About this cottage rental
Located in Scottsdale, this lovely cottage for $183 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. PRIVATE POOL resort style with a tennis, pickle ball, and basketball court. Horse shoe pit with bocce ball. This property is unique. Included is an entertainment area with an outdoor Viking kitchen. In addition, we have beach cruiser bikes and a tandem bike for your enjoyment. Outdoor setting for plenty of guests and an outdoor table fireplace on guest patio. Magnificent private property located in North Scottsdale. 1.2 acres of a perfect private getaway. Excellent freeway access, nightlife, and shopping are all very close by including Kierland Commons and Scottdale Quarter. Guests have access to a PRIVATE 45-foot pool as well as a LIGHTED BASKETBALL COURT, LIGHTED PICKLEBALL, AND TENNIS COURT. INCLUDES THE SPORTS BALLS ETC. Outdoor custom Viking kitchen, grill, and refrigerator, for your enjoyment. A laundry facility is available upon request. The unit also offers a fully loaded kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and the studio-style casita is professionally decorated. Meticulously maintained and fully cleaned and disinfected between guests. If needed for an additional small fee there is a tiny house that sleeps one.

The accommodations and the property are absolutely perfect. A peaceful environment and relaxing ambiance. The host is more than accommodating, as well. Think of a resort that you have to yourself. Seriously!! This will be my place every time I come to Phoenix now.

The Red Rooster Inn is the perfect setting to unwind. We loved the poolside chill factor,
the lawn area to stretch, the bocce ball court, and the entertaining chickens and rooster. Our host, Susan, went out of her way to be attentive including having the bicycles repaired in a timely manner. (We especially enjoyed the bicycle built for two.)
We’ll be back whenever we come to Scottsdale!

Very pleasant setting! Loved the pool and poolside lounge areas! Tennis/Pickleball court and bicycles were a plus! Rooster and chickens provided ambiance! Host was extremely accessible and accommodating!

Other than the Rooster waking up this morning person earlier than usual (Thrasher, who we came to love!), this was the most beautiful, quiet, relaxing and well kept place we have ever stayed,
Including 5 star hotels. Every detail was taken care of and we felt like treasured guests in a home rather than VRBO customers. Highly recommend!! The chickens and the rooster were just a bonus and fun to visit throughout our stay.

Susan was very accommodating and made us feel at home. The property is very expansive and we used the pickleball court a lot. The casita was very clean and it was great to have condiments available. The property had easy access to the events that we wanted to go to. We would love to visit again.

The casita is immaculate, beautifully decorated and comfy. The property is even more beautiful and welcoming than the pictures. The owners, Susan and Ken are warm, friendly and interesting. Susan went above and beyond anything I could have expected to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. She has an amazing knowledge of how to make a guest feel at home. She is a delightful and warm person and I hope to return to her lovely casita again and again.

We spent the tail end of our honeymoon at the Red Rooster Inn, and we are so glad we did!! Susan and Ken are incredibly welcoming, and the property is a true oasis. We really enjoyed using the pool, hanging out with the chickens, and enjoying the sunshine! We hope to be back. Thanks so much for an unforgettable stay.

There are no words to describe this amazing peaceful experience. The set-up, we could not of asked for anything more. So perfect, and private, but yet everything at your finger tips: Beautiful church (walking distance), restaurants, golf, you name it in Scottsdale. Honestly, didn’t know there was anything out there like this, just perfect. Susan and Ken are like family, so genuine. Love it, highly recommend.

We had full access to the pool and barbeque which we enjoyed in wonderful weather. The chicken theme was really fun :) It was one of the most relaxing and pleasant weekends we have had as a couple and we hope to be back soon!

The amenities of Steeple Chase are only surpassed by the hospitality and generosity of our hosts. The casita is well furnished and supplied with most things you need for much of your stay. The property is maintained and appointed well. Use of the space is encouraged and we were assisted in hosting a poolside dinner with a couple of friends. We have already told friends of our experience and recommended they explore staying there .
