Located in Charleston, this lovely house for $125 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Quaint townhouse on a quiet street in downtown Charleston - unlike a condo, you will not have to deal with neighbors above or below. Within 2 blocks of fabulous restaurants and King Street shopping. The building has 'Old World Charm' and the interior has been meticulously renovated and decorated with plenty of natural light. Location is central and would not require a car, but we have a parking space in back of property included if you do drive (accommodates regulars sized vehicles only - no huge trucks). Bikes are included, which is a wonderful way to experience Downtown Charleston. Adults only (2 maximum). No children or babies. No pets. No smoking inside. No smoking cigars on property.

We loved the apartment, location and it was decorated very well. Kitchen was well equipped and thought out! Bed was super comfortable and sitting area was comfy after a day of touring. The only downside for us was we are not techno savvy and had some difficulty with the Smart TV but tv watching was not a big issue for us and we made out fine! Would definitely return! Kit was very timely with answering questions!

Great location! Once we parked the car we walked everywhere, no need to drive. The accommodations are tight but well appointed and high quality. Shower is very nice. Place is located on a side street so it is quiet. Probably not a good place to stay if you have physical limitations as doorway is narrow and bedroom is upstairs.

What can I say? Mari and Kit manage the most incredible home in Charleston. First class accommodations, great hosts, and about 10 minute walk to anywhere in the city. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I can’t recommend this place enough. It was our first time in Charleston and the location made it so easy to just walk out the door and explore the city. The owners are great at communicating and made us feel so welcome. Can't wait to come back!

The place was the perfect size for the two of us and was clean and cozy! The cute little alleyway entrance was very much on brand with the rest of the city and the old row style house completed the a Charleston aesthetic. The location was the best thing to us! Charleston is super walkable but you’ll need to start in a good spot in order to see it all, and this house is the perfect location. It’s just a few minute walk to the shops and restaurants on King St. and was easy to walk to the city market and harbor too. The weather can change quickly too so it was extremely nice to never be too far from the house. The hosts were great at communicating and provided everything we needed to make our trip great! The only thing I would recommend would be to add an ice make or ice tray to help drink cold water/beverages in the summertime especially.

Our stay at this row house was perfect! The house was darling with every amenity we could ask for! The location was perfect and the owners were attentive and responded to any questions we had. I will definitely stay here again!!!

We had a great time in Charleston and enjoyed this nice little apartment. It had great charm. It is a close walk to everything we wanted to do, the Market, the waterfront and restaurants. Communication with Kit was fantastic. I would definitely recommend this place!

We loved our stay. We mostly were there to sleep and shower so the size and quaintness of the space was perfect for that. We didn’t realize the proximity to the college, which we were thankful for the fact school was out or it would’ve been much busier. The walking distance to everything you need for your visit is right there. It allowed us to minimize driving and explore different parts of Charleston! Our biggest complaint or pain was the optional parking. Once you get all of the cars for each unit back there the space is almost impossible to get your car in and out. Especially if you have a bigger vehicle.

Great VRBO all around! The location is awesome, very short walk to king street and most restaurants/shops. The place was very clean and perfect for two people. Mari and Kit were great hosts, they responded quickly to any questions I had and were very helpful in providing a place to store luggage before check in was available. I highly recommend if you are ever visiting Charleston!

Quaint apartment close to King St. Appeared as listed and in a great location overall. A/C worked well. Recommend paying for the parking space as there’s no parking on this street. Place is small but we’ll equipped and comfortable for two adults. Target is real close, for items but Freezer is tiny, Fridge small. Overall nice place.

Perfect location for restaurants and just touring Charleston. The kitchen was good for our needs. Bathroom shower was great. Toilet was too high. Bedroom very good for storing our stuff. The bed was very high, though. Living room chairs were very low and we used pillows to raise up the seat. Ottoman came in very handy for tired feet and computer. These comments are taken from a a couple of seniors point of view.

The unit was just as advertised. The location was great and we loved having bikes to use. Additionally, we were in Charleston attending the House & Garden Festival. The owner did not have the unit rented the night prior so worked with us on early entry since our festival tour started at 2 p.m. Great place, would stay here again, and highly recommend.

We love the location, walked everywhere easily and you avoid much of the noisier areas. Place was teensy but cute, had basically everything we needed for our short stay although maybe not as comfy as other places we've stayed (towels were very good but my husband voiced disappointment with "limp, sad " sheets, and that says it all!). A radio or something would be nice, we used our phones but could've been better. We also prefer fresh air to a/c but no screens on windows, so we hesitated to open windows. Would consider staying again, host was always prompt in responding to emails.

We really enjoyed our stay. While the space is small, it is very well appointed and the location was ideal for a walking tour of downtown Charleston. An added bonus was the walkway outside, which I found to be uniquely tranquil and a great place to have a cup of coffee to start the day or glass of wine to end it.
