Pleasant

Fair location, the condo itself is very nice and quite comfortable. Convenient to a good restaurant, within walking distance of a few places. It is on the inland side of the island, not the Gulf side. The location wasn’t clear when booking. Nice pool, well maintained, the permanent residents are great and helpful.

The property is fine, it is convenient to the main public beach but you have to pay daily to access the beach, and the beach is awful. You literally wade through a swamp to get to the beach itself which is a narrow strip between the swamp and Gulf. Not at all what I remember from my last trip here where you walked from the parking lot directly onto a wide, white sand beach. The island is much more commercial and they’re building everywhere. It is doubtful I would return here, there are nicer places for the same money.

Wonderfully pleasant and relaxing

It was the perfect space, just the right size for my family and just about had everything we needed. It was a great location I loved having coffee on the balcony in the morning watching the birds. We will definitely book this condo again! really enjoyed it!

There was no sugar, salt or pepper. Which is not a big deal but it would have been nice to know I needed to bring it. The power went out, there was a loud dog next door, I couldn’t figure out how to start the dish washer and I couldn’t figure out how to lock the door when I left. It didn’t automatically lock behind us one day and we didn’t realize till we got back. I didn’t want to bother anyone about it, but I think it’s important to note for others staying

Superb

Location was great overlooking the bay. Quick drive to the beaches and 30 minute drive to shopping in Mobile. Took the ferry to Fort Morgan and then to Gulf Shores but can probably drive up and around and then down to get to Gulf Shores and save the $30 dollars it cost me on the ferry with 4 people. Went to Owa while there and enjoyed the park which is located in Foley. The beach on the west end of the island is the prettiest and full of sea shells but can’t take your dog there because it’s a bird sanctuary. You get a parking pass for 4 different roads that lead to the beach on the west end. That’s a bonus cause you can take your pets there.

Property was great but I wish they didn’t have carpet in the unit. Not a good idea for pet friendly units because there is a little odor. I’m in the flooring business and have first hand experience on replacing carpet where pets have lived.
