Nestled in Avalon, this charming house for $655 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Beautiful Avalon beach block home. Ocean views from your front deck. A large pool in your backyard. Avalon does not get any better than this!!! About our Home... Just 4 homes separating you from the award-winning Avalon beach. Our home boasts four large bedrooms and three full baths that combined sleeps 11 (in beds)+ a spare pull-out couch. A large upstairs open living area consists of two bedrooms, two full baths, living, dining room, and a nicely equipped kitchen. There is a large front deck with ocean views and a rear private second story deck overlooking the pool. The lower level consists of two bedrooms, full bath, plus a large den with a beverage and snack area that was recently renovated. The best part of this renovation is that the den now has direct view and access to the pool area that opens to a new protected entertainment and lounge area. We offer all of the amenities you need for your home-away-from-home. Gas grill, patio furniture and loungers, wet bar and ice-maker for the adults. X-box, WiFi, multiple TVs, Streaming devices, DVDs and a huge 12 x 34’ pool for kids of all ages. Please note that like most Jersey shore rentals we only offer weekly rentals during Peak season (Mid-May - Mid Sept) with check-in and check-out on Saturdays. Long weekends and other options available with a 3 night minimum during the rest of the year. If you are having problems finding your preferred dates during peak season make sure you enter Sat check-in and 7 night stay. Great location on a beautiful beach block. The house had more than enough space and featured a nice, large pool with an outdoor bar/TV. Great space to wind down after a day at the beach.

Mike is absolutely amazing to work with. Hes attentive, responsive, pleasant and helpful. The house was immaculate and wonderful for our family (2 adults and 5 teenagers). Quiet street simple walk to the beach each day. The pool was a daily hit with the kids. The garage refrigerator and the extra beverage fridge in the room off the pool were extremely helpful for drinks. Plenty of room to spread out indoors and outdoors.
Our only sadness was packing up to go home. I wish we couldve stayed another week!!!

There is nothing like the Jersey Shore for vacation! When our kids were growing up we would go to Avalon every summer. This year was our return but with grand kids. I highly recommend 58 15th St. if you are looking looking for a great house and location. Everything about this home made it great for our group! Very clean and spacious with everything we needed!

We had a beautiful, relaxing week in Avalon! ☀️ The house was well equipped, and had lots of room for us to spread out as a family with adult children! Our host was incredibly accommodating, and flexible with our stay! We will definitely be back to this house again! 😊

This was a wonderful location and a beautiful property. It was spacious with with multiple entertainment areas and large bedrooms. Just a short walk to the beach and a quiet part of the island. Mike was great with communication. We would love to go back!

The house is very clean, beautiful and in a great location. The host was super kind, personable and easy to reach. Will 100% stay here again! We stayed here with our two kids (ages 4 and 1). They had a blast and we had a great long weekend.

We had the most lovely stay. The house was so well equipped and perfect for our group. The outdoor space with the pool was a favorite for the kids as well as adults. The hosts could not have been nicer and in touch prior to our stay all during the trip. I would highly recommend this house.

I stayed here with my two best friends and their spouses and children. My grandmother also stayed with us. Everything was perfect and our host was very kind and accommodating. This house is spacious!

We had a wonderful stay at this home! Mike was super friendly, reliable & a pleasure to rent from. The home was clean & comfortable. Nice somewhat older home on beach block with very few other renters so the beach is not crowded. Kitchen is nice and well supplied. The beds were comfortable. The pool is very nice. Nice dual outdoor shower set up. The owner is nearby and very responsive.

The pool was amazing and heated and large.
We loved hanging out outside, having lunch on the covered patio with comfy chairs and completely shaded.
There were lounge chairs for sunbathing and a few couches.
The kitchen had a great island with barstools, a dining room, awesome comfy couch and chairs. There was a patio off the dining room where you can sit and see the ocean.
The beds were comfortable, bathrooms were good.
There was a bar downstairs with two more bedrooms.
We had Fresh Direct deliver the food the first day which made made it easy for all.
Four houses from the beautiful beach made the vacation easy .

This property was perfect for two families with kids. The location was perfect, the heated pool made up for the less than stellar weather we had. Michael was so responsive, kind and accommodating before, during and after our stay. The open floor plan on the upper floor with the high ceilings and large windows were so inviting and relaxing. And the first floor was entertainment center from indoors to pool deck and outside seating/bar. We can't wait to come back.

First of all, Michael was the best host. He sent us text messages when the property was cleaned and inspected. We actually were able to check in early on Friday. The house was ready to go, clean and bright. There were many options for sleeping and were completely adequate to our group. Bathrooms were clean and the laundry room contained lots of cleaning supplies. I brought laundry soap so we were able to do some laundry which was nice. The outdoors decks were amazing, catching that morning sunrise while sitting outside, drinking a cup of coffee was good for the soul. The kitchen was well stocked probably had dishes and silverware for at least 15 people. Multiple pots and pans, serving platters were adequate. The spice cabinet was full of multiple prodeucts which was helpful during cooking. Another awesome feature was the downstairs bar area, complete with an industrial ice maker which came in handy packing coolers for the beach. The pool was amazing , multiple chaise lounges, couches and even a swing. The pool water was warm and perfect for an Ocotber weekend. We all had and amazing time at this property and it was so close to the beach. Michael was a top host in our eyes and we look forward to returning the future.

We were unfortunately very disappointed with our stay. Upon arrival the house was filthy. It was very obvious that the house had not been vacuumed and dusted. There were dirty socks and candy wrappers under the beds where my kids slept. In addition, we couldn’t use the BBQ because it was crusty and dirty. The very limited kitchen utensils were dirty as well. We couldn’t even sit out on the terrace and enjoy the weather because the chairs were torn.
The shower door in the master bathroom was missing so every time we showered the floor got sopping wet.
There was no laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, paper towels, and toilet paper.
Several TVs didn’t work, lamps didn’t function, and perhaps most concerning was the antiquated stereo system which was a potential fire hazard. It would overheat and shut down. We followed the house rules by keeping the volume below 50, but the system still overheated and shut down completely.
The house is advertised as having an Xbox, but it is connected to a tv that cannot be turned on.
Lastly, the home owners called us screaming and harassing us after we left because we forgot to move the trundle bed back and we had moved one of the beds on wheels. They also tried to shame us by calling us “dirty and disgusting people” after we cleaned up after our stay, but as I had said earlier the house was filthy upon our arrival and there weren’t any cleaning supplies. We would have been happy to have done a deeper clean of the bathrooms and kitchen stovetop but that is impossible without cleaning supplies. We were instructed to bring our own linens and blankets so I didn’t remake the beds with the linens that were there, assuming that the home owners would want to launder them prior to the next house guests.
This house was advertised as a high end rental, but be warned that it is far from it. The appliances are over 20 years old, and the plastic floor boards throughout the main living area move underfoot. My suggestion to you is find a different house to stay at in Avalon! I repeat, this is NOT a high end rental.

Lovely home on a fantastic beach
The owner, Mike, was easy to deal with. He was very nice in person. The house was very nice and worked well for us. I do wish that it would have been cleaner, especially the kitchen and bathrooms. Proximity to beach was wonderful since we had a 18 month old child with us.

From the beach right there, to a wonderful home and access to the heated pool - we had a blast and are so happy to have these memories with our family to look back on.
