Situated in Torch Lake, this lovely house for $1,589 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Experience a luxurious getaway on one of the most beautiful lakes in the world by staying in this newly constructed home. You will find yourself in the midst of all the action on Torch Lake. Walk to the famous sandbar, relax and suntan on the beach or enjoy the many possibilities for water sports the lake has to offer. This open concept home will offer many possibilities for entertainment and relaxation - sunrises, sunsets, sandy beach with patio, fire pit, grill, long dock and mooring to tie boats up, and more. Large kitchen with wet bar and coffee bar opens up to the great room with access to outdoor covered deck offering the possibility for memorable events. Upstairs sitting area and access to a covered deck from two of the bedrooms extends the entertainment space. TVs and WiFi available for use. This new home includes 5 spacious bedrooms each with sizable closet and ceiling fan, an air-conditioned bonus room, and 3.5 bathrooms - sleeps 12-15. Additional amenities include a full laundry room with washer and dryer, A/C, gas fireplace, and garage. Just a 30-minute drive to Traverse City, or under 20 to Alden, Bellaire, Elk Rapids, and Turtle Creek Casino. A couple eateries in walking distance and many more a short drive away. Enjoy a retreat and breathtaking views of the “Caribbean colored “ waters from inside or out and from just about every room! Summer WEEK long rentals June thru mid-September. This home was everything we hoped for and more! Our group of 15 got together to celebrate my parents’ 50th wedding anniversary. Everyone (ages 2 to 74) had a great time. Having our own beach was a game changer for the 2 year olds, who were happy playing in the sand all day. Older kids had fun tubing and jet skiing. There was plenty of space in the house for everyone to feel comfortable. The house was perfect in the evenings for cooking, playing games, completing puzzles, and roasting marshmallows around a bonfire! I highly recommend this rental!

We had a wonderful family vacation here. The house is absolutely gorgeous and VERY well equipped. Lots of space indoors and outdoors. Beach and shallow water at edge was perfect for small children to play, but it was easy for adults and older kids to get to deeper water on kayak or paddle board. We were able to rent a pontoon boat and pull it up to the dock at the property. Our contact Pawel was very responsive and helpful before, during, and after our stay. We have some lovely family memories! Thanks so much!

Another amazing family vacation to Torch Lake made possible by this gorgeous, spacious and functional home with all the amenities we would ever needed for our stay. The location is perfect with access the sandbar and the private beach is a play haven for the grandchildren. This home is owned and managed by a caring family and the home fits perfectly to our large family. The home is absolutely beautiful and very well stocked with all the items you will need to enjoy a carefree stay. This was our second time renting and we are excited to return again. Family vacation for 8 adults and 6 children toddlers to age 6. When they described a short walk to the sand bar they weren’t kidding! Lots of activity, great weather and a beautiful lake. The accommodations were great. I would recommend to anyone looking for a great time.

We had several young children in the group and they loved playing on the sandy beach. I especially liked the fact that the water was shallow in front of the house for the kids to play and not be in over their heads. The property is gorgeous and very comfortable. The view of the lake and skyline wonderful. We docked our boat at their dock and enjoyed Torch Lake thoroughly. We cooked 100 percent of our meals there. The only thing that we think could be improved is a listing of utensils, pans available. I asked ahead but still brought large stockpots in case needed for our size group. They already had them. Ample parking, easy to locate. Wonderful memories made.

Really awesome home and great location on Torch Lake. This property is very, very nice! Large kitchen and living room that is open and perfect for friends/family to enjoy time together.

Simply an amazing property for a family to create memories.
It was truly a magical vacation for all. The location gave us breathtaking views of the lake, amazing access to the sandbar, a private beach for the grandchildren to play and a home with gorgeous and practical amenities for our entire family. We plan on coming here again. Pawel (the property manager) was always prompt and accommodating in his responses.

