About this house rental
Located in Oak Island, this charming house for $350 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Get a peek of the ocean and hear the sounds of the waves from the spacious screened porch, watch the beautiful Oak Island sunsets. Three bedrooms and a queen pullout sofa in a private sun room, another queen pull out sofa in living room. King in master, king in one guest room, queen bed and twin bunk beds with trundle in other guest room. Two full baths, fully equipped kitchen, new fridge, dishwasher, and microwave, huge dining table. Flat screen smart tv with Roku in family room with cable and DVD player, sunroom tv with roku with VHS /DVD player. Two bedrooms have TVs. We provide a pack and play, high chair, family movies, games, beach chairs, sand toys, boogie boards, outside shower, large fenced yard for your pets. We also provide enough cleaning supplies, shampoo, soap, toilet paper etc. to get you started. Quality bed linens provided! Gas grill. Everything you need for a great vacation.

This is the third year we have vacationed at this listing. The host is vey responsive. They provide everything that you need in a vacation rental and more. The location is perfect. I cant say enough good things about this house and the host. We absolutely love our time here. And we appreciate that they allow us to bring our dogs on vacation.

We enjoyed our stay. The location of the home was great. Super close to a beach access that we could all walk to as well as the Ocean Crest Pier. Before our arrival the owner let us know that they had some issues with a water leak and this caused the floors to be very soft in certain places of the home. The air conditioning seemed to stop at times and took a while to get it to come back on, we also noticed that some of the vents on the ceiling of the home was dripping water from condensation. The refrigerator didn't keep everything very, very cold and most items inside were sweating / a little melty in the freezer. Other than those issues the house was good, there was plenty of room for our family to spread out and enjoy time together.

Stayed at property with our family last week. This is our second visit to Oak Island, 1st time at this property. This house was a short walk to the ocean. The house was absolutely beautiful and stocked with everything we needed. From the outside with beach chairs, beach cart, cornhole, outdoor grill to the inside with a fully stocked kitchen, towels, beach towels etc, too much to list. We had plenty of room. Owner was very quick to respond to me, and also with suggestions for eating out. The house is beautifully decorated. We would love to stay again next summer!!

The house is clean and has everything you need and more for a wonderful family vacation. A short walk and you're on the beach! When at the house, we spent most of the time enjoying the screened in porch with our pups. We look forward to renting this house again soon!

I took this vacation because I am considering purchasing a home at Oak Island. Home is as described, fenced in yard and screened porch were nice. I don’t know that I would let children play in the back yard due to bugs. But for the dogs it was fine short periods. I would stay there again. Thank you

Wonderful, well stocked, very comfortable property. Lori, the host, was wonderful to work with. There were tons of extras that were so appreciated, including items for visiting dogs. Wonderful backyard. We loved the screen porch. Just a fantastic vacation!

We had a great time in a lovely house.
We could walk a blocks or so to the beach we loved the swings underneath and the basketball goal for the kids. Owner was so easy to talk to.
We will be coming to stay here again.

This property was everything we could have hoped for and more!!!! Suuuuuuper close to the beach and amazing place to stay with kids. They have everything provided you could possibly need. Toys for kids, amazing screened in porch, beach accessories, and so much more!!!! We stayed with 10 people, 6 adults and 4 kids, ages 2-9, everyone greatly enjoyed the property!

The locks didn’t work great. I didn’t really think the house was kid friendly. They were a lot of breakable things on low levels. Not sure if I would stay here again

This was the first beach trip I have been able to bring my parents on in about 7 years. My dad has early dementia and refuses to leave his precious shih tzu at home. We were able to talk dad into coming since Marley was allowed. Being able to also bring our 14 year old shih tzu made our week as well. Everything was wonderful with the house. So appreciated the bath towels, bed linens, beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, wonderful variety of cookware , and kitchen essentials. This owner loves organic as much as I do and all the “extra touches” were so thoughtful!!! The location was awesome!!! I hope to visit again. It was a great trip!!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Lori was very easy to work with and accomodating The decor was really cute and still had some of the Christmas items out. There were lots of added details, including games, books, movies, essentials if you forget something etc. Great location, within walking distance to the beach and short drive to many of our OKI favorites. The fenced yard was perfect for our dogs as well.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house is a perfect location to walk to the beach. And the home owners have thoughtfully included so many extra amenities that you might need while you are there. We will definitely be back!!

We also had several restaurants and grocery stores within a 2 mile radius. Our visit was a shorter one, shorter than I wanted. The neighbors were friendly, ours dogs loved the walks and front porch. The fenced backyard is such a convenience, I love this feature on the house!! ! The only negative I have is not for the owner at all. It is for people who stay at their house. If you bring a dog, please don't ruin it by not following the rules for other guests. There are adequate tools to pick up after your dog, including paper towels, pick up bags, and shovel in back. If your dog pees in the house, please clean it, that way other dogs aren't immediately attracted to it. We didn't use the back room at all because of the pee smell on the carpet and the room is amazing and the glider chair was comfy, but the smell of pee, especially while pregnant, is not fun. Outside of that, the owner was super nice, even recommended places to eat. We will definitely stay here again but for a longer period of time. Thank you for allowing us to use your house!!

This trip was my first time using VRBO and Lori made it very easy. She was so quick with responses and was so great about communicating with us. The property was exactly what we were looking for. Plenty of pans and necessities were already there and very kid friendly. My dad even loved the sun room to do some of the jigsaw puzzles in the game closet. Perfect location , close to the beach and Publix. Also playground and splash pad for the kiddos down the street. Thanks so much!

This was a great property. Very close to the beach. Had lots of fun things for the kids to do and a fully stocked kitchen appliances. We made popcorn and watched movies. Our dogs came too and enjoyed the yard.

We absolutely LOVED this beach house!!! All of the amenities like an enclosed front porch, a fenced in backyard, a gorgeous sunroom, an outdoor shower, chiminea to roast marshmallows, less than a 2 block walk to the beach, everything you need to cook great meals in a spacious kitchen, comfortable beds, wifi and more!! Lori, the owner, is such a sweet person, very responsive and super helpful providing local recommendations on places to visit and eat. Oak Island is also SUPER pet friendly so we took our pup with us to many places including the beach (on leash) We will definitely be back!!!

Lori Williams was a wonderful person to deal with. House has good appointments and a handy 2 minute walk to the beach and a nearby restaurant. Only problem I had was with that I have never used a lock box that held the key. Now I know what to do.

The house is beautifully decorated and very spacious! We stayed since our daughter was getting married in Southport and this offered thre convenience of being close to that area while still giving us very close access to thre beach. A very short walk and you are on the beach! We loved the front porch and spent a lot of our time at the house on the front screened porch! Our dogs loved this area as well as there was a wonderful breeze every afternoon! So much was available in the house as far as kitchen equipment that you can cook anything you want, but there are also several great restaurants close by! We truly can't wait to visit again!!!
