Located in Mission Beach, this lovely house for $419 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Built in Spring of 2015, this home is less than 20 steps to the beach!! Ideally located a short walking distance from the restaurants, bars, and great shopping in Pacific and Mission Beach. The bay is conveniently located just across the street where the Catamaran Resort, Bahia Belle, and available rentals (bike, scooters,boat, and boards). In addition to the beaches, you are just a 5 minute drive to Seaworld, a 10 minute drive to La Jolla/Torrey Pines, and a 15 minute drive to the downtown Gaslamp district, Petco park, Convention Center and Balboa Park and San Diego Zoo. This beautiful beachhouse has 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom. It is located on the sunny side of a North Mission Beach court. The master bedroom is located on the 1st floor with Cal-King bed, private bathroom with a 40” Smart Flat screen TV and direct access to the patio. The spacious 2nd floor is complete living and visiting space. The kitchen consists of a fully-equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, full pantry, and a dining table for 6 to 8 guests. On this floor, there is also a full bathroom with tub, and a living room with a convertible queen sofa, and a 60-inch flat screen TV and expansive sliding glass doors that open to a large private covered deck perfect anytime of day. Two more bedrooms are located on the 3rd floor, with skylights and 32” Smart flat screen TVs in each room. The front bedroom with ocean view and step out balcony has a cal-king size bed, and then the third bedroom has two full beds that include a trundle. The front patio includes a fire pit for cool evenings and a gas barbecue for cookouts. The private 2-car garage will fit one full size car/suv and one small car (eg. Prius size) and also includes the washer and dryer. Several amenities including: -WIFI access in every room, deck and patio -4 flat screen Smart TV's (Cable, HBO, Netflix) 1 in every bedroom - beach toys, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels, 2 beach cruiser bicycles -outdoor warm shower wash off the sand - ceiling fans in every room, including the deck - pack in play, high chair, baby gate and games, books and puzzles for all ages MAX occupants is 8 adults with 2 children. Our newest rental with similar floor plan is across the court, #1442445. COVID cleaning practices: Self check in -check out process (digital code provided prior to arrival) Hand sanitizer and anibacterial hand soap is provided. Cleaning team wears masks and gloves. (particular attention to high touch areas) All antibacterial disinfectants and cleaners used that are also provided. All linens are washed and dryed at high heat in between guest stays This rental is located in a very quiet, high density neighborhood with strict house rules and is only suitable for quieter families. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Make sure that you are comfortable with these polices before renting. -Also there issometimes weekday construction from time to time in the beach area.

Our family had a lovely stay in this well decorated fully stocked vacation home. One of the best we have visited on Mission Beach in our last decade of travel there for summers and fall break! We were able to spread out and enjoy the comforts of the various bedrooms, living and dining space, and spacious kitchen. We were able to secure our 4Runner SUV nicely in the garage and quickly access Mission Beach and Bay. My favorite part of the home was the outdoor space on the 2nd floor for morning coffee and evening conversation. No issues with access or any other logistics. We look forward to returning some day with our parents or other family.

The house was exactly as explained and very well equipped, clean and comfortable. We were 3 couples with plenty of space and privacy with a perfect middle floor for being together. The location was excellent with a short walk to the beach and bay. You can hear and see the ocean from the second floor which we all miss already. Great instructions and communication with host.

Our family stayed at this house over the Labor Day weekend and it was a fantastic stay! We have two small children (ages 4 and 2) and the house had all amenities needed, from pack n play, to highchair, to beach chairs/toys/towels/wagon, children's toys, gate, etc.! It made it so easy to travel without having to carry all of the "extra" kid stuff.
Additionally, the location could not have been more perfect - a few steps to the boardwalk and beach, quick drive to San Diego Zoo, SeaWorld, etc.
The house was clean, comfortable and the owner was great - very responsive and kind.
Highly recommend this property for your San Diego visit!

I rented this property for a long weekend with three friends. We had a fantastic time! The set up was perfect, the deck was lovely, the rooms were spacious and we had a phenomenal time!
The fact you can drive to any San Diego destination within 10-30 minutes, come back to the house, have lunch on the boardwalk and then spend the rest of the day on the beach (less than a 30 second walk) is ideal!
The house was extremely clean, with a ton of amenities and it was so wonderful to have the garage to park our rental car in and not worry about street parking.

