Located in Nantucket, this charming cottage for $480 per night is a great choice for your next trip. You will love the central location of this charming stand alone cottage just over one block from the cobblestones of lower Main Street! (17a Washington St, across from flagpole). The 1 bedroom is well equipped with high end appliances, washer, dryer, central air conditioner, two flat screen TVs (one in the bedroom and one in the living room, pull out sofa in Livingroom). Gleaming hardwood floors, wainscoting on walls, cathedral ceilings, new kitchen, new bathroom, new everything! High end kitchen with LG refrigerator and dishwasher and wine cooler. This cottage will comfortably hold a couple. All you can wish for with shops, restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops all a very short and lovely walk. If you prefer to have a car let us know, as there is parking available. Lastly, we urge our guests purchase outside travel insurance that covers trip cancellations due to dangerous travel conditions from bad weather since we are on an island subject to wind and high seas. John Hancock, Axa Assistance and IMG offer such policies.

Perfect location for the stroll! Very cute accommodations; extremely comfortable bed! Checking in was a little sticky.. the keypad was a little tricky, but we got there late, so that may have contributed. There is no number on the house or mailbox, but again, it was dark, so we had a little trouble. Overall, great place to stay for the Stroll! Walking distance to everything!

Everything was as described, bed very comfy, and appreciated the smart TV so we could watch movies at night. Off season visit so a lot was closed, but we had a good time! Loved having Handlebar next door and strolled over in the mornings in my PJs for cappucino :)

The location on the island was excellent. Easy walk to restaurants, shops, Brant Point Lighthouse, Whaling Museum, and so much more. The Handlebar Cafe next door was great for morning croissants and coffee. The shuttle just across the street was very convenient for a trip to the Bluff Walk in Sconset. Highly recommend Samtucket!

Absolutely perfect location. Beautiful place perfect for a couple looking to see all that Nantucket has to offer. Easiest access to everything in town, but with a feeling of being tucked back a bit with privacy. Couldn’t have asked for better

Just perfect for me and my two boys. Property manager was incredible - responsive and helpful in every way. The location is rock solid and perfect for two teenage boys. Super clean and checked off all the boxes. would definitely come back to stay here and highly recommend.

Samtucket was the perfect place for me and my partner to stay while in Nantucket for a long weekend. It had everything we needed in a very convenient location. You can walk to anywhere in town and easily park your bikes in front of the house to ride around the island, which I would definitely recommend doing. We hope to stay here again for future trips!

My husband and I loved staying at Samtucket! It was a cute cottage right near the main part of Nantucket town so restaurants and shops were all walkable. The house was clean and very nicely decorated with Gray Malin prints. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in Nantucket.

The in-town location of this property was absolutely perfect for our stay in late August. The rental was very comfortable for my husband and I with our toddler daughter. We could easily enjoy town and easily get to all of our favorite places outside of town. The owner was so considerate, great with communication, and made the stay easy on all accounts. The property location is excellent. You will really appreciate the short walk from the ferry and to the Stop & Shop when you’re “lugging” stuff. The washer/dryer allowed us to pack light in the first place. All the town area has to offer is also a short walk away and access to all of the Wave (island bus service) routes is literally out the front door which made trips to the rest of the island points of interest very convenient. All-in-all Samtucket is as advertised!

Samtucket is a lovely cottage, including a small but private outdoor place, just off the main street. Great location! Close to everything, but far enough to be quiet and peaceful. Easy to reserve and access. Would definitely stay again!

We stayed here for a long weekend to get some planning done for our upcoming wedding. The location was excellent, right in town and also directly across from a shuttle stop which was convenient since we didn't have a car with us. We had some trouble with the ferry the day we were supposed to check out and due to weather, couldn't take one until 5:30 pm. The owner was understanding and accommodating. This cottage is perfect for a couple. We didn't cook at all but the kitchen has everything you need. There's even a little wine fridge.
