogs. Our stay in Bethany was very nice; the unit was large and clean and conveniently located. The neighborhood was very quiet (granted it was December) and the area was easy to get around. I would recommend it anytime.
