Located in Tybee Island, this lovely cottage for $175 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Featured in Coastal Living magazine! SHORT 5 MINUTE WALK TO THE BEACH This is a duplex. Each side has private entrance and screen porch with privacy patio curtains. It is completely private from the Side B. Newly added, hanging twin bed size on screened porch! Enjoy a perfect beach getaway in this wonderfully restored and renovated Jane Coslick Design cottage. Great location in the historical North end near the Lighthouse and next to million dollar houses on Officer's Row. You will be transported back in time to a carefree feeling with the vintage furnishings and happy colors. Everything is top quality and comfortably thought out. The master bedroom with a queen bed opens onto the main bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds, cozy and built nook style under great large windows. There is a 1/2 bath off the kitchen. A large open kitchen and living/dining area are great for the family's time together, making great memories. The large side screened porch is a wonderful respite for an early coffee, perfect lunch and dinner spot on the picnic table with the BBQ right outside, and a great place to nap and read. You will never want to leave! There is an outdoor shower with hot and cold water which opens right into the main bath, perfect for a shower anytime and wonderful to wash off the sand from a day at the beach. Walk, run or bike around the paved path in the park right behind the cottage. The kids will love the playground at the far end. 2 Flat screen Smart TV's with cable and wifi connected for Netflix, Amazon, etc. Washer and dryer are provided so you can pack light with no worries. STRICT NO PET RULE

Thank you for a great week. Tybee never disappoints and this cottage was perfect for 2 friends. A screened porch is a must and we enjoyed the porch daybed swing and listening to the cicadas at night. The outdoor shower was absolutely wonderful after a day at the beach. Beds were comfortable and the cottage could not be any cuter. Had everything we needed. Thank you! Would not hesitate to book again!

This was a great spot for our family of 4. The walk to the beach was very short and we were happy to have the outside shower option to rinse off all the sand.
The twin bed room was perfect for my 7 & 10 year old to share. My husband was unexpectedly on crutches and in a boot but he was able to navigate well. The host was very helpful pointing out some accessibility options for the beach in advance. We rented a golf cart and it made it super easy to park and explore!

We loved the cottage, which is just as adorable in real life as it is in the photos. We had everything we needed to be comfortable and relax, both inside and outside on the wonderful screened porch. It's a very short walk to the beach and being on the north end of the island made it easy to get into Savannah or go explore the area more broadly. We hope to visit again someday!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Evelyn's cottage. The beach is close, and the neighborhood is quiet. The cottage is well-equipped, and so beautifully designed that it's a delight for the eyes. I could not recommend it more warmly.

We love north beach on Tybee and this cottage is the perfect place to stay for peacefulness and a short stroll to the beach, close to the lighthouse and the North Beach Bar and Grill. Next door to the arts center and park is a plus, too. Loved strolling the track in the park in the morning for exercise. The check in and check out process was very simple and easy. The cottage has high ceilings that help it feel spacious and the decor is beach beautiful! Evelyn was a wonderful communicator. We will definitely return!

This was our first trip to Georgia (drove in from Columbus Ohio). We loved our time together on Tybee Island. The cottage is beautiful. The beach is a very short walk from the cottage-and is beautiful. We had a blast! Thank you!

The house is very cute. The screened in porch is wonderful to sit on in the evening. It's a quick walk to the beach, the lighthouse, and the science center. A few great restaurants, especially Sundae Cafe, are walkable, as well. There's also a nearby playground our daughter enjoyed playing at.

My mom, daughter and I stayed at Cottage on the Green (A) recently and and had such a happy stay. The cottage is colorful, clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed the screened porch and the swinging bed (my daughter played and colored out there often). We took advantage of being within walking distance of the beach, explored Officer’s Row, and also the park behind the cottage. I can’t wait to return and hope to stay at Cottage on the Green again!

We usually stay in larger homes, so we were concerned this on would be too small. Not true! It is so well equipped, comfortable everywhere we turned. Conveniently located in a quiet part of town. We can’t think of a single thing we’d like to see changed - we hope to be back for a longer stay next year!

We spent eight days in this charming little cottage. It is beautifully decorated, comfortable with all the necessary items we needed for our stay. Five-minute walk to North Beach and the lighthouse and on a quiet back road worked perfectly for us. It is air-conditioned and the screened porch has a ceiling fan to keep it comfortable. A ideal spot for quiet relaxation.

It was a delight staying in this attractively decorated, comfortable house. It’s location on the island is convenient to the beach and local attractions and shopping. It’s roomy inside, on the screened-in porch, and in the yard that surrounds the house and adjoins the park. Renting this and the attached unit would be perfect for a family/group or two separate families vacationing together.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our week at the cottage. It was in a fantastic neighborhood for young kids. We walked to the beach almost every day, and the park just out the back yard was another amazing amenity. The place was clean and well equipped. We especially enjoyed the outside shower and comfortable living space. The host was prompt with responses when we reached out, and we would definitely stay there again in the future.

Great accommodations...clean, pretty, comfortable. It is a duplex which wasn't clear to me when I reserved it - thought it was a whole house. Great neighborhood. Very quiet at night. Historic area near lighthouse and near the ocean. Great for biking or walking. First time to Tybee and we loved the area.. Host was very responsive.

We needed a weekend rental and our stay here was perfect! Every detail was special and I never found myself needing something that wasn’t provided. We loved hanging out on the screened in porch with the lights lit at night. The structure is actually a duplex which we’ve considered renting out both in the future for our family and another family of friends. Looking forward to going back!

We also appreciated the use of beach chairs, beach towels etc.
The cottage is very cozy and in a quiet neighborhood.
Communication with the owner is consistent and easy, the check in process is easy and seamless.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Cottage A. Upon arrival, the cottage seemed more spacious than we envisioned from the listing and it’s decorated beautifully in a summer beach cottage theme (including Oliver’s awesome artwork). The charming décor instantly washed away our travel stress bringing our mindset to Tybee Time! The party lights on the screened porch add to the fun. It’s less than a 5 minute walk to the Tybee Lighthouse and North Beach. The beach wagon in the shed fit our cooler, chairs, and towels and eliminated any need to pay for parking there.

This was a magnificent girls trip location! Close to everything. Great recommendations and communication with Evelyn. The cottage is adorable. Love all the details from the light fixtures to the claw foot tub to the screened porch to the top the outdoor shower!! 5 stars all the way!!

Only down fall was the out door shower door was ver hard to open and there could of been a few more towels and washcloths. Otherwise this little house was great!
