Nestled in Ocean Isle Beach, this charming house for $170 per night is a great option for your next break. Quiet location on the Intracoastal Waterway, enjoy the view from the deck or the private dock! One half mile from public boat ramp or a couple miles to the beach so bring your kayak, SUP, fishing rods and golf clubs. It is all about the VIEW. ICW home with private fishing pier. This location is also close to so many things..5 minutes to putting your beach chair on the beautiful sands of of Ocean Isle, numerous golf courses, restaurants, and a multitude of services and conveniences. The best is the walk on your own pier & to sit & watch the boats cruise buy on the ICW. Or just enjoy crabbing and fishing. The house is listed as 3 bedroom/2 bath which includes the downstairs suite.. There is a 6 PERSON MAXIMUM INCLUDING CHILDREN. 3 VEHICLE MAXIMUM INCLUDING BOAT TRAILER PLEASE NOTE - we do not provide linens or towels. Master is Queen, Second upstairs bedroom is King, Downstairs suite is Queen. ATTENTION BOATERS - There are no docking facilities. You will need to put in and out daily at the public ramp nearby. Please let owner know if you plan on bringing a boat so that parking options can be discussed. There is no way to turn a boat trailer around in the driveway or at the house. For Dog Owners: if you want to take your dog to the beach on Ocean Isle: All dogs must be on a leash, contained or fenced at all times. NO DOGS allowed on the beach strand from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM from Memorial Day to Labor Day. No Dogs allowed at any time in Public Access/Parking Areas. The Town does have a Pooper Scooper Ordinance.

Great place to stay and do some fishing. No big fish in December but still can catch a lot of decent small fish like whitings, croackers, spots, etc. A few keeper black drums. Also saw some dolphins.

Not only was this the coziest little gem of a cottage, but my husband said the pier with lights and washing station was exceptional. Even had rocking chairs on the end of the pier. The house was extremely well equipped. Beds were very comfortable, as was the living room furniture. Water pressure in the shower was awesome. The owner, Bill, was very communicative and accommodating. We would love to come back again.

My family enjoyed this rental so much that we have already booked for next summer! It was exactly as described and everything that we needed. We probably spent the most time on the pier and the king size bed was super comfy. Cant wait until our next stay!

Overall, it's got what you need, but was not impressed with cleanliness. The little ground floor suite smelled so badly of mildew (didn't see any but you could smell it) we couldn't use it for a bedroom so we had two bedrooms and one bath instead of three beds and two baths. But, sitting on the deck and the pier and enjoying that perpetual breeze off the water, watching the ongoing boating exhibitions out there, was very enjoyable. You will need to rent linens, BTW. There's a great assortment of spices and cooking supplies, which saved us some unnecessary expense.

As always, our stay felt like home away from home! It’s our favorite vacation spot at the beach. Bill is a fantastic person to rent from, we are lucky to have found both him and this home. Can’t wait to go back!

My husband and I just spent this past week at Bill's place on the ICW. We had a wonderful time. The home was perfect for our needs. It was a lot of fun to fish from the pier, watch the boats go by, and admire the dolphins. The neighbors were very kind, but not intrusive. We hope to stay again soon.

This is an awesome property. Very private. Our Christmas visit with new granddaughter was enhanced by the accomadations. Had to make Christmas dishes and deserts to share for our Christmas dinner and every thing needed was available. Bill is an excellent host and provides great communications. It was unseasonly cold and Bill made sure we had all we needed to stay warm. Hope to stay again in warmer weather to enjoy the fishing pier

Being able to wake up each morning grab a cup of coffee and sit on the back deck or walk down to the dock and fish was just awesome. It was great to make so many memories with the family and especially my grandsons. Being able to stay that close to the intercoastal waterway was fantastic. Great place to stay.

Mr. Cain is an awesome owner. Very nice and prompt with any issues. We spent most of our stay on the pier fishing, brought home a cooler full of fish, along with about a dozen blue crab. Close to everything, and lots of delivery options. Can't wait until next stay.

The first vacation we've had in at least 4 years. Great view ,neighbors and location. Just sitting on the dock all day fishing and watching boats go by. Very nice house with all the amenities anyone could want. This was one of the best vacations I have ever had. Thank you Mr Cain. Looking forward to booking again.

I have lost count on the number of times my small family has visited OIB and stayed at Bills Place on the ICW. And just like all others - we didn’t want to leave when it was over. From being right on the water with your own dock, the back deck to relax in the evenings, the distance to multiple beaches, and having a nice and quiet place to stay with a great host - you would have a hard time finding a better deal on the ICW. This an amazing place to stay to enjoy a little piece of heaven on earth. It is quiet, but fun. We enjoyed fishing, crabbing, and sitting on the dock just enjoying the view. Bill is awesome to work with. We give this place 10 stars! We will be back!

We had a fantastic time this year again. Watching the boats go by. Fishing off the pier with a good breeze blowing and the quiet and peacefulness of this house is amazing My wife and I love the peace and quiet here. The closeness to the beach restaurants and shopping is a great plus. Plus fishing and crabbing off the dock has been successful both times we’ve came here. Can’t ask for a better or more responsive host than Bill. We will return and can’t wait to come back !!
