This home is simply amazing. The views are epic! You would never get tired of being at this home. It’s the perfect getaway location. Whether you’re traveling on business or pleasure treat yourself by renting this home. It’s worth every dime!

Besides the obviously perfect ocean-side location and pool/hot tub accessible 24/7, our favorite thing about this rental is that there is a full bathroom for each bedroom, which is rare to find. An area of opportunity is that there are some upgrades/maintenance that could be done on the property, but all and all, we would consider coming back next year!

This was a fantastic experience. The owner and property manager were great to work with, and the property was 1st class. The views from the pool area, balconies, and expansive windows are unreal. I'll definitely be staying here whenever I visit AC with a larger group.

We had an awesome time at this amazing house, right on the beach. Views from every room! Big pool for hours of fun, including night swimming. Very accessible beach with low tides, great for kids! Surf lessons right outside the house. House had plenty of room for an extended, 3 generation, family. Well stocked kitchen- only drawback was the induction stove top- a little tricky to get the hang of. Great location, near supermarket and AC. Host was super responsive to our questions, readily available. Would definitely rent again!

This is a terrific place to stay. Unique design. Breathtaking views from wall-to-wall and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Absecon Inlet. Well stocked inside and out. Nice pool and spa with plenty of comfy outdoor furniture. Everyone gets their own bedroom and bath.

This vacation home truly merits a 5 star review across all categories starting with the new owner who had just purchased the property the day before our arrival. He could not have been more welcoming and responsive to us during our entire stay. We had our annual summer family gathering of kids and grandkids for 2 weeks, including the 4th of July at this spectacular location. there is more than enough space for every family member, including en suite bathrooms. Views from every room of the water never get old and the sound and smell of the water from outside porches, balconies and the pool deck are most relaxing and peaceful. We spent a considerable amount of time in what we called the "Sinatra" Room" with its 30- foot floor to ceiling windows and sweeping views of the water and the Atlantic City skyline. Frank Sinatra actually stayed at this home during one of his performances in AC and we understood why he did after our visit. The kitchen will serve the needs of any gourmet cook and it is well stocked with all kitchen necessities. It has a large family size dining table with views of the water and access to a lovely sitting porch overlooking the water and the AC skyline. The pool deck is magnificent with a large grilling area, outside bar with refrigerator and plenty of seating with spectacular water views from all locations. The pool itself is very large and right off the deck are stairs to the inlet for ocean swimming whenever you feel like it. The inlet offers crystal clear water and tidal action to support surfers . The main ocean beach is just a short walk from the house and provides a wonderful opportunity for long ocean walks along pristine, firm sand. The evenings were lots of fun with our focus on the family room large screen TV for movie watching and games. The house is very conveniently located and just minutes away from a large grocery store and in-town shops. We are looking forward to our next family get together in 2022 and know that others will do the same after they experience this wonderful home.

We had our entire family of 14 reunite for the first time since Covid quarantine began. This home was the perfect setting to celebrate both our parents 50th wedding anniversaries! The sunsets are spectacular, the house is superb, and Isabel and Tony were incredibly attentive to any items that required attention. Our family was blessed to spend a week enjoying each others company.

The owner was Very helpful she kept open communication the house and view was amazing House was Very Clean and Space for Family and Friends Another thing i loved about this place was walking out to the Pool and jacuzzi and wet bar and Beach Only thing i diding like was that the Air Condition when out Saturday it was very hot on the 3rd floor owner did send fans over to try to help us and yes she did apologize other then that i would definitely Recomment to family &Friend to Rent this Place o give it 10..

We chose this property to celebrate our family Matriarch’s 70th birthday. She has never had a large celebration and with 19 grandchildren working together we wanted to do something big. After the last year and surviving COVID safety was a big priority. The space was large and impeccably clean. Located on a culdesac the home was private and the neighbors were all friendly. The owners Isabel and Tony were incredibly attentive and always reachable. They were also very responsive to messages leading up to the stop more than willing to explain and help us sort our any issues we ran into once we arrived. They even opened the pool early in the season for us to enjoy. The only downside was that the pool required maintenance and despite their many efforts we were unable to get that fixed before the weekend was over. Luckily it was hot enough on one of that days we were there to be able to enjoy it for a bit nonetheless. The pool deck was also large enough for me to lead a family yoga session comfortably. It was also large enough and had enough seating for everyone to down all fresco! From the views out every window to the beach access to the large gathering spaces indoors we loved every inch of the property. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer to enjoy it more!! Would definitely book again for our next family get together. If you are thinking about it, stop thinking and just book. You will thank yourself later!

The location of the property is unique. The view is phenomenal. The house itself is amazing, loaded with history. We enjoyed walking on the beach. Everything was well appointed and in place for a perfect time together. Our thanks go to Isabel and especially Christina, who was immediately responsive to our every need.
