The house was the perfect location and had plenty of parking for a group that had difficulty coordinating arrival times with each other. We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed exploring the little quirks of an old house that is completely updated. Make sure you check out the closets!

This was the perfect house for our 3 families to get together. The house was clean and well maintained, the bedrooms are spacious, the kitchen is fully stocked for preparing meals, and the large yard with outdoor toys was perfect for the little ones. The house is a short walk to downtown and a short drive to the aquarium, seaport and local beaches.
The bedrooms upstairs are connected- three bedrooms connected on one side, and two on the other. The king bedroom has its own entrance, and 3 of the queen bedrooms have their own entrance. You can reach the 4th queen bedroom by entering through the twin bedroom or through one of the queen bedrooms.
If accessibility is a concern for any guests, it is important to note there is a two story staircase at the rear of the home, several cement steps to the front entrance. My mother in law needed some assistance with the stairs, we rearranged room assignments so that she did not need to use the steeper stairs to get to the bathroom at night. The bed that she had access to was a platform bed and a little high for her, but we made it work with a step stool.
The host was extremely responsive and helpful, ensuring everything we needed was taken care of. We are so thankful to have had this home as a place to spend time with our family.

We enjoyed our stay in this roomy, well-equipped home. We walked to the Main Street where there are many cute shops and fabulous restaurants. Quiet, clean, and spacious. It is not an ultra modern streamlined home, it is an older home with character and charm. Thank you, Tina.

My family thoroughly enjoyed the house and location. The backyard and playhouses and slides were perfect for my 2.5 year old granddaughter. We walked into town daily. The house was equipped with everything we needed and Tina was very accommodating. The house was quiet and very clean.

The house was great, very neat with plenty of space both inside and out. You can’t beat the location just a few minutes walk to downtown Mystic. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back for sure.

The house was spacious and very clean. Lots of amenities. Great location with easy access too town center. Air conditioners in all rooms. Modern appliances. When we had questions, the owner was incredibly responsive.
One note, there are 5 spacious bedrooms upstairs, but 2 require using the bathroom downstairs or going through another bedroom and 1 has to go through another bedroom to access the bathroom.

This was a great house for 2 families meeting up to explore Mystic. Plenty of living space and different areas for eating, hanging out, playing games etc. We loved being able to walk into town and leave the car at the house. We spent plenty of time hanging out on the back deck and our kids ran around in the big yard and played on the play structures. Fully stocked kitchen was a big plus for preparing meals for the crew. The one thing I think it’s important for other groups to be aware of is the bedroom layout upstairs- the bedrooms are connected: 2 on one side of the hall and 3 on the other - it was prefect for our group and not an issue but it might be for others. Fabulous and responsive host who was communicative and helped us quickly with a few issues that arose (we locked ourselves out!) Thank you!

My family and I had a great stay here in June. The house is spacious and homey. The location is really great (its an easy walk to the downtown and near lots of bars & restaurants). Tina was extremely accommodating and responsive too. Hope to be back again soon.

We came to Mystic for my daughter’s wedding, we stayed with my other daughter-her husband and grand kids-my dad and family. Tina’s photos and communication helped make this an easy visit and great time was had by all.

Lovely, clean property with all the amenities. Great location - a short walk to downtown, with a great back yard for getting the kids' energy out. Tina, the owner, was lovely. Can't recommend enough. Note: there are two stair cases, both of which are fairly steep, so may not be ideal for older individuals with mobility issues.

Rental was very clean, comfortable and spacious. Plenty of room for 11 of us - 3 family members did not stay for the entire week though. The twin bed and trundle bed in the small bedroom probably would be fine for children but quite uncomfortable for adults. Apart from that everything else was great. It was nice to be able to walk into downtown Mystic, too.

We recently stayed here for my daughter’s graduation from the Coast Guard Academy. The house was very clean, and had everything we needed. Also you couldn’t ask for a better location. We were able to walk down to Sift bakery and all the shops and restaurants in Mystic!!!

We stayed in this house for my sons wedding...the location was perfect! Just a short walk to Sift and downtown, we loved being so close to everything. There yard out back is so big- and we lucked out with gorgeous weather at the end of October and we were able to sit outside and enjoy the fall leaves. I would recommend this house to anyone and use it again.

Tina the owner was great to deal with. With had a couple of questions before our trip and she was very responsive. The house was perfect for our girls trip. We would definitely stay there again.

We spent a lovely long weekend with friends and kids. There is a two bedroom suite and three-bedroom suite that made it really easy to divide for each family, a wonderful backyard with swing set and playhouse for the kids to play in and we are within walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants. Would love to stay again!

We booked this property after deciding to host my sister's bachelorette / girls weekend in Mystic, and it did not disappoint! Tina was quick to respond throughout the planning process, went above and beyond by chatting on the phone with us the night before our arrival and giving tips about local food and drink spots, and the spot was just perfect. There was ample off street parking, bedrooms for spreading out, common areas for games and conversation, and the location just MINUTES of a walk into town really can't be beat. Our group continued to praise how convenient it was that we could alternate time at the house and in town. The process of checking in, clean up, and locking up to leave was clear. We can't thank Tina enough for hosting us! We will definitely be back next time we are planning a Mystic / shoreline getaway! -Christianna

My son got married at Brandford house. I had five family members from Brazil with me. We had the perfect house for the occasion. Nothing to complain about the house. Too bad was too short. Tina was the perfect host, answered me in a timely manner.

This was the perfect spot for my weekend away with friends. The house was plenty big, clean and well stocked for us. It was a short walk to everywhere we wanted to go. Tina was so quick to respond to our needs and we had a truly wonderful weekend here. I would absolutely recommend this property and would stay here again for sure. Thank you!

Great location and a responsive host
Location is excellent. A quick walk to downtown Mystic’s shops and restaurants. Tina was super responsive. The AC in one of the rooms started making weird noises and she had it replaced within hours. As some have mentioned, the layout of the house is a bit odd - one room in the middle of two but the other 4 rooms have an external door and access to one of two sets of stairs by one of the two bathrooms. Lots of toys and games and the backyard is huge for the kids to play in. Plenty of parking space.

Exceeded our expectations
Great location to walk into town. Plenty of room for all of us. We didnt even have to unpack kids toys because there were plenty to play with plus a sandbox and playhouse with toys too. Attention to detail and extras. Very responsive to all questions
