We had a wonderful stay at this property. Owner was very easy to work with, check in and out was a breeze, and Disneyland was very close by, but it was all the necessities that were provided at this property that sets it apart. You won’t need to go purchase anything other than your food; the owner has made sure everything else you could need is already there for you. Thanks for a great stay!

I was in town with some girlfriends to go to Disneyland for a couple of days. This house was comfortable, clean, and exactly what we needed. The hot tub was a major bonus after the long Disney days. Would definitely recommend!

What a great place to call home for vacation. Place was clean and well maintained. Will definitely stay again when we visit. Felt very comfortable and had all necessities. Lots of room in the bunk beds for the kids and saved money by breakfast and snack planning. Parking for 3 cars in driveway. Thanks for a great stay!

We had two families along with grandparents. House fit our needs perfectly. Adults had private bedroom and cousins all enjoyed being together in the bunk room. Well appointed kitchen with everything needed to cook meals easily. Hot tub was great after long days at the park. Checkin was seamless and owner was very communicative. The walk to disneyland was a bit long for us, given the makeup of our party, but Uber was our friend, quick pickup and worth every penny. Would definitely use this property again on our next trip!

The owner provided my family and I everything we could possibly require. The attention to detail was amazing! Forget to bring bedtime stories for your kids? The owner has you covered with a bookshelf full of excellent children's books. Wish to get a workout on your vacation? The owner has provided a set of dumbbells. It's the little things like this that made this the perfect vacation rental. The owner was responsive and helpful to any questions I had before and during my stay. The house was clean and well-stocked. The beds were comfortable. The location was close to the Disneyland Resort, and in a quiet and safe neighborhood. There isn't much to criticize about this home except for the fact that not all lights are wired to the light switches. It some rooms, you must manually turn the lamps on and off. There is a motion sensitive light in the small bathroom which goes turns off every few minutes when motion is not detected (presumably so it is not left on all night). This becomes frustrating when using the shower, and the light goes off. You must wave your hand outside the shower to re-turn on the light. I will definitely pursue this listing again upon my next visit to Anaheim.

The other members of our group ended up not coming but our son enjoyed running around! Nicely sized and appointed property. It had everything we needed and we were able to adjust a couple things to make it toddler friendly very easily. The neighborhood seemed nice, right next to Disney. Watching the fireworks from the driveway was awesome!

This is a great house. Just 8 minutes from the Disneyland parking lot. Very clean, quiet neighborhood. We were pleasantly surprised with the house. The pictures make the house look a little dark inside, but opening up the drapes it was bright and very clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The strollers, car seats and beach toys were great. Lots of seating inside and out. The hot tub was nice after 15 hours of Disney walking/running around.

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The location was great (beautiful, quiet, & safe neighborhood, close drive to Disney), the host was helpful and friendly, and communication was good. The house was the perfect size for our large family. Decent sized rooms, well-equipped, nicely decorated, and the private yard with chairs and a hot tub was amazing and relaxing after long days of walking. The only negative was that the water dispenser in the fridge was slow and didn't work very well, but the host was quick to reply and address it. We would definitely book this again!

Overall this house fit the bill. We needed somewhere to stay that was close enough to the park and had two separate bathrooms. The listing makes it seem like both are true. However, the kids bunk house has a bathroom attached - private. The other bathroom is what used to be the Master bath but an additional door is added from the hallway making the master bath shared between all other rooms. The walls are SUPER thin so any noise is fairly noticeable. This makes the kids bunk house a net zero gain. Kids are asleep, but the main hang out space and kitchen are next to the wall so it’s tough to be quiet. Honestly it was an ok property. Seems like they try hard. It just didn’t quite have the rest and recuperate part we needed. Traffic noise was loud, walls are thin, the deadbolt on the security door and door from the garage to the house wouldn't latch properly so it just felt a bit off for what we wanted. Pros: clean towels, lots of them!!! Decent pillows. Beds were pretty good and the A.C. was a winner! The house was clean. The back patio looked pretty and I’m sure would have been nice had it not been so hot. Check in and check out was a breeze.

