Nestled in Mastic Beach, this charming house for $455 per night is a great choice for your next break. Incredible water views. Located on a deep water boat accessible canal. Ground floor of a 2 Story House - 2 bedrooms, plus office/sleep area, 1 bathroom, sleeps 6: Master bedroom has a Queen size bed. Second bedroom has a full size bed, Office area has full size bed. Linens, Bath and hand towels are provided. Appliances included are Central Air Conditioning, 50" TV, dishwasher, washer/dryer, coffee pot, pots, pans, dishes and silverware. with 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels and garbage bags. Screened porch out back, Lounging area, Weber gas BBQ, Outdoor shower and bar. Beach Chairs & boogie boards for beach, Outdoor games, Parking for 2 Cars Walk over the bridge to the beautiful Ocean Beach. Free Summer Concerts every night in the summer. Other nearby activities: Riverhead Tanger Outlets, Fire Island/Dune Road beaches, Atlantis Marine Aquarium, Quogue Wildlife Sanctuary, Splish-splash Water Park, Golf, Miniature golf, Wineries, Antiquing. Smith Point, Long Island NY - on the Fire Island barrier beach, is a haven for sportsmen and families - the county's largest oceanfront park - offers protected area swimming, scuba diving, surfing, saltwater fishing, camping, outer beach 4 wheel drive access, food concession with bar, playground, showers, & special events. Small dogs (under 25 lbs) will be permitted but cannot be left unattended. An outdoor fenced in area is available.

What a wonderful visit on the water. Dennis and Maria are super gracious, generous and welcoming.

We live in Virginia and family live in NYC. This was an excellent location to have the family get together for a weekend. Close to the beach, on the water in the back, wonderful amenities. The kitchen was the envy of everyone who came and we enjoyed several family meals both inside and on the back deck. Dennis and Maria were both great hosts too. I’m sure everyone who came will have great memories of the event.

This was a very clean and well equipped rental, besides being in a in an amazing location. We were able to paddleboard and also enjoyed the beach immensely. We could walk to the beach and Smith point is truly one of the most beautiful beaches in the world and I have been to many. The rental had beach equipment and anything we needed in the kitchen .

Magical Mastic
This was a very clean and well equipped rental, besides being in a in an amazing location. We were able to paddleboard and also enjoyed the beach immensely. We could walk to the beach and Smith point is truly one of the most beautiful beaches in the world and I have been to many. The rental had beach equipment and anything we needed in the kitchen .

We loved this wonderful Mastic Beach home! It's spacious, clean, comfortable, and has a beautiful, well stocked, modern kitchen. We had everything we needed for our stay, Plus more! The screened-in porch and deck overlooking the bay was exquisite. We enjoyed the nearby beach with beach chairs that are provided at the rental. The owner, Dennis, is a great host, helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to come back!!

Smith point beach trip
We loved Dennis’ and Maria’s house! 1/2 mile from beautiful beach and park with nice bathrooms, snack shack bar and live music at night! The house is very clean and a wonderful kitchen with anything you could possibly need! We loved the deck that looked over the water and plenty of nice outdoor furniture! AC was great on the 90 degree days for sure! We enjoyed the large tv in the living room with all services you would want. If you are looking for a beach vacation this is the place! Dennis and Maria were great hosts! They were very helpful, nice and my kids loved them. The property was perfect for us; it was right off the water for very enjoyable view in the morning and evenings off the deck and 2 min from the beach at Smiths Point. We were lucky as we saw whales and dolphins off the beach and the Tiki Joes has very decent food for a Beach Cafe. The house had everything you needed, especially for the beach and the kitchen which was perfect for those who love to cook. The additional enclosed porch with TV was an added plus for the evenings to eat or relax or when it was a little warmer. We will be visiting again and highly recommend the property.

Quick 5 minute drive or 25 minute walk to the beach (we saw 4 deer on the walk home). We were there a week and had ample space with the 3 bedrooms and large family room and kitchen. Not to mention the large screened in patio room with TV and stereo which is off the sunny deck on the inlet with plenty of room to BBQ and catch some rays. Highly recommend this place for a quiet getaway with the family!

Great place for family vacation
We had a wonderful experience with Dennis + Maria's place. The deck outside was right at the waterfront w/ a beautiful view and a nice breeze. The amenities at the place were top notch and the atmosphere at the house was homey and welcoming. Dennis and Maria were great hosts and made sure all of our needs were met. We will definitely come back another time.

Smith Point Beach Vacy
The house was very clean and the patio on the water had lovely views. The house was well stocked and the kitchen pots and pans were the nicest I’ve seen in any rental. My only complaint is that the thermostat is upstairs in the owners living quarters and inaccessible plus the owners were out of town. One day it was very hot and we had no A/C then the temps dropped into the 40’s and there was no heat. Very safe and quiet neighborhood.

Lovely weekend getaway
My girlfriends and I had an absolutely lovely stay at this property! Maria and Dennis are so kind and always fast to answer any questions, the house was super comfortable for our crew. I was happily surprised that the gorgeous back deck was gated, you can enjoy the sunrise and the sunset right from there or take a super quick ride to the beach. The street is really quiet and we felt so safe and secure there. "If you look for it, you'll find it" this place is stocked! Everything we needed for cooking and serving a large group was there (and then some!) plus there's multiple comfortable places to dine from. This property offered all the comforts of home and we're hoping to visiting again some day!

Relaxing Stay
I'm a little Covid crazy and let me start by saying the house is immaculate and well cared for. The deck is huge and the view outstanding. The owner Dennis and his wife live in a separate unit upstairs and were delightful and helpful, but we definitely had our privacy. Two bikes available on site and a wonderful seafood place to get fish and a ton of grocery stores nearby. Already planning a return visit next fall.

Pleasant stay with Perfect Beach Access
The highlight of Dennis’s house is absolutely its location, a 15 minute walk from a gorgeous white sand beach with very few people on it (at least the weekend after Labor Day). The deck is also a lovely feature, providing a space secluded from the wind, that gets all day sunshine. Perfect place to lay out, listen to the water lap against the boat, or grill on the bbq and eat a nice dinner. The house itself was nice and spacious though the decor is dated. It’s a lived in house, so the owner’s things and photos are there. There is plastic covering the kitchen counter and table, clearly to protect them from many guests. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook. Dennis was a lovely host, very responsive and always offering to help if we needed anything. All in all, my fiancé and I (and our pup) enjoyed our stay, especially the long walks on the beautiful Smith Point beach.
