House was exceptionally clean, had everything we needed for our stay, bedrooms are spacious and it’s a very quiet neighborhood. Good central location. I had a difficult time with tv and remotes, but that’s all on me. It was cold and rainy for our stay, but we didn’t care, we were so comfortable in the house. Already planning a return stay. Host was very responsive when I had some questions.

The home is beautiful....light, airy, peaceful, relaxing and extremely accommodating. The location was great and very accessible to restaurants, stores, etc. The Mapps were very friendly and responsive Hosts.

The cottage was as advertised and much more. Location was close to bay, walking or biking distance. rooms comfortable and clean, kitchen well stocking with utensils. Host Kyle was easy to talk to with our concerns.

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was great. It would have been helpful to know where the property was located before we booked. As it turned out, it worked out perfectly. But had my grandson come, we would have preferred to be on the beach side. That’s it. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable.

The property was very clean and comfortable. Location is convenient for beach and sound side access. The only challenge is crossing the major highway to get to the beach. The home has easy access to sand dunes and a short ride to the wild horse tours. Both of which I would recommend!

This house was in a perfect location for us. We could go to the beaches, go north to Corolla to see the wild horses in an hour and south to Hatteras. Mantao was 30 minutes away and the Wright Brothers Memorial only 10 minutes out. The house was very comfortable and pleasant to the eye. I would definitely rent it again.

Everything was amazing. We spent just a couple days and it was one of our best experiences at the beach house. Will be back here. Place is super clean and location is fabulous.

This was our second time staying at this property. The location is great, as it is located near two food stores, and many restaurants. The drive to the beach is very short, parking is plenty, and there is also just a short walk to beautiful sunset views. Highly recommend for families.

Property was perfect. Convenient to everything while still in a quiet residential area. Was exactly as advertised. Loved the little extra touches, such as hand soap in the bathrooms, paper towels, toilet paper, detergent, towels, etc. Decor was so pretty. It smelled wonderful when you walked in and was very clean. It was nice to have a washer/dryer too. Will definitely recommend to others and will stay here again in the future.

There was a feeling of being in a fancy treehouse with so many windows and a wonderful deck to enjoy. The neighborhood was quiet and the sound and beach accesses were within walking distance. We would have liked having a small cooler and blanket for sitting on the beach, but overall it has adequate amenities.

On the Mapp2 is a light, bright and clean beach cottage located in a quiet neighborhood between the ocean and the bay. It was just the right amount of space for 5 adults down in the Outer Banks for the Outer Banks Marathon. We had most of our meals in, and everything we needed was found in the well-equipped kitchen. We loved that it was just a short walk to the Bay to watch the sun set! Thank you for sharing your home with us, and know that we will highly recommend your cute beach house to anyone we know traveling to the Outer Banks.
