The "Jesse", a 1903 cottage in Historic District of downtown Pensacola.

We stay here twice a year and hope to continue. The manager is the best.

We stayed here while in town for a wedding. We wanted to explore downtown but also head to the beach for the day. The house and location were perfect. Dean went above and beyond to make sure check in was a breeze and gave multiple recommendations for places to explore- almost all within walking distance. I would 10/10 stay here again

We stayed for 2 weeks and enjoyed our stay. Dean was very helpful and the cottage was in a great location for easy access to both town and beach activities.

We really enjoyed our stay in the adorable cottage. It was surprisingly quiet and peaceful, and so many places were easy to walk to. We started our mornings with an easy stroll to Palafox St and enjoying the lovely cafes on offer. Very clean and relaxing place. Great communication with Dean (owner).

We really enjoyed our stay at the “Jesse” cottage. Dean is a great host, helping with any questions or needs we had. The quaint cottage was clean and comfortable. Loved the location in the Pensacola historic district.

We loved the historic neighborhood and how close it was to downtown restaurants and shops. The space was so cute and clean, and Dean is a great host!

We loved it all except for one small thing. You may want to replace the green couch. It's very uncomfortable.

We loved everything about our stay at the cottage. Great location with an easy walk to numerous restaurants and downtown. Cottage was a dream; clean, cozy, has everything you need. Dean was extremely helpful, with places to go and things to see.

We had a great weekend getaway. This was our second time staying here and love the location. Everything was perfect.

We enjoyed our stay at Jesse cottage. The location was easy to walk to downtown and a close drive to the beach. Dean had great suggestions for food and events happening while we were there and a binder full of restaurant suggestions and locations. Such a cute, comfy stay to unwind and relax.

We enjoyed our stay at “Jesse” cottage in a nice neighborhood. Everything we needed and more for a comfortable stay. The bikes were a plus to ride around town. The beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels also was a plus since we forgot ours. Maybe next time we will be able to enjoy them for the beach, with better weather. Our stay was cut short due to hurricane Sally but we still had a nice time exploring Pensacola and there are lots of great places to eat and history to discover. I recommend Five Sisters Blues Cafe. They are best known for their fried chicken, coleslaw and daily specials with great service. Dean was easily available and a great host. He was most helpful during this hurricane experience. We hated to leave before our stay ended but we made it back home safely. Thank you again for a pleasurable stay and you graciousness. We will definitely be back and hope for better weather!

Very adorable historic shotgun close to everything! The owner was amazing! I could not have been more pleased with my choice. The only thing that could make it better (and this is only due to me being a creature of habit) is if it had a tv in the bedroom so I could go to sleep watching. My favorite shows. The only other thing is if it had a shower xaddy to put your soap, shampoo and body wash so you don’t have to keep it on the floor. I only mention these as I am spoiled with luxury when I travel fir the most part. I would gladly give up the two “luxury” items I mentioned for the hospitality, charm, cleanliness, and charm is the Jesse! Thank you for a great trip. I am truly sad that it is booked on my trip in two weeks. :-(. I highly recommend this for your home away from home!

This was our second stay in the Jesse and we enjoyed it very much. Dean is an excellent host and the cottage is very comfortable. Our vacation flew by and we hated to leave!

This was our first time staying in Pensacola and are so glad that we found this little gem in Seville Historic District. It is in a perfect location within walking distance to restaurants, bars & shopping on Palafox. Just a 15 min drive over two bridges to the beach. The owner is very attentive & close by if you need anything. Can’t wait to go back!

This cottage was perfect for our weekend stay for a family wedding. It was walking distance to everywhere we went. Dean was a great host who offered lots of great suggestions for dining and activities. We would definitely stay here again!

This cottage has had an adorable update that kept the feel of it’s historic background intact. We walked all over downtown and ate at one of Dean’s recommended restaurants just up the street.

The stay was very nice. The villa was small but good for two people. The owner was incredible and his daily updates on things to do in the area were very appreciated.
