The house worked as it was big enough for us.

I was hoping that booking a house through Booking.com that it would be a different experience than airbnb. It's not. There was a huge list of don't do's sitting on the counter. Down to if you lose a fork you will be charged for it. I hate to write a negative review but I would not stay here again and I will not be booking a house through booking.com again. I don't like airbnb's. The carpets were stained throughout the house. The towels provided were old towels from hotel pools. Also, it is a rule you cannot use the towels for the beach... There was no laundry soap provided and we ran out of toilet paper mid stay so I had to go buy that as well. The pump for the pool stopped working I guess and I was questioned by the host like we did something wrong. Also the morning of check out a huge text that we must be out by 10:00am which that is not what the listing for the property said. I also had to follow up on my deposit since I did not receive it in the timeline that I was told. To the host for this property: invest in nice towels, throw away the handbook on the counter, and provide unscented laundry soap. That would have made our stay feel more welcoming.

Great location, spacious, nice pool and clean.

Some of the patio equipment was broken. No enough waste baskets for the number of rooms.

Very clean, had all the accessories you could possibly need. Very comfortable beds with lots of pillows, and good pillows at that (memory foam).

The house was nicely kept. It had nice large closets. The pool area chairs were nice and sturdy. The pool was clean. There were beach chairs and a few rafts and a beach umbrella.

The host tried to make me pay a higher security deposit than the original agreement. The way she spoke to me about the deposit made me feel like she wanted to find any little reason to try to keep it. The front door lock didn't work so we had to leave the door unlocked anytime we left the property. She had a list of rules and duties that made me feel as if I was the housekeeper instead of the guest. She said if she got any complaints from the neighbors about noise she would keep my deposit so I felt like my kids couldn't have fun in the pool... I had to keep telling them to be quiet. It made me feel super stressed out. Also the pool is way smaller than the photo makes it appear. UPDATE: Just as I suspected.... The host charged me $250 for a security deposit and said her house was left dirty but it wasn't. I took video of the entire house before we left. We left her house clean and orderly and I have evidence of that. I have reported her to Booking.com and am also going to report her to the BBB. RENTERS BEWARE!! She charges your card directly instead of through booking.com so that she can charge you more than the rental agreement. I DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING AT THIS PROPERTY UNLESS YOU DONT MIND YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT BEING KEPT. The host is very rude and other guests have left reviews complaining of the same issues!!! Save yourself some stress and money and find somewhere else to stay!!!

The host was terrible. I would ot recommend to no one if you there to have nice time, bc. the host have bad disposition.take pics b4 and after to be safe if you're black better yet if she knew I was i dont think she would've rented to me im just glad it over good riddance