Cozy and quaint house. Was awesome for our five kids ages 10-3. Planning to stay here again the next time we come to Cali with our family.

Everything was as expected and advertised. Plenty of space, nice having a driveway and garage. Kitchen and bathroom had everything needed. Kids loved it, good movie selection for them as well. Would stay here again.

The process was so smooth. Renter response was quick throughout questions before arrival and during. Was very clean. Location was accurate. She was so easy to work with. House was stocked with everything listed. We would stay here for another Disney vacation!

This home is in the perfect location. It’s a hop, skip & jump away from the Disney parking garage. The older grandchildren loved the hot tub. It was equipped with everything you’d expect and would need in a fully furnished home. And most important, it was clean. The washers and dryers in the garage was a plus. There were seven in our party. Two under 8, one teen, set of parents & 2 grandmothers and we had plenty of room. Lastly, the kids loved the “bunkie bed” room. Most importantly, the communication with the owner was so easy. Her response always came in shortly after I sent the a message. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this VRBO home to any family vacationing at Disneyland.

This property was amazing. Great short distance to Disneyland. The house was great just like the pictures. Enough room for the whole family. Had everything we needed. Would definitely rent again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was a perfect fit for our family. The house is very clean and had plenty of space for our group! Our grandson really enjoyed the room with bunkbeds and a TV. It's supplied with many DVD's for all to watch. The kitchen is large and the appliances are nice. Having 2 washing machines and dryers is really convenient. The backyard is large and has a nice hot tub. The house is located close to Disneyland park/parking. (3 min or less drive). We watched the fireworks from the driveway one night, it was a great experience. The property host was very informative, friendly and helpful.

The house was clean and didn’t feel stale upon entering. The kitchen was well-stocked. The only drawback was the mattresses on the bunkbeds were uncomfortable. My husband and I shared that room with our kids. The kids did not have a problem, however. The other beds were VERY comfortable. The extra items provided were arranged neatly and easy to find in the garage. The car seat and strollers were dated and showed signs of use, but worked–although, we couldn’t attach the 2012 Britax car seat to its stroller–perhaps it was operator error. There were tons of movies, kids books, and legos provided to entertain the kids. The backyard was clean and big enough for the kids to play. We did not use the hot tub, but the water was warm and clean. We paid for parking at Disneyland since we did not want to walk a mile back to the house at the end of the day, but Disneyland was not very far and was very simple to get to. The house is in a nice neighborhood with a park nearby. When we arrived, people were walking dogs and playing at the park. The street seems to be a throughway, but we did not hear the traffic. There are a lot of cars parked on the street, but there was plenty of driveway parking. One evening, we unloaded our car and forgot to close the hatch. In the morning, we realized the car was open, but the car was fine. We cleared everything out, but it didn’t seem like the glove box was gone through. Belinsa was very responsive! We had a slight maintenance issue, which she addressed right away. Any questions I had received an immediate response. Check in was easy and check out was the even easier. I would have liked to have received check out instructions the night before (instead of the morning we checked out). A binder at the house with that information in it would have been helpful–just to know what to expect–especially since all we had to do was pack and load/run the dishwasher. Other places in the past usually require more to check out. But, not having to clean the whole place (strip down beds/sweep/pile towels in a certain place, etc.) simplified the process. Everyone in our party enjoyed this house and we will recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Anaheim. Will book this house again in the future!

This is by far the best house rental experience I’ve ever had. Three bedrooms with an additional room with 6 bunk beds.. There were also several strollers, a crib, and 2 washers and driers! The house was incredibly clean and stocked with all the kitchen supplies you would need. The neighborhood is quiet and well maintained. We even got to watch the Disneyland fireworks from the front yard. Another great feature is the home is a single story. One of our friends has mobility issues and the layout of the home makes it easy for someone with physical limitations to navigate. The owner was easily accessible and extremely pleasant. She was an excellent hostess. We will definitely stay here again
