Situated in Old Colorado City, this lovely house for $299 per night is a great option for your next trip. Imagine sipping a cup of coffee watching the sunrise over the city of Colorado Springs while sitting on your own private rooftop deck. After your day of sight seeing you can end your day by drinking a glass of wine watching the sunset over Garden of the Gods on the deck. Once nightfall has come you can then count the stars while enjoying the deck and fire pit. All of nature's bounty is just steps away from our home away from home. Endless hiking & biking trails are literally at your doorstep in our home. Within minutes you can be at all the wonderful attractions the Pikes Peak region has to offer. The quaint charm of Old Colorado City is within minutes with its unique shopping and wonderful dining. Counting Stars Adobe has a beautiful rooftop deck with gas fire pit overlooking the city of Colorado Springs, Red Rocks Canyon Open Space and the stunning Garden of the Gods. The home has a large master suite with a new plush king size bed and walk-in closet on the main level with an en suite bathroom. There are 2 additional bedrooms in the lower level. One bedroom has a new queen mattress, dresser and closet. The third bedroom has a daybed with a trundle bed for two twin beds. The third bedroom also has a dresser and large closet. The second full bathroom is in the lower level. After a pleasant day of exploring the area you can come home to our lovely home and relax in front of the TV and electric fireplace. The living area with couch and loveseat has a smart TV and high speed wireless internet. You will be able to access your own streaming apps. The main floor living room also has a cozy reading nook area. The adobe has a well equipped kitchen and laundry area all conveniently located on the main floor. The eating area is just off the kitchen. The home is tastefully furnished with well appointed furniture, high quality linens in southwest style. The kitchen is fully stocked with a lot of supplies. In addition, the pantry has basic supplies provided. Paradise awaits just outside the front door for bikers, hikers, nature lovers and photographers. Counting Stars Adobe is just one mile from Bear Creek Nature Park Center. Just across the street is the Red Rocks Canyon Open Space with abundant trails to explore. It is a dream location for your biking or hiking vacation. The home also has a 2 car garage so you can safely store your valuable outdoor "toys" while enjoy a night out in the unique flavor of Old Colorado City a short 1/2 mile from your vacation headquarters. In addition Manitou Springs is a short 10 minute drive where you can explore the wonderful shops and dining establishments of this unique mountain town. Want your vacation to be more relaxing? Just hang out on the rooftop deck and count the stars while you enjoy our lovely Colorado cool evening mountain air. Beautiful scenic drives are just minutes away if you care to explore the Broadmoor area, wonderful Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Seven Falls and of course Americas mountain Pikes Peak. Downtown Colorado Springs, Manitou Springs and Old Colorado City are just minutes away offering wonderful dining and shopping. Debbie is one of the best hosts I’ve had and I have used Vrbo many,many times. There wasn’t anything that we needed that she did not have. The rooftop one of the best things about this place. The evenings and mornings up on the roof top with the friends we traveled with was a highlight of the trip.

Debbie was great and very easy to communicate with! She even went out of her way to leave us a special treat for the kids and told us fun activities that the kids would love. The property was very clean and well stocked for even little items we forgot to bring. We had the best week and it was largely due to Debbie making our stay so enjoyable.

This home was perfect for our family’s vacation to COS. The rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. We enjoyed using the fire pit on the rooftop deck. This is a charming duplex in a beautiful part of Colorado Springs. The host has gone out of her way to ensure you have everything you need and more so. The beds are comfy, the kitchen is fully stocked, and even travel toilettries are available. We walked into warm chocolate chip cookies on the kitchen table. Highly recommend!

Counting Stars Adobe was beautiful. It was our first stay there. Perfect location. Beautiful views from the rooftop deck. Check in was easy. Debbie communicated very well prior to our arrival and helped with all of my "tourist questions" and had all the accommodations you could want. Debbie was a great host. What a nice surprise to find our chocolate chip/blonde bars warm and on the kitchen table! She replies promptly, she thought of everything and the house is clean. Staying there made our visit to Colorado Springs even better! Location was great for us as it was close to Manitou Springs and one of us did the Manitou Incline. It was such a nice place to come home to and relax after a full day of activities. We would highly recommend it. Loved the rooftop deck and looked forward to sitting up there every day. You will not be disappointed! We will be back. Thanks Debbie!

Wonderful several days staying at this cute little adobe near the Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, Manitou Springs and the Broadmoor. Everything was clean, no detail missed and check-in and communication with Debbie was without trouble. A darling place to stay in Colorado Springs.

Clean, roomy, comfortable. We were in town for a family event so it was good to all be under one roof. It was half way between one sibling and a niece too. Convenient to food and socializing. Very near the BEST DOGPARK EVER!!! The rooftop deck was wonderful. I saw beautiful meteors from there even with the Super Moon, I didn't stay up to count satellites but I’ll bet it;s terrific from up there too. .

I decided to take my boys on a last minute trip to the mountains before school starts. I booked on Saturday for the next Tuesday. The property was more than I could have asked for. We spent evenings watching the moon rise on the rooftop patio. We had the best time and had a totally worry free stay! We can’t wait to come back and bring the husband/dad!

We absolutely loved our time at this property! It was clean, beautiful, and in a great location! The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The house offered great space for relaxing. We spent a lot if time by the beautiful fire pit at the rooftop deck and enjoyed the amazing view of the moutain and the city. The host was very friendly and easy to communicate with. We’d definitely stay here again!

Location is wonderful - very close to Old Colorado City with a cute park and restaurants and shops, and with a TON of hikes nearby (we hiked every day and never drove more than 15 min). Our favorite hike (besides the must-see Garden of the Gods) was the Seven Bridges - shady, fun, not too difficult and beautiful.

We had a perfect stay at Debbie's home. It was the cleanest vacation home we have ever rented! Debbie was always available for help or recommendations. Her welcome treat was delicious! The property is centrally located for all things Colorado Springs and comfy enough for relaxation as well. She has thought of everything you could possibly need and made it available in the home. And the delicious German bakery is a short walk away!