My husband and I treated our adult children and their children (ages 3 months to 41) to a special week long birthday celebration for our son's 40th birthday. This home has it all...and it's truly gorgeous! We had plenty of comfy beds for all of our family, and the many windows overlooking the lake gave us a breathtaking view from many angles! The home is filled with everything you could ever need for your stay, including all paper products, and the kitchen is so well equipped that we never left for a meal! The view of Torch Lake was beautiful, especially before the sandbar was filled with boats, and even then it was fun to know that there were a lot of people enjoying themselves! Our grandsons loved the sandy beach, and there were many sandcastles built during our stay. We were especially grateful that the owners met us when we arrived, showed us all around, and answered any questions we had. This was a family vacation we will always remember. Thank you so much for opening your amazing home to us.

We had three families stay here and we could not love the house more! The views are insanely gorgeous, house is incredibly well stocked, the place was so clean and bright. We just loved sitting by the fire and going out on the lake and having a coffee on the dock in the morning. Perfection!!
This beautiful home offers perfect views of Torch Lake and the sandbar. The kids had a blast playing at beach, in the water and of course walking out across the sandbar all located right outside the back door. There is no doubt we will reserve this 5 star home again!

As you can see from the photos, this is an impeccably designed and decorated home. It was build in 2018 and has every modern convenience, including a very well stocked kitchen (the pantry may be my favorite room, so cool!). I had wanted a little more detail about the bedroom layouts so I'll provide it here: first floor with one bedroom: queen bed with a crib in a giant walk in closet. The second floor has 5 additional bedrooms: master bed/bath (amazing views, plus a desk if you have to work on vacation), 2 more bedrooms with one queen bed each, another bedroom with queen plus twin, then a room with two twins and two queens. So it comfortably sleeps a ton of people.One downside regarding check-in - the owner wouldn't wear a mask when doing the orientation tour (which took like 20 minutes of fairly close proximity indoors). So perhaps bring an N-95 if you want to be very cautious... or perhaps the owner shouldn't do in-person orientation? And then one thing that did impact our stay, but wasn't necessarily the owner's fault -- 6 of us got swimmer's itch. In my 36 years of swimming in inland MI lakes, I've never had it... and it's miserable (like wake up in the middle of the night itching despite oral benadryl miserable). Apparently it's more common in warm, clean water bc ducks like that. One neighbor also had it and the others didn't get it because they were taking precautions. We took the following precautions the second half of the week and did much better (only 1-2 lesions each then): apply aquaphor or vaseline after your sunscreen; frequently hose off followed by a vigorous towel dry. We weren't aware that swimmer's itch was a problem at Torch so we didn't take the precautions the first day ... and really paid for it. So hopefully the owners are now warning people about the swimmer's itch and the necessary precautions.

Beautiful home, very clean, plenty of space with all the amenities! Owners are responsive and very accommodating. This home is in the perfect location on the lake. We rented a boat for the whole week and definitely did not need it the whole time as you could just walk out to the sand bar. Would definitely like to rent here again!

Torch Lake
This was the second year our family rented this house. The house is perfectly situated right on the lake and within walking distance of the sandbar. The water is shallow and perfect for the little ones. The house has ample room for a large group including 5 bedrooms plus a 6th room over the garage for kids. This room is not air conditioned and was too hot for our kids. There were also a few items that could have been handled differently. Although the check in time was 4pm, there was a delay both years we stayed as the owners finished cleaning/inspecting. The plastic picnic tables were poorly assembled and partially collapsed on my wife and daughter. We were told that the septic system is temperamental and asked not to use the garbage disposal (plus encouraged to “bath” in the lake). Overall this is a great house and a perfect location. We would still be renting but our group became too large. We have 19 including 10 adults and 9 grandkids (4 of which are under 5). We still fit but the the owners feel we would stress the septic system.

Very well stocked home with comfortable beds and adequate number of bathrooms. Nicely appointed and decorated. Situated at south end of Torch Lake on a sand bar, there is a beach with shallow water, perfect for small children.
