Located in Lake Anna, this attractive house for $365 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Inquiry at booking for Fall discount!!!! This 3500 sq. foot home has something for everyone! Spacious and recently updated, this home is located on the Public side of Lake Anna in the prominent subdivision of Wyndemere. The upper level of the home has a common area with kitchen and dining which provides an ideal spot to congregate before and after long days on the lake. This level also has a master bedroom with private bath as well as two bedrooms with two other full baths. In the lower level of the house, there is another common TV area as well as a bedroom and bath. Bonus areas of the house include an office area and a huge arcade room with, Golden Tee, Mortal Combat, Air Hockey, foosball, Hoop Shoot, two-player arcade games, putting green, darts, multiple games consoles, boards games, DVDs and more! The exterior of the house has a huge deck for grilling as well has a well-appointed screened-in porch that overlooks a quiet cove. A private walkway will take you directly to your boat slip. Enjoy plenty of outdoor amenities around the house such as kayaks, corn hole boards, and fire-pit! The home itself is situated in the prime section of Lake Anna. The house is at the end of a quiet cove and is just a short distance to the main channel of the lake. It is just minutes away to grocery stores, restaurants, marinas, gas stations, a newly opened brewery, cidery, and entertainment.

Rainy weekend forced us inside- glad we choose this house which was well equipped for indoor fun! House is spacious and set back from the road and lake which made it a very quiet setting while we were there. Grocery and DG nearby for supplies. Hosts were responsive and accommodating.

These owners thought of everything you could possibly want in a lake house experience. We love to go to the lake to unplug but if you need wifi, they have it and speed is great. We enjoyed lazy mornings on the screened in porch. We rented a boat and loved being able to pull up to the dock right behind the house. In the evenings, after s’mores on the super easy propane fire pit, we enjoyed the game room that went on and on! They have every arcade game imaginable PLUS a cabinet full of board games. One morning, we took out kayaks before the lake got too busy with the big boats. The lake was beautiful. We saw so much wildlife. We would love to go back. Oh, and the house is about 10 minutes from every interesting thing that you might want to visit - Food Lion, Moo Thru, mini golf, the Cove restaurant. Great location! The only thing that could possibly make it better is if there were views of more open water.

This was our first trip to Lake Anna and we loved it. The house and location were perfect for our family with young children. Everyone loved the game room where we had lots of fun and laughs. Kristen and Nick the owners went out of their way to make our vacation so enjoyable. I would recommend this property highly.

Kristen and Nick were great ! They met us upon our arrival . The house is amazing with plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms plus a game room ! We enjoyed grilling each night and being able to walk right out to our boat and jet ski that we could dock right at the canal in our back yard . The grocery store is less then 10 minutes away . Everyone is friendly . So much to do at Lake Anna . Great location ! We will definitely be coming back !

We had a great week on Lake Anna in Kristen and Nick's home. The home provided plenty of space for our family of 5 adults and one toddler. We loved starting our day with coffee/tea on the screened in porch. We used the SUPs and Kayaks provided by our hosts as well as a baby gate, high chair and infant life preserver. They've thought of everything!
My 30-something "kids" said they'd definitely return...high praise!
Kristen responded to my texts before and during the stay within 15 minutes. She's a delightful host. Nick met us at the house upon arrival to show us the "lay of the land", a nice perk.
Looking forward to a return visit!

The lakehouse is well maintained and the amenities were perfect for me and my family. Having a private dock for our boat was a huge bonus!
The lakehouse is also is a great location, regardless of where you looking to go on the lake.
I would definitely recommend this lakehouse for anyone looking for an enjoyable time on Lake Anna.

We had a great vacation at Lake Anna for the Fourth of July weekend. The house was lovely, and the location was perfect. Nothing else that we could have needed or wanted out of this stay!

Location is great to smooth channels, house is perfectly accommodating with bedroom and bathrooms; game room is fabulous and boat slip is convenient. We’ll try to stay again!

My family was looking for a weekend getaway with our teenagers. This beautiful home did not disappoint! The place was spacious and tastefully decorated. Our teens spent most of the time in the basement playing games and watching TV. My husband and I enjoyed the screened in porch and the quiet neighborhood. Our family enjoyed cooking together and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Communication with the homeowners was great. I would highly recommend staying here!

The house is beautiful, we loved kayaking, sitting by the fire pit, playing air hockey and other games and the owners were incredible. They gave us ideas on what to do for the weekend and made sure we had a perfect stay. We will be back, Thank you!

