Situated in Old Colorado City, this charming house for $145 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Getaway to Old Colorado City in this quaint, newly renovated 2 bedroom, 1 bath home, originally built in 1898. Great, friendly neighborhood! Modern amenities include: new 6-person hot tub, outdoor natural gas fire table, natural gas grill, Amana kitchen appliances, washer and dryer, air conditioning, Sealy mattresses, wifi, TVs in each bedroom, and a queen-sized sofa sleeper in the living room. There is also an attached sunroom to enjoy the outdoors year-round. Newly built covered parking in the ally behind the house (for shelter against any weather), or there is also on-street parking in the front. Yard is fully fenced, ready for man's best friend. It is walking distance, 4 blocks, to all the dining and shopping that Old Colorado City has to offer! There is also a school at the end of the block that provides for a great park for the family. It includes a walking track, open space, pavilion, and small park structures. Near grocery store, gas station, Angler's Cove (for outdoor recreational sports enthusiasts), and biking/hiking trails. Manitou Springs, Garden of the Gods, and downtown Colorado Springs are only a 5 minute drive away! The name says it all - this can be your Hideaway Haven! A place to relax and unwind while enjoying all the sights and sounds of the Pikes Peak region. A $100.00 non-refundable cleaning fee will be assessed when you book your reservation. Please, this home is non-smoking, of any kind. You may smoke outside near the carport. If smoking of any kind is detected indoors, a $200 deep-cleaning fee will be assessed. One or two pets are welcome, total pet fee of $75. Please pick up after pets. Yard is completely xeriscaped and completely fenced for pet to roam free throughout property. Neighborhood is very quiet and welcoming to future guests. The area just provides a feeling of going back into time (early 1900's) but still having all the modern amenities. It's now time to just relax with friends and family and enjoy! Check-In is at 4 p.m Mountain Standard Time and Check-Out is at 12 Noon Mountain Standard Time.
