Perfect for kids to fish and crab from. Excellent views of boats, water, dolphins, and you can even see the ocean from the top level. Huge kitchen with all the amenities including Subzero fridge, 3 ovens, Keurig coffee maker, and all dishes included. 4 Comfortable bedrooms with all new Mattresses 2022. 2 with porch and water views, and 2 face the front of the house. Foosball table, Pool Table, Ping Pong Table, hot/cold water outside shower, 5 bicycles, 2 kayaks, sheets, towels and beach chairs all included with this property. Walk to the beach in 8-10 minutes, or relax on your hammock, either way you slice it, this house is super comfortable and relaxing! Most guests find it difficult to leave after a week of watching boats go by. Sorry no Pets! Will result in loss of deposit. Summer Months = Sat-Sat Stays Only.

Property was perfect for a family get together with an open living room/dining room/kitchen with a huge game room on the top floor. Kitchen was well stocked with kitchen ware. Decks on each floor with beautiful views of the channel. Also enjoyed the dock and two available kayaks.

Best vacation home experience ever!

Everything is provided at this immaculate property. The owner, Ric, is so warm and accommodating, though not at all intrusive. Everything is supplied, down to spare toilet paper, paper towels, laundry and dishwashing supplies, plenty of bath and beach towels, beach chairs, etc. The house is very beautiful and open concept with everything you need to make you feel at home/comfortable. It was so relaxing and we enjoyed perfecting our pool game on the top floor when we needed a break from the sun. The dock is fantastic, with the option of shade. Thank you, Ric, for a fabulous experience. We will definitely stay there again!

Spacious kitchen - best equipped of any beach rental we have ever experienced. Perfect for multiple cooks preparing Thanksgiving dinner. The location was ideal for walking or biking to the beach, restaurants, and other amenities. The sound view of boats going by and sunrise and sunset from the porch or the upper deck of the dock are indescribably gorgeous. The house is clean and well appointed, and the owner is responsive and flexible. It was hard to leave, but we take wonderful family memories with us. And this is a house we will definitely want to return to!

This house is amazing. Views from every deck! Very clean and location is perfect. Bikes were an added bonus. Home owner is flexible, responsible and answers quickly! Highly recommend his house especially if you have a boat or like to kayak.

We loved the size and location of the house. Easy access to all of Wrightsville beach and located on a quiet street was perfect for us. The open living room and huge kitchen with views of the water were incredible. We spent a lot of time on dock fishing and swimming. Will definitely rent again.

What an amazing house! We were exploring waterfront (not oceanfront) in Wrightsville Beach, and this house was perfect. Beautifully sited on the water with a dock; well-equipped, comfortable and clean. The upper level features pool and foosball, which kept us entertained. I like to cook, and found the kitchen had everything I needed. The owner was very responsive and solicitous. Overall, a first class experience.

Wonderful time for our son’s wedding ! We love this house for our family. It has all the luxury of feeling like home and more! This is our second visit to Ric’s home and look forward to more visits in the future. Ric is so wonderful to work with and so accommodating to his renters. Enjoyed gathering for a friend's daughter's wedding. Had time to also kayak, bike and play pool. The nice deck chairs provided a beautiful spot to watch the water activity, shorebirds and jumping fish. Great place to hang out!

What a beautiful home in perfect neighborhood! The kitchen was generously appointed with everything we needed; the beds were super-comfy; and Ric, our host, couldn't have been more attentive. At one point I texted him because I couldn't find the chalk for the pool cues and he rushed out to pick some up for us, along with new ping pong balls, just in case. (If only my kids texted me back as quickly as he did!) He was nothing short of terrific. If we find ourselves in beautiful Wrightville Beach again, I wouldn't hestitate to stay here again.

Amazing house!

Amazing house!

Went on vacation a week before my son went to his 2nd year at UNCW with 8 adults and a 14 year old. So much space, amazing views all day long , fishing (they caught baby sharks, eels, and many more species of fish...all thrown back of course), crabbing, kayaking, swimming and so much space. Ric was quick to respond to any questions. Couldn’t have asked for a better vacation. Already looking into next year! Thanks Ric!

Well located on western side of channel this home is spacious and well appointed. Large dining area met our family's needs. Nothing missing in well equipped kitchen. The teenagers, never seen, kept busy in their oasis on the third floor. Special touch by owner was flowers on the table upon our arrival. Great place.😁�
