About this house rental
Located in Wrightsville Beach, this attractive house for $375 per night is a great option for your next trip. Darling townhouse, beautifully decorated and close to the beach and everything that Wrightsville Beach has to offer. Your vacation rental (we do not rent long term) is just steps away from the beach access. It is also located one block from the sound, providing excellent views of sparkling Banks Channel from both inside your spacious living space and the two large balconies. The property is in pristine condition. It is walking distance to the island grocery, coffee shop, surf shop, restaurants, bars and fishing pier. Bikes and paddle boards can be rented near by. There is both driveway and garage parking for 5 cars. Dining for eight either inside or outside on the deck which has a retractable awning. Grilling area downstairs has its own dining and sitting area. Convenient enclosed outside shower. Comes equipped with beach chairs, towels, a variety of beach toys, coolers, and a wagon to easily pull it all to the beach. We welcome weekly rentals only from May 15 through September 15. There is a 3 night minimum from September 15 through May 15. We do not rent long term!

This was the perfect location for our group for the weekend. We were in Wrightsville Beach to participate in the Ironman 70.3 event as a relay. We were able to get a few more hours of sleep and easily walk to the swim and bike start. House was clean and had everything that we needed for the weekend. We would definitely rebook if down that way again.

With the beach access being so close we were able to visit the beachfront multiple times a day. The place is also very nice with balconies on all levels, each with their own view.

Stayed here 4 days with 6 adults and we had a blast. The house was beyond clean, in great condition and there was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The location was amazing. From the deck we were able to watch the sunsets over the channel each night which were beautiful. It's only 20 mins from the airport, within walking distance to both the beach and channel, restaurants, coffee shops (my daughter loves trying new shoppes). Martha was a great host! I texted to find out where the beach access was and she called immediately (which its right out the door turn left and just walk about 500 ft). We will definitely be back and this time will stay a little longer. Thank you Martha for a great vacation. It's a beautiful " beach town" to enjoy

The house was really nice, and a great place to hang out. We appreciated all of the outdoor space and the amenities such as beach chairs, a wagon, etc. Our family will definitely consider it again later.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was beautiful and very clean. The location was fantastic with the beach just a few minutes walk away as well as downtown Wrightsville with restaurants and shops. The house was stocked with anything we might need, and it was so nice to have extra beach towels, chairs, a wagon, etc. Martha was easy to communicate with and very friendly! We’ll definitely be back!

Our hostess was extremely accommodating and helpful. The home was super clean and well appointed. We had everything we needed.
Easy walk to the beach and several restaurants and shops.
We definitely recommend 116B S. Lumina. Martha introduced herself when she saw us on the porch and couldn't be more pleasant.

Martha is the hostess with the mostest!! This is the cleanest and coziest Vrbo we have ever stayed at. We were here for our niece’s wedding and decided to make a week of it. Martha has everything you may need all in a perfect location!! We walked everywhere and enjoyed all that Wrightsville Beach has to offer. We can’t wait to come back again!!

Very cozy town home between the beach and the sound. Easy to walk to both and to a few shops and restaurants. Also very close to the bridge to go to Wilmington. Recommend staying here.

We’ve stayed in this townhome 3 or 4 times over the years and will definitely plan to stay again. ALWAYS clean, well appointed, great location, private and quiet. And big kudos for having HOT water….so many rentals have barely lukewarm water…grrrrr.

Loved this property. House is very clean and it is in a perfect location. View of the sound off the deck. Couple hundred yard walk you are in the ocean. Would definitely stay here again. And Martha is great! Thanks much!

The condo was so nice. Everything needed and more was there. Kitchen very well stocked. Garage on lower level had a ping ball table, refrigerator , outdoor living area with a shower. Great area for grilling , parking and kids to play. Short distance to sound to swim and ocean. Upstairs had a super porch with tables and a great view of banks channel . I live close by but rent when my children and grandchildren visit. This is my number one rental on the whole beach. Super great host - can’t say enough about the accomadations. A+++++++

The condo was immaculate when we arrived. It is much larger than the photos show so we had lots of space for a family of 5. The beach and inland waterway are so close. Easy walk to both and the whole area has walking accessible shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend the accommodation and the area! Martha was communicative and explained all the details well. We will be back!

When you have a family get together, it is multi faceted one loves to stay in and cook, while the others love to eat at a local restaurant and try the local fare. Some love the beach while others like to kayak the inter coastal waterways. This is our family.
We found this gem of a property that fit everyone’s needs both public access of both beach and inter coastal, restaurants one block with a lovely walk to restaurant, this property is the ABSOLUTE PERFE T LOCATION.
Not just location but it’s the home away from home, kitchen is set up for hosting, our family loves a seafood boil and we had everything there to make it wonderful.
It is the cleanest property we have ever rented! I did not have to do a thing upon arrival. Parking while you have 5 spaces your a street next to public. As we had family visit us for our boil nobody had any issues with parking.
They could not believe the value and I’f Martha will have us again, this is our destination home.

Everything we could have needed and more in a terrific walkable location with a beautiful sunset view. We didn't want to come home! The condo was comfortable and very clean, with plenty of space and a great set up. The outdoor shower and garage helped us keep lots of sand out of the living space. Martha has thought of everything to make for a perfect stay.

Wrightsville is one of my favorite East Coast beaches.
For our stay, we could not have asked for better. The property was exactly as described and the location was perfect - a very quick walk to the beach, restaurants, coffee shops, and surf shops.
The property itself is well outfitted and very clean. The shaded deck was a great spot to chill after a long day at the beach.
For the surfers, the beach access is right between C-Street and the Crystal Pier.
We will certainly be back.

We just returned from a family beach vacation with our two teenage sons and a friend. The rental had everything we needed and more. The location to the beach, restaurants, and shopping can’t be beat. The boys enjoyed playing ping pong and we enjoyed coffee and drinks on the deck overlooking Banks Channel. Martha was the best hostess. We hope to be back soon.

Great property!
We just returned from our family beach trip and this place was even better than we expected. It was so convenient to the beach, restaurants and shops…..just a quick walk. We had great meals every night within walking distance. It was so comfortable and we really enjoyed the spacious layout on the main level and the deck. The morning coffee and sunset views don’t get much better! It was very tidy and clean, there were plenty of beach towels and toys and even an extra fridge downstairs in the garage which made it so nice to keep things cold and store extra ice for the coolers. Highly recommend this place, we miss it already!

Perfect Location
We enjoyed our trip to Wrightsville Beach. This was our second trip to the area and really loved the location of the property. We took advantage of going into town for coffee in the morning and lunch and dinner on occasion. The property is laid out beautiful and we were very comfortable!

Incredible Location and an even better host
Martha’s home was immaculate and located right near the beach. We could not have had a better girls weekend getaway. Martha’s responsiveness and hospitality was a key factor in our ability to relax without worrying about a thing.

Lovely clean townhome with easy beach access. Well maintained and well stocked. Plenty of linens, beach paraphernalia, outdoor seating, and parking. Martha was very pleasant, responding to our questions quickly. Proximity to Wings was a big hit with our 7 year old.

Peaceful location
Our 2nd stay in this townhouse …. Definitely recommend! Location is great, house was clean and well stocked. Having a garage to park in is also a big plus.
