Great location up the block from the inlet beach. Close drive to the hotels. House was clean and well stocked. Great rental for families or friends trip.

Michael was a very responsive and helpful renter. Any questions we had he was more than helpful. My family was in town for a national dance competition. This house was perfect for us. It was spacios and very clean. A few great perks of this rental.. Very comfortable beds. Linens/towels and dishes were available. (So helpful) the outdoor deck and outdoor furniture was great. We had dinner outside most nights.the general area of this property was quiet and safe. We were walking distance to the beach. That area waa quieter than the main beach area. We really liked that. I would recommend this house to anyone staying in Atlantic City. We would definitely like to stay there again. Thanks for the perfect rental !!

The condo was well kept and extremely clean. Michael was very helpful getting us into the unit and was easy to communicate with. Only slight issue was the lack of parking for more than one car, but it was a very busy weekend in July. Definitely recommended.

The property owner, Michael, is very responsive, helpful, and friendly. The home is far enough away from downtown AC to be able to relax; however, close enough to enjoy what AC has to offer. If you are looking for a good breakfast spot, try Gilchrist. Back Bay Ale House was a nice dinner spot. Both restaurants are walkable from the property with a lot of choices for everyone. The property offered everything we needed for our two families while we visited for a soccer tournament in Hammonton. The neighbors were friendly, and we truly enjoyed our stay. Thank you!!

Our townhouse was absolutely perfect! We could have spent the entire weekend JUST in the house and been very happy with it. It had everything we could have needed for our stay and was very welcoming. The owner was great to communicate with and super easy to get ahold of. Highly recommend!!

I need to preface this by saying I’m a bit of a clean freak, and normally don’t have high hopes when I stay anywhere. Overall, the house served its purpose and we were fine staying there. The house needs some TLC… there was very much paint missing from the banister, the walls were heavily marked up and spots with fresh spackle spots that needed to be painted over. The two full bathrooms are rather old which is fine, but the grout in the showers was dark and needs to be bleached or replaced. No electrical outlets worked in any of the 3 bathrooms so we couldn’t do any hair in them (5 girls so that was tough). We did message owner and he said he’d check breakers after our stay. The half bath window had what appeared to be mold toward the bottom of it- along with some tape? Many of the blinds on the windows could not be moved up or down, including the king bedroom. My biggest issue was in the largest bedroom with a king sized bed, there was something darker in color- almost looked like coffee or soda, sprayed across the wall above the headboard. I bring Lysol wipes whenever I stay anywhere so I wound up cleaning it (along with all countertops and surfaces as I would any other place I stay). Again, I cleaned it so I’d be more comfortable, the bedding seemed to be clean which is high up on the priority list, but I don’t think it would take too much time or effort to fix up the things I mentioned to make the house more appealing and guests to feel more comfortable.

Michael was very communicative and available. Good location and clean house. One of the beds was not the same as listed but it still worked out ok. Would stay there again!

This is our 2nd time staying here. Can’t beat the location and has enough seating to gather around and chat comfortably. Michael is a great host! Only downside are the mattresses. They are very firm, not really comfortable. Other than that, it’s a great place!

We (4 adults) stayed at Michael's place for my sisters birthday. The accommodations as well as the communication between Michael and I was great. We’re looking forward to our next stay! Don’t forget to sign the guestbook!!

The house was clean and spacious very close to everything. We enjoyed the deck which was a good size deck. We had a really good time already talking about coming back!!!!

The neighborhood is good and quiet. The townhouse was dated needed so much renovation, except for the kitchen. My bad review is about a strong smell coming from one of the rooms which the owner said had a leakage before. Part of the ceiling in this room was peeling. The first night I gave the benefit of the doubt and thought maybe it was something outside. But, the next morning it was just too much! None of the other rooms had this strong smell! I paid for a 3 bedroom townhouse and got a two bedroom instead because we couldn’t use/sleep in this bedroom anymore! I had to close the door and tried to squeeze ourselves in the other two rooms. I’ve asked the owner for explanation about this odor and he said the contractors have to still figure this out. This smell can be mold due to the leakage the room had before! The owner has agreed to give me a refund since I used only two bedrooms, I’m still waiting for this refund!!! I’ve stayed in many VRBOs before and this is my first time having a terrible experience!!!

The house was very clean and comfortable. The location was great with a nice little bar right around the corner, but also a short distance to the boardwalk. Communication with the host was very good.

Very cute place, had some issues when we arrived. But manger made things right. Loved the area will definitely be back!

My family and I enjoyed the property very much. It was a short walk to the start of the boardwalk and a bit of a longer (good exercise) walk to the casino area of the boardwalk. Lots of fun for the whole family!

We recently stayed in this property and Micahel made everything so easy for us! He was very accommodating with letting us check in earlier than anticipated. We are not tech savvy and had a little problem opening the lock but we spoke on the phone and he was able to walk us through the process. The house was very clean and close to everything! My grandson and I went to Atlantic City for the National Sports Convention. The condo had everything. I loved having a beach chair that I could use on the 5 minute walk to the beach while my grandson was at show. However, if you prefer quietness at the beach, I would not go there on the weekend. There are many other beaches. The owner answered questions quickly. All our other friends stayed at casino. They pointed out that I made the best choice.

We needed a place for our long weekend Bachelor Getaway to Atlantic City. The host was easy to communicate with and the check-in process was easy. The home was quiet, clean and in a nice neighborhood that wasn't too far from the casinos. Lyft rides were easy to get each night to/from the boardwalk. We checked out some of the other nearby restaurants (Tony Baloneys - get the house pie), went on a fishing charter and even hit up Westecunk Axe Throwing (highly recommend). Thank you to Michael for a wonderful stay for our Bachelor Trip to AC.

Property was as explained. Close to everything, but far enough away to enjoy peace & quiet. Definitely would recommend.