From the moment we walked up to the property we could see the pride the home owners took in their home. It was immaculate... Every area of the home. Everything we needed for our stay to feel like home was already provided. The beds and pillows were very comfortable... That's not something people are normally able to say. Bottom line it far exceeded our expectations. We will definitely plan another stay in the near future. 💜

The house was clean and comfortable for our 3 generation family of 6. We enjoyed the fire pit and patio as well as the deck on the second floor. The beds were also comfortable. We really appreciated the bikes, paddle board, and boogie boards. The dishwasher didn't work for us but I think it's been fixed. Erin responded promptly to our questions.

Very nice property located steps from the boardwalk/ocean. Less than five minutes from the (quieter) bay. Easy access to many restaurants and shopping! Really appreciated having beach towels and beach chairs! Kitchen was well appointed and has a pantry for all your groceries. We also all considered the beds very comfortable! There are many games for all ages available which we ended up using because we had some rainy days; much appreciated. Thank you, Erin!

This was our first-time visiting San Diego. The townhouse was located in a great location -- close to the beach and also close to restaurants and other nearby attractions. That said, the location was very quiet and enjoyable. Everything was clean and organized when we arrived. We had great communication with the owner and experienced no issues during our stay. There are many beach items (chairs, paddle ball, towels, and a wagon) available at the townhouse. Having a garage was a definite advantage. We would highly recommend this property.

The property is as described and shown in the pictures. It is clean. The beds are comfortable. It is well situated near the beach, shopping, restaurants, and grocery stores. The area was quiet. A group of us stayed for my daughter’s birthday and we all had a great time. The property manager was responsive and very helpful. We plan on returning soon.

This was a return visit to Mission Beach for most of us. We all agreed if we return we would stay here again. The home was perfectly situated near the ocean and the bay, perfect for walking on the boardwalks. We especially enjoyed the balcony and fire pit. The home was comfortable and updated and seemed to have something for everyone. Our host was friendly and responsive, which we greatly appreciated.

We had an amazing time at this beautiful property! Runs on the beach, close to the Ralph’s grocery store - we walked… close to restaurants… just perfect! House is a great size for 7 people and the kitchen well stocked to cook in! We’d come back anytime!!! Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay here. A lot of thoughtful amenities. Comfortable beds, well stocked with beach gear and toys for the little ones, and such an easy walk to the beach. We really loved the outdoor fire pit. Would definitely stay again!

The size of the place was great with cute beach decor. The beds were comfortable with large pillows. When we first arrived it was a little warm, once we opened the windows and turned on the fans it felt cooler. It would’ve been a little better if the fans had an option of a higher speed. When getting ready during the day it was a bit warm. We were out and about most of the time so it didn’t phase us too much. The place was dusty (fans in rooms and pantry) but the property manager took care of the situation quickly and efficiently. Overall it was a great location, affordable price and would recommend staying here during the cooler months.

The property was in a great location, super quick walk to the beach! The house was clean,very well stocked and taken care of. The owner Erin responded quickly to any needs that arose during our stay (we stayed for 2 weeks). The house is stocked with everything you need for a beach vacation beach towels, umbrellas, chairs, beach toys, wagon,cooler and all of them are in good condition. We will definitely be back again!

The ground floor features a master bedroom with attached master bath. The room opens up to the ground level patio surrounded by a short white picket fence. There you will find a propane BBQ and natural gas fire pit perfect for evening hangouts. The middle level features the main longing room with large couch w/ fold out bed, large flat screen TV, and a full bath. This level also has the dining area with large table to comfortably seat our group. The kitchen has all the you will need to prepare and cook meals, including a natural gas stove, big fridge, plenty of dining and cooking items, a dishwasher and pantry. The living area opens up even more with stacking sliding glass doors that extend the space out to the balcony with comfortable outdoor seating and a table to seat 4. Head up the final flight of stairs to the third level where you will find a room at the front with a king bed that has a aliasing glass door to enjoy the cool breezes, a small flat screen tv, and storage drawers and closet. Down the hall is another full bath, and then the 3rd bedroom with two full beds, plus a trundle bed, and storage drawers.
