Centrally located between the towns of Honeoye and Naples. Just minutes away is the boat launch at Honeoye Lake, Bristol Mountain, Hunt Hollow, Grimes Glen, Harriot Hollister State park and more. The beautiful city of Canandaigua is just 30 minutes away.

As good if not better than the pictures in the listing. Beautiful, secluded setting off the road with mountain views and a pond next to the cabin. The cabin is very comfortable, spacious, and nicely decorated. I also found the mattress and bedding very comfortable. Jim was easy to communicate with and responded promptly. He was also very helpful as my car broke down within 30 minutes of the cabin. He made sure that I was able to get to the cabin and also called the next day to make sure I was ok and had food. Much appreciated. Hope to be able to visit again.

The reservation process thro VRBO was a nightmare as we never received a confirmation and struggled to contact VRBO, and two days prior to our arrival I spent two hours trying to get the address and access details from VRBO. Eventually all resolved and the owner, Jim, was terrific and most helpful. The cabin is beautiful and fully equipped and most comfortable. The setting is beautiful and we cannot wait to return there

We enjoyed our stay. Very relaxing few days even though the weather was not the greatest. Wish we could have had a fire but rained every day. House was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Would recommend the cabin to anyone looking for a quiet place to stay.

The house and property were clean and well-kept. It is a private location surrounded by beautiful meadows. We enjoyed all the windows and lovely views from the house. All basic accommodations were included in Kitchen, Bedroom, and Bathrooms.

I visit the Finger Lakes region every summer or fall, sometimes with family, sometimes solo. This time I was solo, and this home was absolutely perfect (though there was certainly room for more people if that had been the plan).
Between the views from the two decks, seeing and hearing endless kinds of wildlife, close access to numerous hiking spots, a well-appointed kitchen, comfortable bed, and dependable wi-fi [because I did have to work a little :-)], I couldn't have asked for anything more.
I try to stay somewhere different every year, but I'd consider going back to this home in a heartbeat, especially in the fall, when the foliage must be extraordinary.

The bungalow was exactly what we had hoped it would be. Quiet, lots of comfort amenities and close to Naples, Honeoye and Livonia. Extremely clean and comfortable. We visited local breweries and Ember restaurant in Livonia. This quiet retreat away from the business of life is just what the doctor ordered! Would definitely stay again.

I think this was our 5th stay! The house is always very clean and welcoming. We enjoyed the central air. We like how quiet it is here. Fire pit and starry nights. We like to visit Naples and Canandaigua. Restaurants, breweries, wineries and shops. We always find something new to do. Very relaxing!

This was by far our best Finger Lakes rental! The house was immaculate, with many amenities including kitchen appliances, outdoor gas grill and air conditioning. The setting is spectacular; mountains nestled on both sides and a beautiful pond. Day trips to Canandaigua, Bristol and Naples were a short drive. We’ve rented on the lakes in years past, and appreciated the privacy of this rental. Thank you, Jim!

We are usually crazy busy with 4 kids and wanted to get away. This was absolutely perfect. Clean..bright..and the views amazing. We did absolutely nothing but relax. Little piece of heaven🤗

New England/New York vacation
We were on a 3 week trip to New England and the Finger Lakes region of New York. Jim's property was by far the best of the 3 rentals we rented. As a matter of fact, I rent from VRBO quite often. I can honestly say, this is one of the nicest, cleanest, most beautiful places we have ever rented in over 20 years of renting from VRBO. The pictures on the website do not do it justice. Jim is easy going and accomodating. If we would ever visit the Finger Lakes area again, I would book with Jim.
