My husband and I had a wonderful, relaxing week at Wrightsville. The house was so comfortable and very close to the beach. It was perfect to have my son and a couple of other friends rotate in and out for a night or two. The outdoor shower (a priority for me) was spacious and set back off the street. Umbrellas are available in the garage. We would definitely rent here again!

The property was clean, comfortable, and a short walk from the beach. Updated kitchen appliances and counter space made it easy to eat-in as-needed. Coffee on the porch in the morning and cocktails on the porch in the evening while listening to the waves is exactly what I wanted.

This property is in a great location, just steps from the beach. The wraparound porch was a fantastic place to hang out and socialize, read and enjoy the ocean breeze. The kitchen is super-modern and had everything we needed. The couch is so comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

My friends and I enjoyed our stay at Sarah's place in Wrightsville beach! The common/shared spaces were beautiful and spacious, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for five of us and of course the closeness to the beach couldn't be beat. Would love to stay again.

We came for our cousin’s wedding - booked this unit and the upper (this rental is just one floor of the house). Between the two we had plenty of space for lots of family to all stay together. The noise from upstairs is pretty noticeable - especially with kids running around, so just be aware if you’re not booking both, it may be noisy depending on who stays up top.

We rented this condo for our son’s graduation. It was so clean and the beds are so comfortable! Both bathrooms are really big . It was a perfect location to UNCW, restaurants , grocery and anything you need ! We sat outside most of our visit In the rocking chairs on the porch! The beach is steps away and the beautiful sunrise/ sunsets call you from your rocker for just a bit! The private street is so nice and quiet. It has all the amenities you would ever need . Lovely property that provided all our needs! Great distance to the beach, local places to eat, and cute coffee shops. The home was well stocked and super clean! I would not hesitate to book again. Thank you for the wonderful stay!!

Great property that was perfect for our family of 5 (2 teens & college age kid) Clean and had all that we needed. Responsive and helpful property manager. Great location. 4/5 stars overall because it is a duplex and I was certainly aware… but this is the lower level property & you can literally hear everything from top level renters. There were several young children with adults renting the above area and you could hear running, jumping and screaming starting at 0600 am each morning. Not the end of the world for sure and I had seen at least one review of the property stating the same. I went for it hoping for the best and we did have a great stay. But there is absolutely no buffer for noise. You can hear full conversations clearly.

The house was just as presented - a few steps from the beach and walkable to restaurants in Wrightsville Beach. The three bedroom set-up worked well for my wife and I and our two adult kids. Sara, our host, was very helpful although we didn't much assistance.

This nice little home is just a short walk from the beach but tucked away on a small road so it still feels quiet. It's far enough from the large public beach access that the crowds were not heavy, even on a summer weekend with good weather. The home has a very good 3 bed - 2 bath layout that easily accommodated 6 people. Sarah was very communicative about the process and the place and quickly helped work through an issue when it did come up. Would gladly stay here again.

This house was the perfect spot for our girls weekend away. Easy access to the beach and the property was just as pictured. We spent a lot of time on the front porch in the rocking chairs.

We rented this beach house for a last chance for the kids to hit the beach before summer was over. This condo was located on a great street with plenty of driveway to park three cars and paid parking on the street for any guests that visited. The beach access was super close with no stairs to climb over the dunes. We enjoyed walking the beach to the coffee shop as we awaited the sun to rise. The extra chairs, outdoor shower and water hose made the beach a lot more enjoyable with the kids. We enjoyed our stay!

My family and I had a wonderful stay. The master bed was not great but the rest of the house was ok for a short stay. My boys loved the rocking chairs on the patio.

We really enjoyed our stay! Home is very close to the beach and within walking/biking distance to shops and restaurants. Home is clean, updated, kitchen well stocked with utensils, and plenty of room for a family of 6. Check in and out was very easy and owner was quick to respond to all our questions. We loved the large wrap around porch and rocking chairs. Would stay there again.

3 generations stayed here for my daughters graduation from UNCW. Easy access to campus and the ease of beach access!! This is a well equipped home that comfortably hosted the 5 of us!!! It’s roomy and allows for friend and family to visit and stay comfortably

The beach house was well furnished and equipped, and the location cannot be beat. Just a few lots behind the beach and close to everything we needed at Wrightsville Beach. We were in town for a long weekend for a wedding, and really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely come back and recommend. Thanks to Sarah for allowing us to check in early, that really made it so easy for us to get settled with a little one before the festivities began.

The noise coming from the upstairs unit was a problem. Everything else was good.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was in a perfect location and there was plenty of room for my family of 4. The beds were very comfortable and the furniture in the living room was also very nice. When we were not on the beach we enjoyed sitting outside on the porch reading and taking in the salt air!

We had a great stay at this lovely beach side home. There was plenty of space, comfortable beds, and the home is located a good walking a distance to a variety of restaurants, shops, bars etc. We would recommend and stay again!

Nice house with everything you need. Location was great. So close to beach and can walk to restaurants. Sarah went above and beyond for us and responded quickly to any messages.

This property is so close to the beach, even off season it is special. We used the bikes and really toured the beautiful area. The home is open and bright with the kitchen and pantry well stocked. I did clean a bit before we used the kitchen, may have been end of season roughness but the fee charged for cleaning should have ensured clean drawers and dishes.

Very clean and convenient to all that Wrightsville has to offer. Beach chairs, beach towels and bikes were a great addition!

First time staying at this VRBO and wouldn't hesitate to come back again. Terrific location, very clean and the owner was very accommodating. The house was equipped with everything we needed and very comfortable.....

Townhouse was perfect for the 4 of us and we absolutely loved the easy walk to the beach. We had beautiful weather and lots of fun in the ocean. Home was fully equipped and nicely furnished. The porch was great for people watching after a day at the beach!

Great location - only downside is the larger unit is above so depending on neighbors could be noisy. Our neighbors were a nice quiet family. :) Great space inside..

We have been visiting WB for several years. I found this rental property to be cleaner, nicer and a better value than other places that I have stayed. The furnishings are up-to-date and well cared for. They don't require you to bring your own sheets, bath & beach towels or kitchen towels. The rental is well stocked with cleaning supplies. The check in process was easy and hassle-free. The only down side is that the parking is one vehicle in front of the other, not side-by-side. I would definitely rent this property again.

Plenty of room foe 6 people and very close to the beach!! This place had an amazing porch and was very nice!