We were most at home at this lake house and grateful for our hosts Nick & Kristen's attentive nature. Shopping is limited within a 30-minute drive so plan ahead before arriving for those Walmart needs. We were never able to buy a swim floatation tube in mid-Aug.
Lake Anna was delightful! We rented a pontoon and ski jet and had a blast. The 50-year-old man-made lake was perfect for swimming. The nuclear power plant's use of the lake for its cooling tower made for a comfortable and refreshing swim. There was an algae bloom alert in parts of Lake Anna including Lake Anna State Park, but the southern located Pleasants Landing & Marina public beach was free of the algae bloom and will always be a memorable visit. Highlights of our sightseeing included Thomas Jefferson's Monticello home, which included a new visitor center with many updates that more accurately reflect the life of slavery. Don't miss out on beautiful downtown Charlottesville. We enjoyed the brick-paved pedestrian-only historic district and unique shopping and eateries.

Wonderful stay
My family and I had a wonderful vacation at this home on the northern side of Lake Anna. The kids enjoyed kayaking and swimming in the lake and it was a short drive to all the other amenities Lake Anna has to offer. The house itself was AMAZING and has a really fun game room downstairs. Plenty of room for everyone. Highly recommend this location!

We used the grills for dinner every night (gas and charcoal) and enjoyed dining on the deck. I cater and the boys are grill chefs so we know our way around a kitchen. There were plenty of serving dishes and basically everything we needed. My responsibility was breakfast and I baked, used the microwave and enjoyed the kitchen tremendously (yes, our lives revolve around cooking - whose recipe and what combination). There is a TV in every room (though who wants to look at TV with that lake view).
My daughter is a camper and she brought her tree tent along and pitched it along the side of the property. She loved fishing off the dock.
We chose this location because it had both indoor and outdoor games for adults as well as the little ones. My grandson was so happy with the little vehicles in the garage and his mom took him there to play every day.
The trip was over far too soon! We would love to come back!

Great home and fabulous owners!
This was our first trip to Lake Anna. We truly enjoyed our stay. Lots of things to keep the younger kids and adults busy in the evenings or on rainy days. The owners were exceptional to work with. They were very accommodating.
We rented boats and jet skis from Mobile Watercraft. I would highly recommend them, as well. We drove our boat to dinner at The Cove and for Ice Cream by Tim’s (Moo something) We also visited Lake Anna Taphouse and Coyote Hole. Both great!! Looking forward to coming back next year!

A wonderful Home Away from Home
This house was perfect for our summer home away from home. The house was impeccable, Kristen and Nick were fabulous, responsive, and in general, wonderful hosts. The house had everything that we and our kids needed for a change of scenery and a quiet, beautiful environment for us all to spend a few weeks. The negatives had nothing to do with the house or hosts - the weather wasn't great during August, there are a lot of mosquitoes and spiders (welcome to nature), and the part of the lake that the house is on is a very shallow inlet, so swimming there didn't really work...however, there is a nearby swimming area and Lake Anna Park has a beach and it is right nearby. No reservations recommending this property to any family who wants a change of scenery and who is interested in going on some day trips to Richmond and Charlottsville to get some history lessons, museum time, or shopping. Air Hockey, Foosball, and other awesome games were a definite plus. We had some awesome family game nights and the house inspired us to add a dart board and air hockey table to our own basement! Thank you so much to Kristen and Nick for making our stay amazing!

We had a great time at Lake Anna. The house has a great view and nice deck to enjoy the day. The deck has a large table thats nice to grill and enjoy dinner outside. Great COVID Getaway
We thoroughly enjoyed our Thanksgiving at the Lake. The house was the perfect size for our family of 8 and we enjoyed the multiple gathering and game areas. We were even lucky enough to enjoy the screened in porch and deck due to the beautiful weather on Thanksgiving day.
The owners were easy to communicate with and even met us at the home to give us a quick walkthrough. The home was exactly as it was described in the listing.

Game Time
Nick greeted us when we arrived and walked us through all the property had to offer. Both Nick and Kristen were easily available to answer questions and assist as needed. Although the weather turned out to be nice we found it difficult to get outside because there were so many wonderful games and activities in the home like guitar hero, foosball, air hockey, darts, basketball and corn hole (played on the patio). We finally got out and kayaked and fished. Wonderful hosts, home and time.

We noted the area in general is fairly lax about Covid mask wearing, etc. (except in the grocery.) The nearby State Park had nice facilities for hiking and a playground my Grandchildren enjoyed. We had a relaxing four days at Lake Anna and may do so again in the summer. Houses like this one make it easy to getaway!
