Nothing is shared except the door from the exterior and the hallway to get to your space. Plenty of metered and side street free parking. Garage $30 3490 California Street at Locust (about 3 blocks) Bus 1/2 block Uber/Lyft app convenient.

So comfortable and beautiful. Perfect location. Great restaurants and shops and even a movie theater near by. Springer is a wonderful host and her taste is impeccable. A bit tough if you have a car to park, but otherwise couldn’t ask for better.

The unit is a perfect respite after a hectic day touring the city. It was just the spot to relax and regroup. We will definitely make this our first choice when we visit San Francisco again. Thank you Springer for being a great host.

This place was quiet and beautiful, elegantly furnished, and clean. A great place to relax looking into the lush patio with hummingbirds. The library is exquisite. The location is very convenient, close to Presidio, Fillmore, and in a safe, clean neighborhood.

My sister was in town for my wedding. She loved this beautiful room, and the attached bathroom. It was lovely that it was away from the noise of the street. The garden was serene, and the neighborhood is great. A wonderful place to stay! Thank you!

The property is beautifully maintained and secure. The host thoughtfully has everything in place to make our stay comfortable. We have rented here before and will again in the future. It is a convenient and beautiful location in the city. Walking the streets is a pleasure, not too hilly, with lots of restaurants and shops in the area.

We so enjoyed our short time in this spacious room & even more spacious bathroom, opening out to the lovely garden as pictured. All amenities included were certainly an added touch (bath supplies, keurig w/cups, snacks, etc). There are several codes to get through to the room but after first entrance/exit it was a breeze. We were able to walk to many places from this safe location in a nice neighborhood. The Library is a paradise for historical book lovers. And a comfortable bed to boot!

Check in was smooth, the space beautiful and well equipped, and it felt wonderfully safe and comfortable. The garden was very soothing to wake up to every morning. Springer was wonderful and checked in when they could to ensure all was well. 10/10, would stay again!

Tastefully furnished appartment. Very clean and also unexpectedly quiet for a big city. Large and comfortable bed. There is free longer term parking in the street, e.g. Masonic Ave and Euclid Ave (Aug 2023). We loved using the bus lines 1 and 2 bringing us downtown for all activities rapidly without the necessity of using the car.

I stayed for 4 nights at this beautiful apartment. The location is very convenient and close to several bus routes. The back garden is a peaceful oasis for morning tea and evening wine. The bathroom is huge and well equipped. Loved my time here.

The apartment was very comfortable and the patio area was delightful. Well furnished, comfortable bed, large bathroom with plenty of linens and bath products. Storage closets in the bathroom were more than enough. Located in a quiet neighborhood with numerous restaurants and a small market with walking distance. Communication with the owner was easy and she was quick to respond to our requests. Had a wonderful time in San Francisco.

The apartment was well appointed with wonderful art and opened up to a garden space in a quiet neighborhood. I felt very safe walking around with nice restaurants a few blocks down the road. Springer was a lovely and attentive host. Highly recommend!

We stayed at this VRBO for a family visit. The bedroom and large bath were spotless with high quality finishes. We appreciated the coffee and snacks provided by Springer. It was lovely to look out or walk through the French doors to the garden. The garden feels very private. We felt safe as there are a 3 separate locked entrances. The area has lovely shopping and restaurants next door and within close walking distance. We will definitely stay here again when in this area. Thanks Springer!!

Accurate listing information. Very cozy room with massive bathroom and an incredibly lush private backyard. My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights and we had no complaints. Location is in one of the higher-end neighborhoods of SF. Parked our car on the street and felt very safe doing so. We hope to return in the future.
