About this cottagerental
Situated in Washington, this charming cottage for $255 per night is a great option for your next break. Riversong is our newest and most luxurious cabin and is ADA accessible. It has a full kitchen including a dishwasher and ice maker, a separate bedroom with an extremely comfortable queen bed, a beautiful granite tile propane fireplace, and a cozy living room overlooking the river. A queen Murphy bed with the same comfortable queen mattress as the bed in the bedroom is cleverly disguised as a bookcase. The beautiful window and door casings and trim were all handcrafted by the owner. Outside, the covered deck overlooks a huge lawn sloping down to the river. Included on the deck are a gas BBQ and large Jacuzzi hot tub. There is a fire pit just for the use of this cabin just below the deck.

Riversong was a great cabin and even though it's right off the 101, felt remote and private with a great view of the river and forest beyond. The amenities were fantastic, with a well-appointed kitchen, gas fireplace in the living room, and hot tub. It was a little rainier than anticipated so I didn't get a chance to make as much use of the nearby trailheads as planned, but there are some good walks in the area. The hosts were also extremely pleasant and I'll be sure to plan another trip in the future!

The place and surroundings were amazing. Secluded nad close to hiking trails. The kitchen had everything we needed. The hot tub was great for chilly and damp nights.

Fall is a great time to visit the Olympic peninsula…and Riversong is the best place to start. My husband, I and our small dog found this place peaceful, beautiful and close to the reasons we visit the peninsula. Great walks close to the cabin - great for walks with the dog!! And only 30-60 minutes to Ruby Beach, LaPush, Hoh River and Seiku. The cabin is simply beautiful…lovely woodwork, plenty of space. The gas fireplace was plenty this time of year…and the heat pump heater offered immediate help. Great kitchen for easy meal prep. The covered deck is where we spent most of our time…rain or shine, we could see & hear the Sol Duc river, the changing colors of the trees. Totally private. The bathroom is huge; the beds are comfy. We had great conversation with Brenda…and yet she’s careful with our privacy. Be sure to check out the Logger Museum in Forks and the Visitor’s Center in Clallam Bay…very cool stuff!

Beautiful property by the Ethereal, gurgling Sol Duc river. Lots of wildlife around, we loved the bird feeders as they attract a lot of the birds from this area. My wife and my friend made friends with a little toad, and my friend the librarian got to live her dream of sleeping IN a bookcase with that neat murphy bed.

The cabin was very comfortable and well appointed. Was really nice to enjoy the hot tub after hiking, and the location on the Sol Duc River is a real plus. Brenda was very accommodating and super responsive!

This is one of the cleanest and well organized places we have stayed. We highly recommend this for your vacation. We will stay here again when in this area.

We spent nearly a week at this incredible property (Riversong Cabin), which is perfectly located for exploring the Olympic Peninsula. The pet-friendly cabin is very well equipped, nicely furnished, extraordinarily clean and has a spectacular back deck and yard overlooking the river. A soak in the cabin’s private outdoor hot tub was the perfect ending to a day of hiking and exploring. The hosts, Brenda & Ted, are very friendly and welcoming. We highly recommend this amazing retreat!

This property (Riversong cabin) is a lovely retreat in the perfect location for extraordinary wilderness adventures within an hour or so in all directions. It exceeded our expectations. The cozy cottage was clean, attractive, and highly functional, with more space than the two adults and one small dog needed. We used the surprisingly good WiFi to assist in placing and receiving calls on our iPhones, which worked very well. A hundred details implied to us that a highly intelligent and careful caretaker had thought through the entire stay from the guest's point of view. The host is an extremely nice person.

Song River was such a beautiful place to spend our 30th wedding anniversary. We just could not get enough of that river view, relaxing in the hot tub after our hikes, and being submersed in nature as we enjoyed our space. The location was excellent as well. We saw everything that we wanted to see in the 4 days of our stay as we explored the Olympic National Forest. We highly recommend this rental 100%.

My family stayed here while we explored Olympic National Park. The photos do not do this place justice. It was beautiful, so well done, and one of the best places I have stayed. It was heaven. We would hike all day and soak sore muscles in our private hot tub in the evening while listening to the river and watching wildlife. The cabin has been beautifully built. It’s clean and has everything you need. Brenda and Ted are wonderful. I hope to stay here again.

This was a fantastic property. It is so thoughtfully built to have every comfort you could need. The location and setting is beautiful, the secret book case bed was a real hit with my nephew and the host was so nice. It was very clean and comfortable. My kids, 22 and 18, and I stayed 2 nights. We visited Sol Duc waterfalls, La Push, Hoh rainforest and relaxed at the cabin. Perfectly located, gorgeous property, and a beautiful cabin. The hot tub was clean and hot. I hated leaving. The sound of the river is mesmerizing. Definitely recommend!

We love coming to this property and staying in the deluxe cabins. Riversong is our favorite. Looking out the windows toward the river you feel as if you are the only ones on the property. It’s always clean and so comfortable. The extra supplies come in handy. Thank you for the towels for our dog Kaia. The hot tub is wonderful on a cold evening. It’s always so hard to leave this magical peaceful place but when we do we feel rejuvenated. Thank you for hosting us again. We look forward to our next visit.

What an amazing property and gracious host!!! This is exactly what my daughter and I, as well as our fur babies, had been dreaming of and NEEDED!
The Sol Duc River provided that soothing peaceful serenade that our souls longed for to rest, relax and recharge. We returned home with renewed spirit and readied for the New Year.
