This property fit our needs perfectly! First, I’d like to mention that this is THE cleanest property I have ever rented thru VRBO. The property owner left a nice welcome note and a basket of snacks and coffee, which was appreciated. She was also very helpful and responsive. Great location only 10 minutes from downtown. We have stayed in the Uptown, Third Ward and South Park areas. None of these compare to the Plaza Midwood area. The traffic was easier to navigate. There are plenty of dining options nearby and several of these restaurants offer delivery services. We travel to Charlotte quite often and I will definitely be staying in this rental again. I highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay. Communication with the owner was excellent. Place was spotless when we moved in, comfortable bed and furniture, and had everything we needed. Would highly recommend staying here and we will definitely try to stay here again when we visit our son.

This property was exceptional in every way. The furnishings & beds were very comfortable, kitchen was well appointed with modern appliances, and we thoroughly enjoyed the front porch with the rocking chairs. The location was perfect for our activities and we felt very safe in the neighborhood. We were close to the light rail station which made it very easy to get downtown. The owner was quick to respond to our questions and very easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again.

The location was ideal and the house was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. There really isn't anything bad to say about our stay because everything was great. We even had a little car trouble at the end of our stay, and Paula was able to recommend a repair shop for us.

Getting places in Charlotte can involve a lot of driving, but this beautiful home is centrally located and makes that pretty easy. It's on a quiet street, but you can walk to nice restaurants. If you want to go for a run, that's possible too without dodging traffic. Very calm, classy decor and an on-point owner. You should stay here.

This property was so nice and clean! Also well equipped with everything you could need, even for children, which you don’t always see. The outdoor spaces were beautiful and I really enjoyed sitting on the front porch reading! Super convenient location with many restaurants and things to do around. We really enjoyed our stay!

The entire experience was great. I’ve stayed in the area before and this will be my go-to spot from here on out. Centrally located and in a beautifully unique neighborhood. Paula communities fully and responds quick. House was clean and stocked with what I needed. Thank you for the hospitality.

This would have been the 4th time we stayed at this address. Unfortunately my husband got sick and we were unable travel. Paula worked with me regarding dates etc. but unfortunately it just wouldn’t work! As I told her “we will be Back !”

Paula, the owner was awesome. Responsive immediately. Home is beautiful and comfortable. Location was great. Nice neighborhood but only ten minutes from downtown. A huge bonus for us was TV had Directv plus the extras. We have rented many places and never had the luxury of seeing anything we wanted to on tv. Once we’ve been out and about for whatever reason we are in the area we like to relax at the home and watch tv. I highly recommend this property. Just don’t reserve it when we want to 😉

My friend and I drove down from PA for a Garth Brooks concert. The home was absolutely adorable and exactly as listed! It’s in a very quiet neighborhood where the neighbors were so friendly. It’s close enough to walk (1 mile) to restaurants. It was a 10 minute UBER ride to Bank of America Stadium. I would 1000% stay here again!

I got married in Charlotte a few weeks ago and stayed at Paula’s house. It was absolutely perfect. It served as a great place to hang out during the wedding weekend - by myself as well as with a small group of groomsmen and ultimately my wife the night after the reception. The location is excellent and the condition of the unit was great. Very clean and very well maintained. I really, really enjoyed my stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone else looking for a place to stay in Charlotte. Paula even left me a kind handwritten note wishing me well for my wedding, and also provided a bottle of wine and a few snacks! So kind and thoughtful. Thank you Paula! 11/10, would definitely stay here again!

I can’t say enough good things about this charming place inside and out. It is exactly as pictured, adorable, clean and necessities provided. The landscaping is enviable! My daughter attends UNC-Charlotte, her boyfriend lives in Harrisburg, they were both excited to hear I picked a place in Plaza Midwood. What a lovely area! I wanted to get a walk in, decided to find a bakery, Villani’s was a little over a mile away. It was awesome! Nice walk and delicious baked goods. We had plenty of room for the four of us to hang out comfortably, the neighborhood provided rest. Grocery store nearby, great restaurants! My husband just asked me to add a shout out for the DirectTv which allowed him to keep up with his hockey. His words “A home away from home”. Definitely will stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay in Charlotte at Paula's home. The house was incredibly clean and check in and check out were a breeze. Paula and her family were wonderful hosts as well. They were incredibly accommodating and provided us with tons of recommendations for things to do and places to eat in the area. The neighborhood where the house is located was so pretty and was within walking distance to breweries and restaurants in the Plaza Midwood neighborhood. It was also a very short drive to the light rail into the city. The location was perfect, the house was gorgeous, and the hosts were awesome. Great experience overall.
