So many wonderful things to say about this property. Immaculate, extremely well-stocked kitchen and bathrooms, beautiful decor, comfy furniture, and fantastic location. So many wonderful restaurants near by, some within walking distance. Wrightsville beach 10 min down the road. The beds were comfortable, high end linens, thick, absorbent towels, and extra blankets. Closets stocked with ample hangers. Remote ceiling fan in primary bedroom but also new windows if wanting fresh air in the morning or for sleeping. Large shower supplied with shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. Dual vanities, one mirror equipped with a magnifying mirror. The owners have thought of literally everything. Loved the quaint, private deck in the early morning...a cup of coffee and the sweet sound of the birds. There's even a grill out there. Like I said, they thought of everything. This is truly the best vacation rental I have ever stayed in. 5 stars all the way! Highly recommend!!!

The townhouse was very clean and spacious. I highly recommend it to anybody visiting the Wilmington area. There were a variety of great restaurants within walking distance. Will definitely stay there again if I am in the area.

This was a wonderful location and condo. The condo is beautiful! Close to beach and great restaurants. We attended a wedding at the Wrightsville Manor. Just behind our accommodations. Nice deck with chairs and grill. I would recommend to any one interested. I hope to return.

This property was beautiful. The whole townhome was well furnished and had everything you would need. It’s close to the beach and all restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed ourselves very much.

The pictures and description of the townhouse was good and completely accurate. We booked it as it was near family. The townhouse was even better than the description and was very welcoming, comfortable and very well equipped, more than at any other VRBO we have stayed in. Since our stay was in January and part of our stay was to celebrate our 80th birthdays with family we did not use the bikes or beach chairs, but we did have some sunny days to enjoy the deck. The location was convenient to the things we did do in Wilmington. It was hard to leave and drive 14 hrs. north to the top of Indiana. I would recommend this place to anyone. I will hope to go back there again.

This was a repeat stay at this property. It's close to Wrightsville Beach and the University. Clean, comfortable, close to great restaurants and had everything we needed. As long as our son is at UNCW and we travel to Wilmington, we'll continue to keep this property at the top of our list of places to say.

This townhouse is in a great location. So close to everything but surprisingly quiet and peaceful. This was the cleanest rental we have ever stayed in. Everything you need is there and the instructions are thorough. Will definitely stay here again.

This is the second time that we have stayed at David’s townhouse, and this visit just reaffirmed everything we remembered about the place. And the beds are really comfortable! It’s so comfortable and clean, and we love how quiet the neighborhood is. It’s also so close to everything—the beach, shopping, downtown, UNCW, great food. I have no hesitation in saying that we’ll be back!

This is the best property I've stayed at in the last few years! The location was great for my family (me, husband, 4 year old, almost 2 year old) b/c it was quiet, spacious, one block from a grocery store and shops, and had a shared pool. It was a 5 minute drive to the beach and a 10 minute drive to an awesome park (Long Leaf). It had a real coffee maker!!! Thank you! And was well appointed w/all kitchen and laundry needs as well as beach gear. Beds were comfy, rooms were spacious. Everything seems to have been recently updated and is beautiful (kitchen and bathrooms). Just top marks across the board.
