Nestled in Ozark Mountains, this attractive house for $400 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Sunrise Cottage sits along the Langley bluff with a fabulous view of the dam from Langley to Disney. It boasts a 180° view all the way up the lake toward Duck Creek. This place has the ultimate million-dollar view, with the best sunrise views on Grand Lake. Sit on the deck or in the Hot Tub and enjoy. Sunrise Cottage is a 2 minute drive to Reasors, shopping and dining, yet private enough to be in a quiet neighborhood. It has ample outdoor deck seating with courtyard that is well shaded with large beautiful trees, as well as a screened in porch area complete with dining table and ceiling fan. With over 100 feet of lakefront, views from almost every room, Sunrise Cottage will give you the peace and quiet you desire or put you in the middle of all of the South Grand Lake action. With your own private covered dock you will have access to all lake activities. The water is deep, the fishing is good and has a protected area between the dock and the shoreline to let the kids swim. While there are steps down to the dock, they are for the most part gradual and not extremely difficult to navigate. The home itself has an open concept in the kitchen, living and dining areas so the cooks don't feel left out. A relatively large area, it is able to accommodate many people with two sofas, two club chairs and ottoman and a 55 inch smart TV . Sunrise Cottage has 4 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms. The large master bedroom has killer views of the lake, king sized bed and it’s own private bathroom with double sink vanity and large shower. One of the bedrooms at the other end of the house boast a comfortable King size bed and the other is a Queen. These share a common bathroom that has a tub and shower combination. The 4th and smaller bedroom has a large daybed and also a full size bed. It also has it’s own private bathroom with shower. Deck space is to your own desire. There is a screened in porch, an open deck with hot tub with seating close enough for the parents to have a view of the lake all while keeping an eye on the younger people as they are enjoying the hot tub. There is also a courtyard with table and chairs and bench seating for a large group to sit and visit. Sun or ample shade, your choice. The dock is accessible by stairway that is not overly steep and easily navigated by anyone that is capable of navigating a flight of stairs.

We absolutely loved everything about this place. It has an amazing view of the lake and a great fenced in outdoor area. The house was decorated so cute and was stocked with everything you would need. The owners also reached out and made sure we had everything we needed. We came here to celebrate my daughter's 16th birthday as well as Thanksgiving and all my children fell in love with it. We would definitely rent it again and try it out in the summer. Probably our favorite rental!

We honestly felt this was the best VRBO experience we've had. Sunrise Cottage is a welcoming and perfectly appointed home. The lakeview and sunrise from the patio was spectacular. The hosts are next door and available if you need them. Our doodles loved the large fenced yard. We're already checking the calendar to book our next stay.

We were overly impressed with this location and can’t say enough about the house. It was a little slice of paradise on the lake and the hosts did an excellent job at providing anything you would need. From great fishing, beautiful views from the hot tub, beautiful decorations, just all of it. We will definitely be making this an every year venture.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this beautiful home on the lake! The views of the lake were breathtaking, and the house itself was exceptionally well-stocked, making our stay incredibly convenient. Having a grocery store nearby was a big plus, and the fenced-in yard provided privacy and security.
One of our favorite features was the screened-in porch, where we could enjoy the lake view without any pesky bugs. Although we didn't get a chance to use the hot tub this time, we're already planning to come back in December to give it a try.
The owners were incredibly nice and accommodating throughout our stay, making us feel right at home. We can't wait to return to this beautiful lakeside getaway!

The adorable house was clean and very well-stocked, and offered many seating options for dining/relaxing. Location on the lake is wonderful, as the water is much less busy than other spots. Sunrise cottage was amazing! The property is clean, well maintained and stocked, beautiful views, and easily accessible to stores. We had 5 adults and 3 children ages 6, 4 and 2. Plenty of space for us all. The kids loved "their" bedroom with attached bathroom and little closet area for them to play. We brought our boat and docked it there and they have parking across the street for vehicle and trailer and plenty of space for parking at the house. Rick and Gloria were great hosts. They are mailing us a ring we accidentally left! We recommend this property for a great lake stay!

The property was a super clean oasis by the lake. The whole area was as laid back and serene as it comes or you could seek out some hustle and bustle and activity to spice up the evening within minutes in any direction. The owners were always in the wings for anything you might need.

We are already looking to book this place for our family vacay 2024!! Neighborhood, Owners, and the property are all 5 star. Sunrise Cottage has all the comforts of home. We spent many hours on the patio just relaxing and lake watching. The 6 grandkids absolutely loved the lake—swimming, paddle boarding, and kayaking— a perfect place to bring all your swim toys!!
Fully stocked kitchen- every kitchen appliance possible, crockpots, blenders, mixers, griddle-you name it …it was there. No need to pack food— Reasor’s grocery store is literally like 2 minutes away— with bakery, deli, pharmacy— and good prices, too.
Large washer and dryer to clean all those swimsuits.
Gloria and Rick were FANTASTIC hosts. Loved meeting them and feel like we have a couple new friends.

We were looking for a relaxing retreat for a family member who just started chemo and Sunrise Cottage exceeded our expectations! This place is beautiful inside and out. You can see the owners love of plants and I enjoyed having them around. This house has everything you need just pack a bag, grab some food and you are set. We spent all of our time on the decks overlooking the Grand Lake and the hot tub was so nice. The neon sunrise was one I will not forget and was worth getting up early for. We grilled out and had a fire for smores. Some of us made our way down to the private boat dock for some fishing. Everything was perfect!!

This place was 5 star plus in every way possible. The home was beautiful, comfortable and clean. Million dollar views of Grand Lake from the living areas, screened in porch and very nice patio. My family enjoyed fishing, kayaking and swimming from the dock. They have wood handy to build fires at night. We roasted marshmallows and made smores. The home is fenced with a gate. Reasors is a few minutes away. The people working there were some of the friendliest and helpful. I miss the small town atmosphere that Langley offers.
Also, the hot tub before bed was a nice bonus. While in the hot tub looking at the stars we saw the spacex dragon capsule with the four astronauts go over us. It was a beautiful site. My family and I had the best time. The owner Rick was very nice and helpful. We can't wait to go back for our next family get together.

We really enjoyed our time at Grand Lake. The location, the views, amenities, and overall experience at this cottage far exceeded our expectations.
The kitchen had recently been remodeled and the finishes were what one would expect in a primary residence vs. a rental. Truly phenomenal kitchen.
The layout is well thought out and there are panoramic views of the lake from the main living space and the primary bedroom. All the bathrooms have modern finishes and the 4 bedroom layout is spacious not cramped.
Gloria and Rick are, by far, the most accommodating and hospitable hosts we have ever experienced.

This is our second year coming up to stay. We just love this house. Very easy to get to- just a few minutes from Reasors, right on the lake, beautiful area. The house is beautiful, very well stocked, landscaping is beautiful. They have an amazing deck with a million dollar view and a great hot tub to enjoy it as well as a screened in porch if that is more your style. Great hosts, very nice, very responsive to messages. We just love this place!!!
